I went to CCD chennai, Mogappair west outlet. I had one of the worsts cappuccino. and the outlet was full of mosquitoes. the guy got my coffee after half n hour. and as usual he didnt have the change so i had to wait for another 20 mins for the guy to provide me with that. the mosquitoes added to the misery. Kindly follow up.

    This morning I went to CCD under ramakrishna metro station New Delhi, I normally go in evening as Their staff knows me very well, but today someone came in morning to meet, well I have decided to sit at CCD and have chat there I seat in CCD for 10 min and asked to my friend to drink something but he refuse because he had tea already, we were leaving without buying anything because we both had tea before and told to the guy ( staff of CCD )that I will come next time and will buy something but this time we do not need anything but he said that I have to buy something ...and he was keep saying that again and again and I told him I will give you money but I do need a coffe now and I will have that in evening but he was keep saying NO Well that was a rude behavior by the staff of CCD, I gave him 100 rupees for just to sit there and bought nothing, I do not think that I will ever to go CCD again, Date 21/08/2014 Kush Lalwani [protected]

    Untracable Theft
    I am a frequent visitor of ccd not because i am in love with their coffee but just because it is a cafe where you can get things done in a cafe environment with light music and sip a coffee (my order at ccd is no more than a black coffee).
    There are times when i end up spending my entire day there reading my books.
    There was one day i considered at table under the open sky, though i dont mean that literally (outside seating).
    Anyways, i put my phone on charge keeping in miind that it cant be away from my peripheral vision. So i connect the charger to one of the electric outlet and only to find after few mins that my phone has disappeared from there. When i asked the staff they said we wont be able to do anything about it and on asking they also informed me that they dont have a cctv camera for the outside dinning.
    My question is what if somebody walks in with a bag of explosives and leaves it behind. Who will take the blame for it?
    When i confronted the area manager with this question, his reply to my surprise was it is companies call and i cant do anything about the cameras.
    When asked for the footage of cabin to list the ppl visited the cafe as it is self service and you have to pay at the counter.
    He then informed me that the camera is only for the internal purpose and it only focus at the station from where our staff picks up the tray to serve.
    Which invariably means they only worries about someone stealing their products or servings whatever and not about the safety of the customers.
    When will they realize that they exist because of the customers. Their existence would baffle if we abscond.

    This ccd also had cleanliness issues. facility not available (often).
    No pest control, never take responsibility for anything that happens. Area manager was once not reachable when tried by 5 different customers. Even after leaving a phone number with the staff, nobody bothered to call.

      This is in regards to a TERRIBLE experience I had at a Cafe Coffee Day outlet in B-Block, Connaught Place, New Delhi. I went there with three of my friends whom I was meeting after a very long and thought we'll have a nice time. We decided we'll order 2 Lemonades, 1 Cucumber Lemon drink, 1 Cold Coffee and 1 Tex-Mex Veg Cheese. I went to the counter and the guy asked my order.. # Okay Sir, 2 Lemonades and 1 Cucumber Lemon.. Mint sir? - Sure. Yes. # and.. 1 Tex-Mex Veg Cheese. Masala or Chips? - (I didn't need chips). So, yea masala. Now I asked him to suggest me a good cold coffee because I don't visit CCD that often. He said, Devil's Own; to which I agreed. Now the bill was for Rs 916/- to which I was baffled. How can it be 916? I checked the bill and I saw two more items - "Banana Bites" and "Rush Pom Cherry". I asked him what is "Rush Pom Cherry" (which was priced 214.29/-)? To which he said it's mint. I said I can see the mint leaves. For that you charge Rs 214? He said, yes. After that they brought "Banana Chips". The counter guy knew that I'm new, however my friend who frequently visits CCD realised there's something fishy. In every coffee shop they ask if we want mint or not.. YES, MINT LEAVES! not mint tablets which are for Rs 214! And if you ask a customer if he wants a Tex-Mex masala or not.. (please use your head) tell me what do you think, you'll say? When I asked him to call the manager, he spoke to some guy and never returned and kept on apologising and refused to take the "mis-sold" items even though we didnt even eat them. I'm absolutely dissatisfied and I'll make sure people know what terrible customer service approach CCD follows! I have the original bill which you might want to see. And please, teach your employees to service the customers. Not mis-service. Also please ask them not to stand over the head of their customers when they're eating; who by the way have been inside the outlet not more than 30 mins. If you charge so much, atleast have the courtsey to wait! Outlet Address: B-28, Upper Gr.         I HAVE HAD THE MOST HORRID EXPERIENCE AT CCD, BLOCK M, CANNAUGHT PLACE, DELHI. i was visiting CCD outlet number [protected] today with four friends. This included two women, an assistant commandant in the CRPF and an officer in the Indian Revenue Services. In the time that we were there we ran up a bill of 1500 rs. The cafe manager mr. sunil on being asked for water asked us to purchase a bottle. We agreed to it but at the same time pointed out that the waiters were serving glasses of water at other tables. To which the manager got rude and in the heat of the moment grabbed my friend by his collar. He picked up a fight and abused us and said "i am not here to take from you mother[censored]ers. You A***h*** are taking up too much space so [censored] off." This was followed by threats of 'dealing with us properly'. We were literally thrown out of the cafe. This is the most bizarre and humiliating experience i have ever had. Every one in the cafe was in complete disbelief and shell shock including me. My customer complaint number is 11426. If action is not taken in this regard i will approach the police.

          My Name is Prem and am a regular visitor of CCD in Kasturi nagar. And other places in bangalore and almost i spend my weekend in ccd. On 3rd august i Have order a cold cofee from ur metro station ccd. M g road. 4 people o[censored]r CCD staff. Named mr. Mani. And other 2 i dont remember. Alvin and one more. These people have come and insulted me in such a way that i was disturbing ur girl staff. I feel very bad infront of others. Its very bad way of recruiting people.. I want a reply on this and what action plan you have taken. I will surely publish thisthis in the next week news Paper. If iam not getting a reply.

            I visited CCD @ IITK Kanpur.
            I ordered Devil's Owl and Paneer Tikka Sandwitch at 1217 hours 21/07/14.
            I waited there till 1235 hours even though there was no rush but nobody served my order.
            During this period I asked for drinking water from 4 different representarives of ccd but there was nobody to listen.
            Finally I asked for refund then they refused.Seing no option left I simply decided to quit .

              Hi iam pankaj chandanshive, I am regular customer for almost all mulund area ccd and cafe moment card holder as well, today in ccd besides mulund station I found pieces of soyabean in chicken65 sandwich, in which theres not a single piece of chicken is available inside the sandwich bill no.4140 code [protected]. Is that kind of chicken sandwich what the customers paying for.This absolutely a cheating with the customers. Request you priorly look in the matter otherwise I know further procedure in this case. I can make you sure next time if i found this kind of thing you can not bare my action. Although that chicken65 sandwich is replace by smoke chicken sandwich after my complaint. Iam sure this kind of product is delivering on other cafes also and this is very shamefull. I request you to check in all mumbais cafe stock and change all chicken65 sandwiches which is filled of soyabean. If next time i found the same thing serve to me, I will go to consumer forum (court)as well as food minister. In front of all indian electronic and printing media. Please take seriously and take action.

                  Hi CCD...Iam a regular visitor of CCD Himayatnagar Branch and almost i visit there almost 25days a month and expend around 12, 000 to 15, 000 there every month, but on this Saturday i.e[protected] i visited Himayatnagar, Hyderabad branch, your two area managers (Pradeep & Vishnu along with city manager Mr.Navajoti Boru) along with two staff forced me to place some order, i refused and told am a daily visitor here and told that will order later and have some discussion with my visitor, immediately mr.pradeep came on my table and explained me that is rule that as soon as you come in you have to immediate place an order, (the 3 manager grouped and started discussing nonsense) i explained them that i am a regular 25/30 visitor and know when to order, immediately mr.pradeep (area manager) started arguing and starting me explaining me rules very rudely manner, and that argue insulted me a lot. I placed my final order at that branch and promising to never visit any ccd after that incident as well as i advised my colleagues & friends too not get insulted by visiting that branch. Bye bye CCD NO MORE BLOODY INSULTS

                    This was at CCD at Meenakshi Mall Bangalore. This happened the first time. Ordered an Assam Tea and Masala Chai and the bill came upto Rs.289. On further enquiry it looked like the guy had given matcha latte inside of Masala Chai with some express add ons which were not there on the bill. The guys name was Muneer and Rs.100 was given back by a part time guy called Ravi. The money was not the problem but the ethics. Kindly train the new people better. Probably a simple confirmation of order will do. First below quality experience in 9+ years.

                      I went to Cafe coffee day - Camac Street Kolkata on 6th July around 4PM. There were two ants in my apple drink with Mint. Mr. Haider told us that ant was not there in drink it must have come from the Mint. Later when we asked him to replace the drink instead of being sorry, he only gave excuses but later gave new apple drink. When we asked from mint, they refused to change and started arguing. Mr. Shubam who old that he was store incharge, told us that he is not going to change the mint and that he has not put the ant as an conscious effort. They were pathetic bunch of ppl and had no sense of customer services. They never said sorry for ant in the drink. He later said u give her mint, as if he is giving some beggar a penny. Pathetic. I would never want to go to CCD again and would ask all my frnz to restrain from it!

                            Hi this is Akash from Mumbai. I visited Matunga East Ccd. I had ordered a Chocolate dark fantasy pastry. But I got the order with chocolate ice cream. I told the staff there.but they refused to change the order and they wer very rude too..so then I dint had the pastry. I had to throw that.the staff there saw that I m not eating.                                 I was at B Block, Inner Circle, Cafe coffee day. It was a meet with my friends after more than an year and I really wanted to spend a good time. So we tried to order some drinks and found a busy cash counter where no queue was being maintained by the cashier, Jo pehle note dega won order paayega. when our turn we came to know that one of their machines is not working, Good bye tropical iceberg, so we did not get what we want and instead had to adjust with some other drinks. Then their came the big choice of whether we need ice cream and/or chocolate syrup and had to decide it quickly because "peeche log khade hai" After 5-7 mins of giving us the ordered food one of the CCD personnel came and asked if she can remove the glasses which by then were only half empty. However we realized that a large group has arrived and there are not enough tables from them.To our surprise the personal came again and told she needs the table. We asked her to call her manager, however the manager was with her and she said needs our table, I asked her give us an alternate place to sit, she said I am sorry but I am asking for the table because there are no places left. In a way she was asking us to get out of CCD. We then told her we are not done, we will finish our coffees in 5 mins and leave. And that’s what we did. I am wondering after paying so much and spending only half n hour in that place which included ordering and food preparation time we were asked to get out. If you can depute an usher outside then tell that person to inform the people about availability of seat inside the premises. This is totally ridiculous the first thing they need to learn is to serve their customers as they totally lack it

                                  CCD should only serve coffee and they have to left serving food items. Foods they are serving are tasteless and unhealthy. Even fools are sitting inside the Karolbagh CCD. They don't know the difference between veg and non-veg and don't know how to cook.

                                    On Saturday 24th May, 2014 Cafe Coffee Day had advertised in the Bombay Times about a buy one get one free offer for their "Chillers" drinks. The ad did not state that it was a coupon or that the paper was to be presented on redeeming the offer. 1. When I visited your Shoppers Stop Bandra branch they refused to serve me if I did not show them the coupon. 2. At your Linking Road branch (opposite National College) they said that there was no such offer. 3. Finally I visited a third branch -The Crossword branch on Turner Road, Bandra with the coupon. Again they initially made a fuss but after insisting and calling your customer care hotline who assured me no coupon was required the staff took my order. The order was an Iced Eskimo. Again they made a fuss saying that they were out of that particular drink. I find it very difficult to believe that Cafe COFFEE Day was out of Coffee. Especially after seeing another patron with a cold coffee on his table. Again I called your Customer Care and complained and they said they would deal with it and get back to me on Monday. All that I have received today is a message saying that the ticket was closed. So basically I just ran between 3 of your shops and spent time and money on phone calls with your customer care to get nothing? Why do you'll advertise if you'll cannot deliver what is promised? When I informed the Customer Care about the first two outlets he said he cannot do anything as he does not know how to contact them. Surely you'll have the contact numbers of your outlets?

                                      i visited cafe coffee day sahakarnagar bangalore on 19th may 2014 i ordered for a cappucino mrp was 75 and when i asked how much to pay the person told 118 i was pretty shocked and later i was like ok and pay ed 118, then i asked for a bill the person who was in the counter gave me a bill for something else ( bill of combo 99) so i told u have given me the wrong bill and when i asked the bill for cappucino they hesitated to given and when i told i wanted the bill at any cost they re printed the bill (bill no 1172) on the the price of cappucino was 75 and with tax it was Rs90/- bt they had collected Rs118/- and they were hesitating to give me the customer care number also and after that i took the customer care number and gave a complaint (complaint no 6160) which they promised me to solve in 24 hrs but they failed i called them up again to remind them they again promised me that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs with the same complaint no. but they never did it.. its almost 5 days and there is no action taken please do help me

                                      I've been visited to Mahe university . 1st sep Me and all of my cousins went to ccd at Mahe university inside it was such a good experience. I really love the customer service they all are so humble and dedicated .

                                      And really appreciate in ccd cappuccino art its a delicious. And good place to enjoyed in Ccd and really happy for Ccd Mahe staffs..

                                        Yesterday i visited one of the CCD outlet at 'Shanti Niketan, Shop no -1, DDA Market, Road Number 4, New Delhi, DL 110021' It was Wednesday and there is an Buy one get one offer on 'Brainfreeze' beverage at all the outlets on this day. I have had already bought this a few times on Wednesday from the same outlet before. But yesterday, one of the staff named "RANJIT" started misbehaving and denied the free beverage to me after the payment. It was really embarrassing and totally unacceptable from CCD staff. I left the one beverage he was giving me even after paying the whole amount and left from the outlet. Although i will never return to the same outlet again but i want somebody to check the staff members from misbehaving with the customers again. 21.5.2014
