RC Transfer Proof Not Provided

Dear Sir,

I had sold my car Xylo UK08AV9003 on[protected] at Cars24, Dehradoon Office and i was told that on the transfer of the vehicle to the new buyer, all the relevant documents like copy of Form 29/30 or Transferred RC will be provided after the final sale and transfer of RC to the new buyer. Car surrender harassment and miscommunication

I bought a car from cars24 last year July on loan . The car price was 4.09lacs and I had given around 60 thousand as down payment and my EMI was Rs. 9638 per month which I gave till february 2023. I had lost my job on january 2023 hence couldn't pay my EMI on March. Regarding purchased car RJ45CJ3319

Please look into our return request urgently.
We are being denied the return saying that a repair has been done during 7 day period.
But actually no repair has been done and your support person has fooled my father by sending an acknowledgment email using my 70 year old father's phone....

Misleading information on Application

I have purchased Celerio 2018. As per application the life of tyres remaining is 100 percent. If 100 percent life remaining then tyres should be new. As per application. It’s also mentioned that car is come with new 4 tyres. But I got car with old tyres. I asked staff regarding this they told we does not provide new tyres. Cars24 Services unwanted calls from different locations

These Car 24 sales team keep calling me everyday at 7-10 days.
If i have care and i want to sell or buy i will you why you are keep calling its frustrating and hampering my work. I told them to please stop calling but no listing and feels like lots of people already created Complaint against them but they are not stop calling....
