Hi,

I have sold a car from haryana faridabad, nit 5 branch.
Car model: alto k10
Reg no: ap29 am 8358

I have submitted all the documents on time and still i have not received the final installment of payment of rs 10000/-

Although the car sold for lower price as it was ap registration. And i am charged 20k for transfer charges. Now as er exucutive i have to be personally present for transfer in hyderabad which i was not informed earlier also if some thing new has come up later on why i am being charged when i already charged 20 k for transfer.

Pls look into it and resolve asap

    I sold my car - maruti alto lx at your shakti nagar, new delhi branch on 26/5/2018. The amount of rs.15000/ has been held back on the rather strange grounds that the noc given by me bears the authorised signatory's signature on the portion blackened by them on each page. I find it strange as even the cheques attested on the cuttings are regarded as valid instruments.
    Here i would like to let you know the fact that actually the noc provided by standard chartered bank mentioned my surname which i never write anywhere in my documents. It was taken by them from my mail id.
    The noc sent earlier mentioned my surname and the same was sent wrongly by the bank and when i took up the issue with them, they provided the duplicate after blackening my surname and it bears the attestation of thei authorised signatory.
    I have even contacted the bank and i have been told that their auto loan brach was closed few years ago and the data is not available with them.
    I informed you customer care on 28/5/18 (Compl. No. 354657) and i was assured that the matter would be resolved and the held back amount would be released.

      I had sold my hyundai verna 1.6 crdi sx model to cars24 last week. I was assured that the price i. E 3, 80, 000 that i was getting was the best in market. However, to my shock the value of my car is more than i sold it for. My trust on cars24 has shattered. I regret dealing with cars24 and i would like to get my car back. I am ready to face any penalty for the same.

        I was drawn into cars24 purely on the basis of boman irani's supposed experience with them. Alas, my experience couldn't have been more different than his!

        I had an opel corsa tn 09t 1710, chassis ma6jsb191h204764 which i handed over to the yelahanka branch, bangalore of cars24 on 4th feb 2018 as a scrap vehicle with a written acknowledgement that the original chassis plate will be handed over to me between 60 - 90 days. I e between 4th april and 4th may 2018. I received no call from cars24 till 30th april and went to meet them to inquire on the status. No one had a clue and after repeated phone calls, hema kushalappa, the retail associate wrote to me on 25th may 2018 and i quote "we apologize for the delay in giving update about chassis plate of your vehicle reg no:tn09t1710, as the concerned person is on leave to give an update we would require 1 or 2 days time to give final update.

        Apologize for the in convenience"

        No final update was received and when i started to vent my ire, bhargavi dhodapaneni, retail manager informed me over e mail on 27th may 2018 and i quote again -

        "dear mr. Vishwanath,

        Hope you're doing good!

        This is to update you regarding the chassis plate, we will be getting the chassis plate with in 15 days. Apologies for the inconvenience, as scrap process took additional time this delay is happening. Request you to cooperate until then. We assure you further no delay would happen. Thank you for your time and patience."

        It's been 130 days since i handed over my car to cars24 and i have no update on my chassis plate (Why am i surprised?)

        # bhargavi dhodapeneni, you must change your designation from retail manager to "how to break a relationship, manager" as i think it suits you best - not having the basic courtesy to update me on the status after assuring me that no further delays will take place.

        No car takes such a long time to get scrapped. I am now thus convinced that my car has not been scrapped but is being used by cars24 and their office staff to conduct some personal or illegal activities. Since the registration certificate of my car still stands in my name, as per the indian motor vehicles act, i am responsible for any associated activity that my car has been involved in, even though the car has been handed over to cars24. Filing a police complaint with the yelahanka police station is now what i will be doing to ensure my safety. For all you gullible readers who watch advertisements and see products endorsed by film actors, watch out! And for all of you who believe that cars 24 cares about you, think again. They are just a bunch of lying, smooth talking, irresponsible people whose only job is to get as many vehicles sold so that they get paid their commission.

        This was my first experience and will definitely be the last! I have 2 other cars that i wanted to sell on cars24 but after this episode, i'll junk them myself if i have to but will never go through this torture ever, with cars24

          I had sold my car thru car 24 on 2nd june with a gurantee that the payment will be made to me on 2nd itself. Today is 7th still part payment of rs 71400/- is due. There is no error on our behalf. The person ali from their malleswaram branch is not taking calls nor responding. When we called the first person who inspected the car says his job is only to inspect. Our appointment id is [protected]. I was promised to get 240000/- on saturday where in i got 201000/- the balance is sill pending. Trying calling their landline its not working. When i went their yesterday they said he is on leave.

          I sold my car to cars24 at Pune, Baner branch.My appointment ID [protected]. I sold my car on 11th June 2018 and opted instant payment mode. I was promised the amount will be credited by 8:00 PM on same day. Rs 1000 deducted for instant payment. But even after 2 days nothing is paid and no communication from branch office

            I sold out my car at cars 24 in 1st week of may at your pitampura branch.
            Details of my car -

            Model - vdi desiel
            Color - silver
            Number - dl 8c aw 3659

            I was told in my selling deal
            That there is a cashback offer of rs10000.
            And i will recieve this amount nearby 10th of may..

            Now its been 30 days i havent recieved nor got any response from your company.. I tried to call at my nearest branch where i sold my car but no one is picking up the phone..
            This is the worst committment from your company...

            Doesnt expected this kind of response from cars 24...
            Hope u will look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible..

                I went to janakpuri branch of cars24 for my car’s evaluation. They offered me a deal and gave me sometime to accept it. I accepted the deal after discussing with my family and i sent all the documents asked to them for processing but it has been like 3 days that i have not recieved any info on it. And also, those people are saying that i cannot sell my car anywhere else.

                The Customer care service is not picking my call.
                The Whole business of Cars24 is to give maximum price to customers but this is a myth.
                Many car dealers are Offering me double price than Ur Cars 24 car valuation.
                Thus it was Utter Dissatisfaction.

                    I sold my card and handed over the keys at around 4 pm today at noida sector 1 branch of cars 24. I spent 4 hrs on saturday and 3 hours today to complete the transaction.

                    Appt id is [protected].

                    I was told that within 15 mins, i will receive the payment in my account, however, the same didn’t happen. When i am calling up support team, they are asking me to contact the branch manager.

                    I am not sure what kind of a service does cars 24 provide. On your website you promise of instant payment and when it comes to reality there is nothing like that.

                    It is very frustrating to receive such downgraded service and i am never going to use or recommend cars 24 to anyone.

                      This is a very fraud company. I have sold my i 10 car on 13 may 2018 thru appointment id [protected] at vaishali nagar branch jaipur and they promised me that within 2 hours they will deposit money in my account & for they deducted 1000 rs also but they didn't deposit the money in my account. Also they said cash back of rs 10000 will be deposit in my account within a week but that is also not deposited so far.in spite of regular chasing since last 10 days with cars24 they are daily doing fake commitment & saying it will be done in 1-2 days but nothing is happen. I am really scared how big fraud network this company has. Pl. Keep away urself with such fraud company.

                        I sold my wagon r (Ap29q6699) on 15-july-2017 in gatchibowli, hyderabad office. The car’s ownership transfer has not been done even after 10 months.

                        I had to relocate to bangaluru and hence went to cars24 just to avoid ownership transfer issues.

                        Initially they said 3 months, new owner not in home town etc. Last month they said car was not sold and looking at legal action on dealer.

                          When i sold the car, payment of rs 10, 000 was held by cars24...
                          And was told within 3 months i will get rs 10, 000 and if not then at end of 3 months payment will be released immediately...

                          Post 3 months - i have contacted the branch multiple times, written emails also,
                          The branch person just says will be done in 1-2 days... But nothing happens
                          I fail to understand why i should run for my own money and go through this mental stress...

                            I have sold my car to cars24 on 27th nov 2017. I was promised that the car will be transferred within 90 days but it has been 7 months and car has not been transferred yet.

                            I have chosen to sell the car due to surety is given that car transfer is reliable and happen timely.

                            Now, the company is not responsive and giving excuses for delay in transferring the car.

                              Car got fired near engine after inspecting from cars 24 hsr office. Car condition was absolutely fine. However we are not mechanic's to understand all end to end functions since they tell you inspecting infront of cuatomers. Cars 24 dont take any responsibility of your car however they will do number of car checks all over. My car caught fire within 24 hrs of time after inspection. Rating also minimum u need to provide is 3. So dont consult cars 24. Unless u want to loose money and car

                              Hi,
                              My car inspection appointment was fixed @ 4 pm on Wednesday 25th july-18 at Dwarka Sec 20. The whole process took more than 90 mins & the price was told me that was unexpected. Therefore I came back. Surprisingly, during my car inspection they misplaced my dipstick, I came to know when I went to CNG pump after 2 days. The area around engine was very bad condition because this oil was spread all around due to dipstick was not there. Immediately, I went to your sec 20 (cars 24 ) office & informed there center incharge about the same but the respond I received was unprofessionally & very pathetic. I was there around 30 mins & it was probably my fault that I was expecting something from him. Dip stick was there before inspection, clearly shown in pic but it was misplaced after inspection. The person who did inspection had a park my car near jungle and also away from the centre. During inspection he went to the centre three or four times and came back to the car, I don't why ?, More over I was not even told that I have to take care of the car's part during this course & did not even check the inspection ended. Its a simple case of carelessness in which there is nothing to be taken care of.
                              The loss of this negligence is causing one of your customer, that is what he came for an experience and it was "Unfortunate Occurrence".

                                I took an appointment for sale of my car. Accordingly your customer care people have given inspection timings at 10 am on friday 04.05.2018 at your yelahanka branch, bengaluru. However, your concerned persons they have attended my car only after 12 pm and thereafter, they have informed me to wait for confirmation for fixing rate, thereafter i have received message otp number at 3.12 pm, again when i went evening & they have received my vehicle copies of documents, inspite of receiving copies of documents your concerned branch persons they have not at all replied so far. Now inspite of my complaining customer care and calling your branch no body is responding my calls. Hence, i am not interested to deal with you & please return the documents fothwith. I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by you.. Naga reddy, advocate.

We will escalate it to the concerned department and get back to you at the earliest.
                                They have no management of time and customer service. They waste customer's time and test their patience. What is the point of having an appointment if you are just asking the customer to wait for hours? Poor Management.

                                  Was planning to sell my car, gave an ad in websites, got a call from cars24 executive, i told him am not interested in selling to you as the value quoted in your website is way too low, but he explained to me that it’s an average vale of the car, and value of my car will be evaluated after inspection, so i agreed. I arrive at the time and date of appointment. On arrival i met one of their executive, with out looking at my car (Forget car inspection) he gave me my car value way too low than the value which i got from their website.
                                  I just walked out of their office as it was no point to proceed further.

                                  I got my car inspected on Friday evening in Cars 24 Thane office and was supposed to receive the quote in 30 minutes. Nobody bothered to call me with an update even after informing their service center 2-3 times. They register my complain and assure me a call back in 24 hours but nobody bothers to attend the query. Poor customer service.

                                    I sold my car to cars24 gurgaon in february 2018.in april 2018 the car was used in committing a crime in delhi.
                                    After committing the crime the car was sold to another person in punjab.
                                    The police in punjab has since seazed the car.
                                    Till date the car has not been transferred although two months have elapsed since it was taken possession by cars24.

                                    I went to Car24 Shakti Nagar, Nagia Park, Delhi branch. After the inspection of my car I found my seat bit broken and my car was not starting. They said my car has a battery problem and it has to be push started.

                                    I took my car to my mechanic and found that the sensor which initiates shelf warms broken.

                                      This is in reference to the best price guarantee claim posted on the official page of www.cars24.com, where the customer gets a cashback of rs.5000 if the car is sold at a higher price than what cars24 quote.

                                      I'd visited the cars24 showroom at jubilee hills on 2 october 2017, they gave me a best price of rs. 3, 80, 000 for my honda city but i've sold it at rama rao cars, jubilee hills for rs. 4, 00, 000. Now that i'm entitled to the best price guarantee claim, i've contacted the customer care team and sent them the required document and they've assured me that the respective team would get back to me within 24 hours. It has been over 7 months now, but i have never received a revert back from their team not even once, even after making multiple calls and emails.

                                      I'd like the concerned team to look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest and also, take necessary actions against this fraudulent company for posting misleading information and fooling the consumers.

                                        I sold my car to cars24 - somajiguda, hyderabad in nov 2017. Ownership has not been transferred yet.

                                        Customer support is super professional but no progress. Visiting the branch is a very disappointing experience - no proper response, no professionalism at all.

                                        I've tried literally everything and nothing has worked. I'm going to file a legal case if this is not answered in a proper way and closed asap.
