Fraud Service Provider

I booked an airline ticket on cleartrip using citibank netbanking.My ticket has not been booked and amount has been deducted from my account.When i call cleartrip they say citibank has not deposited amount in our account so we cannot confirm your tickets.Whe i call citibank they say we have deposited the amount and it is a mistake on their part. so both the companies are playing blame game on each other. In the process I ahve already lost...

Cleartrip-Refund Not Received

This is with reference to my request for cancellation of Deccan Airlines ticket no.8370058. I had booked the ticket on 17th Aug 2008 for three passengers--Mr.V N Purushothaman Pillai, Mrs.Vimala Pillai and Ms.Pankajakshiamma Pillai for a journey from Kochi to Mumbai. No Refund

I had tried book three tickets (Tatkal) on the 19th of January 2009 (Monday), from Madurai to Chennai in Guruvayur Express (6128). The entire ticket booking process was not completed, however the money, amounting to Rs. 1145.00 was debited from my ICICI credit card account. The money has still not yet been credited back to my account....

They haven't reschedule my Air ticket due to which I was not able to fly but have paid the ticket cost

Hi,
I had a telecon discussion with ClearTrip for my Air ticket reshedulling from 20th of nov2008 to 21st Nov 2008.The TripId was[protected].But they didnt did.On 21st when I made a call to Indigo abt it they said that there is no such request from ClearTrip.Due to which I have to miss my flight as well as I have to bear the cost of it.
On the 21st I asked the same with Cleartrip they started saying there was technicall fault...

Refund of cancelled tickets

Hi,

I have booked a hotel through Cleartrip, I want to cancel this booking, there are 15 days yet for check in ; I am not getting reply from Cleartrip on the question of refund.

They are asking me to talk to concerned hotel people and hotel management is telling to discuss with Cleartrip. Nobody is giving a firm answer.

Enquiry

We booked four tickets to Andamans which cost us around 40000. Our trip was scheduled on 5th of December. Unfortunately, my father met with an accident and we will not be able to make it for the trip. Now, the Clear trip is deducting 30000 and returned 10000 which is supposed to paid as service charges and taxes. Is it legal and ethical to retain the ticket charges? If not, how can I get back the balance of the amount?...
