[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Consignment not delivered

My consignment no[protected] not received till date i.e. 11th Sep 2011, which was sent from Delhi to Gurgaon on 4th Sep 2011. It is very shameful. now you take instant action for safe delivery of same. Nobody liflting the phone also.

Blazeflash Courier — Non delivery

It is very bad that Blazeflash Courier pays no attention to service. My brother had booked a small envelope for delivery to Faridabad from Faridabad on 23 Sept. Now it is evening of 26 and it has not been delivered yet. On calling Blazeflash Courier's NIT Faridabad address, the person says he knows nothing. It is shameful. I will never use Blazeflash Courier service again and tell my friends also to never use their services

My consignment was couriered from Delhi on 30/08/2011 #[protected] to CANNANORE( Kerala) and i have not received it yet.

I have contacted your cochin office many times however no response.

I request you to please return my courier in next 24 hour.

You can contact me at the earliest with my courier or I will come to you through consumer court, as that envelope contains very very important documents. Please take this very seriously and donot force me to take a legal action against blazeflash.

I Vishwajit Karmakar re-iterate that BLAZEFLASH COURIER LIMITED ABLAZE THE CUSTOMER'S TIME, REPUTATION & SITUATION.

Current Incident : A party booked a consignment CN NO.[protected] on 24/11/11 for Ranchi, after very much follow-up they failed to deliver the same at Consignee address. I had to personally collect the same from their worst F office.

I couriered one envelope to yamunanagar, haryana from noida on 19th october but the package has not yet reached the destination.
They don"t even update their records. There is no mention of my courier in their records. Neither do they care to call incase of any confusion as I provided my phone number along too.

I am not getting at any response of your incarge of Andheri E Mr.Debu (Mo.no.-[protected]) branch office i already talk to him before 40 mintus back he told hi will give me reply about my courier which was i am not getting at.

Courier — Courier not delivered even though the person is there and not returned

Hi Sir/Madam,

This is Surendranath reddy,
Actually I couriered one importartant mail(GREETINGS ) to TRICHY on 30th DEC which needs to be delivered on 1st or 2nd JAN 2012.
But in this case what happed means even though the receipent is exist at the given address they didn`t delivered and given the remarks of delivery as person is transfered from that location. But the recepient is still at the given address. My concern is why dont the delivery branch or delivery person should dial to the receipient to get details or to request to come and collect the courier from the branch.
when i dialed nearly 10-15 times to get the details why dont they dial as its their duty to deliver. I sent a E-mail to the head office and high level people but they finally given responce on7th JAN saying the person is transfered and on 9th as they sent the courier back to HYDERABAD.
Ok no problem i convenced on the above issue but to get that courier back im trying to get from past 4days i went to branch nearly 3-4times and dialed to them but no responce. Still they are telling that the courier is in the way to the branch. But when im tracking the courier details through website its showing as courier is in HYD. But they are failing to delivery.

I had requested for a courier to be delivered at SBI Regional Office, Panchkula on the 19th March 2012 to your Pavitra Lysers, Sector-110 Noida vide consignment no.[protected], which unfortunately instead of delivery report has been returned to me yesterday i.e. on the 24th March 2012 undelivered, without tendering any reasons. This sounds absolutely unprofessional and lacking the minimum courtesy. Shall I approach the law enforcing agencies for damages ?

Hello All,

This incident happened today when i went to collect this shipment from your company delivery boy who asked me to come to More Mega store which is 2 KM from my house. I was supposed to get this shippment last week monday. But no body contacted me. He made me wait for 45 min . Every time i call him he will say wait for 5 min i will be there. Finally he came. I asked him what is the reason he cannot deliver the packet to my address. He said i cant say that. Then i said ok i will not sign this untill i know the reason. He then snatched the packet from my hand and ran off with his bike. I am going to report this to consumer court and file a case against this company if dont get my packet within 24 hrs. I have the copy of the bill which i was supposed to sign and give it back to the delivery boy.

BLAZEFLASH IS RUN BY AND THIEVES AND MUST BE REPORTED TO POLICE SO THEY CAN CLOSE DOWN

I have booked my courier from ferozepur to pune .The consignment no is[protected].On dated 26/04/2012.Till date the courier has not delivered.

My Consignment are not delivered from Blazeflash Courier. Everytime i called they said call on another no.
If i call to customer care they did not provide any detail. They put the phone on hold for 10 to 15 min. after that they give the complaint no. and cut the phone. They also talk very rudely.

In my opinion the worst service provider in couriers are Blaze flash and in case any complaint their is no body who is responsible even their high officials dont care a hoot I had sent one courier from Ludhiana on dated 08 June 2012 for Ghaziabad the courier contained cheques vide consignment no.[protected]. Till date the courier is not traceable and no response from the office has been given . When contacted through their Official named Mr. Sukhjeet he asked us to contact the receptionist m/s Raman on contacting the same she was extremely rude and virtually said us to go to hell as she doesnt cares a hoot .
And till date their is no trace of our courier, Is their any forum who can be contacted so that a complete ban on services of this courier can be affected
I would be extremely obliged if some sort of forum can be formed which should make these organisations answerable to the customers

Hi,

I sent a courier from New delhi to Bangalore on 28th July 2012, but it has not yet reached there ... it already been almost 10 days.. Where as it was said that it will be delivered before 2th Aug. also I am not able to see status of it on portal, when i called customer care they also do not have any information too, And asked to provide bangalore number to check it... ( [protected]) . I have called at this number and Mr satish from this number told that they have not received courier till now. Please track and let me know status of it .. You can not miss courier like this ...

Blazeflash Courier — They not delivered by courier

I booked a courier from Blazeflash Courier on Date 31/07/2012 from Badarpur branch for Tulsipur, Dist Balrampur (U.P.) My Doct No. is[protected]. I regularly inquired about it from 4th Aug 2012. But there is no solution.
The Tulshipur's party many time visit to Balrampur for enquiry but No response.
