most useless courier company. they take 3 days to deliver consignment receuved by them in the city of nagpur. they receive the parcel and do not deliver it saying that they do not have a man to deliver inn my area. what a pity? this service should be called a bail gady service i think.

this is the bull service this is my counter with Blazeflash service & both consignment are not delivered. Following are consignment no:[protected] Booking Date 02.06.2011. Details are not available on Internet. The Document is very urgnt

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Delhi center around 04 June to 09 June 11:15 AM she give me one complaint no 69679. If you have recorded the call you can check the same.

Blazeflash Couriers — consignment not yet delivered
The consignment no[protected] was sent for pune on 6th june'11 and has not been delivered yet till 10th june. the blazeflash office does not pick up the call..the courier cannot be tracked online as its server is down for I dont know how many days. I sent a courier from delhi to mumbai on 12th July 2011 and has not been received till 20th July 2011. Even after doing 100 calls, no branch is ready to give any response and every branch says that this is not their delivery or they have forwarded to other branch.
I did courier thru blazeflash as it is supposed to be a reputed company but i am sorry to say that this is the worst courier service i have ever seen.
The company does not even have basic service values.

this is bull . i have courier my parcel on dt. 18/7/11 doc no.[protected] from bhatinda to Surat, and toady is 25/7/11 but still i dont know where is my parcel... there is no status available on internet ...there customer care nos are not working properly...I need my status right now . or I will come to you through consumer court, as that envelope contains very very important documents. Please take this very seriously and donot force me to take a legal action against blazeflash.

Blazeflash Courier — NON DELIVERY IN TIME
CONSIGNMENT NO.[protected]Parcel was booked on 25 Jul 11. Item delivered on 2d /3rd of Aug and that too not at the residence but at the society gate without takig ay item delivery sigature. This was done because lot of phone calls were sent and a complain also sent on email.
This is the response of this company. Veryu poor show. Avoid this company in future.

This is very ridiculous that consignment was sent on 19/08/2011 consignment No.[protected]From gurgaon to zirakpur (flat no.16 (ground floor),divine apartments-II,lohgarh,zirakpur,Punjab-146301),till date consignment is not delivered.
