Reading all the complaints of Blazeflash, I think I was lucky that my letter got delivered albeit after 8 days. Never again. It will henceforth be DTDC or the snail India Post's Speed/Registered Post.

Hi,
I sent a local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 10/12/2012 via Consignment POD No.[protected] from Gurgaon to Delhi Rohini.
Courier booking place was Gurgaon - Sector 31 HUDA market , SUKHRALI[protected]/45
Destination was at New Delhi - Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura.
Surprising thing is that today almost more than 10 days has been passed away but neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has got returned back
There were some very important documents (including Cheques) inside the consignment and were very necessary to be delivered by 12th Dec 2012 within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. Due to this negligency I had to bear the very heavy penalty losses in monetary terms. Since the cheques were for installment and since that installment has been delayed so I have been charged heavy penalty.
Even I tried to followup number of times on your customer support number, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back, but haven't got any response from their side.

There were some important article inside the packet and were necessary to delivered within 4days described by flyking courier Due to this negligence I had to bear the losses in monetary terms.& Even after the continue followup with courier company, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back.I had also addressed the complain for same issue to the fliking customer support but haven't got even any response from their side Therefore, I requesting your higher authority to kindly look into this genuine facts and action may kindly be taken. Due to this kind of service I was taken 1 times leave from company and which cost me Rs.2500/- but still I have not received any satisfactory answer from flyking courier service.

i am using blazflash since 5 years now because of your low fees .but i am forced to changed tha courier service now because i sent 1 envelope to banglore last april dated 15/04/2013 /slip no[protected] those were a verry importent envelope .the concerned person not received the envelope.
if i call to banglore office no-[protected] / [protected] they don't provide any details for the same and they are verry verry rude.they cut the phone so many times .they guys are verry inresponsible .

Non-delivery of documents and masterly inactivity seems to be a routine feature at Blazeflash. I send a courier AWB No.[protected] from Danapur Cantt to Gurgaon on 13 Jun 2013.. The document has still not reached its destination. Despite repeatedly contacting your call center and the booking agent so far no information has been received by me.

there was an urgent document that one of my friend couriered through this courier service fro Delhi on 14th aug. 2013 (docket no. for the same is[protected]and today is 22nd, and even till date i have not received the docket, and the mobile number they provide is good for nothing, the exicutives who sits there are erogent uneducated and good for nothing rater then listening to the issue and trying to sort the same they try to shout on the customers.

Complaint against Blazeflash Couriters - Beware of this company.
Dear Sir,
About 20 days back also we had faced lots of problems as our consignment from Gurgaon reached us after 10 days.
This time also, even though the consignment is booked on 14 april 2014 it has not reached us till now.
most of the tel nos on your website are either not working, disconnected or your staff does not pick up or answer the call. Your toll free number also gets disconnected after some time. it seems your company is hand in glove with the telecom company in order to make some extra money.
this time the consgnment No.21077721 was booked from Gurgaon 122002 on 14 april. your system is showing it is despatched to Mumbai on 15 April, 2014. your mumbai office says consignments sent on 14 and 15th april are not yet received yet. they might be received on monday from delhi.
When contacted your Mr. Sanjay of your Gurgaon Branch he informed that the consignments are sent by road so it takes times. It seems correct as it has already taken 5 days.
Perhaps it is time this things are brought to the notice of the general public through media so that they are not misguided by your staff any longer and are either prepared for such delays or make alternative arrangements viz. speedpost that takes 2-3 days.
your staff have also refused to give the telephone number or email address of any senior or responsible person.
Please investigate and let me have the correct details and reason for the delays.
