i have applied for name change in electric connection provided by BSES YAMUNA POWER LIMITED instead of transferring security deposit with interest (which is reflected in earlier bills issued by BSES), in our name the BSES send us fresh demand to deposit security deposit clearly violating the order vide letter No. F. 3(261)/Tariff/DERC/2008-09/ C.F. No. 2176/ 2805, dated 09/12-10.09 passed by DERC. which is unfair trade practice.
the BSES must should prevent such unfair trade practice.

Sir,the billing in r/o CRN No [protected], CRN No [protected] and CRN No [protected] installed in the same premises for the last two cycles is neither as per the actual consuption history nor as per the average. During 3rd April,2010 to 9th June,2010 the reading is very low.For 10th June ,2010 to 30th July,2010 it is quite exaggerated . Since the advantage of tariff structure is being denied it is causing undue loss.The billing may please be rectified atleast as per the average to do the justice to your consumer at earliest & also that the current corrected bills paid by due dare i.e27/08/2010.

Dear Sir,
In year 2009 High Tension Wires were removed from Tughlakabad Extention Street No. 29 area, and many people benefitted by the removal of the wires. I am resident of House No. 2703, Street No. 29, Tughlakabad Extention New Delhi - 19. I thanks BSES and DDA, that they followed the order of Delhi Govt. in view of forthcoming Commonwealth Games to beautify the area by doing so. Unfortunately, the huge bundles of removed cables and wires was dumped on the terrace of my house and thus creating lot of promblem for us to move around on the roof area. Even the pole falling within the plot area is still standing and obstructing in further construction/repairs of the house. Competent Authority is requested to get the removed wires disposed off and clear the area.

sir i dr dinesh kr yadav crn no.[protected] got bill of around 2600 for aerrier of my burnt meter but noone in custumer care s telling me exactly that this cost s regarding wat n giving no explanation tat how much exactly the cost of new meter.. even at sub div office m not getting any satisfactory answer for this n noone s telling tat who s responsible n wat s the cause of burning meter... kindly do needful...

Dear Sir,
for the last more than a year BSES has been sending me inflated bills, I called up the helpline no but there was no help provided and I was told to pay for getting my meter checked, I have failed to understand why should a consumer keep on paying for everything even when BSES is at fault, why should we pay for their fault, this is a complete mockery of democracy.
I stay in 2 BHK rented accommodation house last month my bill was 13500/ this month it has come to 17415/-.

This is to inform you that a Neem tree is situated at gali no-42/4858,regar pura,karol bagh,(ganga mandir marg) .This is a very busy road.The Neem tree is leaning towards the road.Due to this rainy season it has leaned so much that it can fall anytime and can harm the living beings.The street electicity wires are also passing through this tree.last week a wire has fallen on the road due to the falling of branches of this tree.kindly look into this matter seriously and immediately before any mishappen occur again.

my name is M.S.Bhandari my electricity CRN no is [protected] and i am making complaint for last six months for taking proper care of the pole no 614 at shiv vihar nilothi extention nangloi the box is open and wires are all jungling and hanging in a very dangrous way and due to this light supply friquently disrupted and the local inhabitents themselves try to reinstate electric supply with a long wodden log and some time...

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of ST. No. 18, Sadh Nagar Palam Colony, New delhi. From last more than one month there is a freequent power failure in the night and atleast 2 days in a week we are facing total dard. Yesterday i.e, 9th July 2010 also there is atleast 8 to 9 times power failure resulting in total black out.

The problem of power failure is restricted to very small area of St. No. 18, which seems to be over loading of a pillar. Also we have noted during this summer lot of people have installed A/c without increasing the load.

I would like to request you please initiated an honest offier in the area for the cross checking so that the honest consumer like us will not suffer.

few days back few bses personnel inspected our house and declared our residential meter as commercial and had sent a notice to us to pay 1 lakh and above as penalty........
sir, our house is purely used for residential purpose and no sort of commercial activity is going on. Any one can visit can check any time.

i hope that this is just a misunderstanding on their part .

kindly look into the matter and do the needful as it is a very huge penalty being levied on us unnecessarily.

ON 18.06.2010 some officials came at his premises for installation of a new commercial meter (As per application No.[protected] dated 11/may/2010 & new K No is[protected] which is in the name of Sh. sahdev singh, Mr. Sahdev is forcelly residing in a small jhuggi at GF. he has placed one electricity meter on GF and from domestic meter(K NO.[protected] he is using this meter for factory purpose at 7-8, Krishan Kunj Extn, Delhi-110092.thus,using missuse of electricity it is now, requested that please take stern action against the culprit who has taken the connection by illegal means & with the help of fake NOC, Requested discconect the above install meter immidiatly

There is no street / road lights on basant road since last 6 months. Though it is walking distance from the CP & many foreign tourists use this road while moving between low cost hotels of paharganj & CP , the total darkness on the road , from PK Road to Karnail singh Stadium , is a cause of serious concern. Rickshaw pullers & wagabonds have also made this dark area as their adda.

I (Davinder Khanna) the resident of C-85, 2nd floor, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092 want to complain you about the employees of BSES (East Delhi), Preet Vihar, D' Block, that no one is taking action towards the complaints made by us to the BSES employees naming Mr. Paliwal Sharma, Mr.Gupta and the junior staff. We have complaint them about our problem every next day but not a single person is ready to even have a look into it or ready to resolve the problem this is just because one of our relative have approached to the Senior person of the BSES, East Delhi and asked them strictly not to entertain any sort of problem of ours.

He (Mr. Narender Khanna) is working with BSES as a contractor. He is threatening us that till the time he is working there he will see to it that no one from any department of BSES could help us in any possible way.

*I urge you to please look into this matter and take necessary action regarding it asap.

Maine new connection ke liye 21st May2010 ko apply kiya tha aur 3-4 din k baad bses ki taraf se unka ek officer mujhse new connection se related papers le gaya tha but galti se woh ek document ghar he chod gaya baad mein mujhe bses walon ki taraf se ek letter mila jisme likha tha ki aapke new connection k liye process rok diya gaya hai us document k na milne par woh document maine bses ke head office(vikas puri) mein submit bhi karwa diya phir bhi meter nahi laga phir maine customer care mein baat kari to unhone bataya k ap ki application cancel kar di gayee hai phir maine use activate karwaya aur document punjabi bagh(east) bses office mein bhi submit karwaya magar abhi tak koi response nahi mila please meri problem solve kijiye

Sub: Compaint against BSES Employee

Respected Sir or Madam,

My brother-in-low (Elder Sister's husband) is working in BSES as Line Man. They live in Shahadara.

Their neighbour her name mrs. Sunita working in Karkardooma office.
Sir, She is uneducated lady and she doesn't know that how to talk with other persons.

Before sometime she lives alone in that house and many types of bad element (गंदे लोग) came to met her in late nights, after sometime my sister and her husband objected this type of bad activity and residential can't bear all this thing so they said that ये सब यहाँ नही चलेगा! that's why is irritate them and always threat them with the name of Mr.Narayan Singh her officer in Karkardooma office.

She is not a family woman. She always threat to everybody in block that if you will not do my any work then i will compaint to Mr.Narayan Singh and Say that " He is my friend".

My sister and her husband lived in that quarters since last 4 years. and no body can say that they are not good in their behavior. they are very helping that is one of the reason that's why is irritate with them.

Due to job thread my brother-in-low always keep quite. and doesn’t complaint to any officer. she always threat them to that " इस ब्लॉक मे रहना है या नही".

So, Sir I want to complaint against that woman name Mrs. SUNITA residence of 346, double story quarters, Kabool Nagar, Shahadar, Delhi-32.

Please look into the matter and take proper action against that woman OR Can it possible to change her block (residential wants to change her block).

LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING OUR STREET
The Electricity Board has provided Electricity polls with lights AT GROUP 2, POCKET C - DDA JANTA FLATS, HASTSAL ROAD, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110059. Problem is that light is not working because all lights has damaged, so Thieves are getting many bikes from this area. My bike has missed from here on 02/06/2010. I would like say to you please repair all lights of here. When we call customer care they tell us that problem will be remove shortly, it happens 3 times. Till now there is no light. Many of our residents who are old enough are getting tension given by thieves. Till now we are suffering from tension. Kindly look into this as it is really becoming a problem.

This Complaint is relating to BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd South Delhi, We are the resident of Krishna Park (Gupta Farma) Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi 110062.

That there is a electricity Poll nereby the D 273-274, which provide electricity connection to 15-20 meters. All the connections are opened wire without wrapping any tape etc. It caused plasting & overloading & fire on continue basis...
