When we use to report falt complaints direct to chittoor exchange all time they respond immediately.whereas now complaints are computerized but response were very poor.

Dear sir,I have already longed a complaint vide #[protected] on 20th July 2012 and subsequently send many reminders but very poignant to inform you no action has been taken in this respect.
When we had local exchange direct involvement for falt repairs, the things were better. Now everything computerized but no improvements.
I would like to bring higher management's attention in this matter and soliciting their support.

My LandLine And BroadBand Not working properly, i did Lot of complain But No Result, And Bill Every Month Generated. Why I am paying billBSNL — So Much noise is coming through my land phone
