i am ahmed khan my no is [protected] the telephone was out of order for the above period of 4 to 5 weeks and to the road works in the 3rd main for the above 2 months during these 60 days period a number of complaints were lodge with bsnl office at bannimantap i am paying the above bill under protest .kindly take necsary action to reduce the amount in the next bill not the bill will be paid

Things are going in circles... again from past 10+ days my internet connection is not working.. I tried logging several complains but ended in nothing.
I don't know why and how can can send a sms saying your complain is closed when nothing is done from your end to rectify the issue.
I am literally fed-up with this government entity, please do something to rectify this. Can you guys provide a connection which runs normally for few days. I swear this is the last time I am trying I can do anything else I will simply go for disconnection because when there is no one to listen to you its also a part of corruption. People are not doing their job as they are supposed to. Is there no one who can Westminster the things take control of the issues and resolve them.
This is the basic reason why people dont want to go with BSNL and other private companies are cherishing.
Please show some sense of responsibility towards your customer and rectify the issue.

i have purchase bsnl nic card and i have no suitable foe my work so isubmitted connection in 16 jan. 2013 finnly submiited than bsnl head office give me bill of 13 jan to 12/03/2013 only for 3 days extra activation charges of pay 871/- ruppes but am not use of nic card 4 months than also pay nic card bills am totaly finly says all costmar bsnl is not good
