[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Dear Sir,
Last 10 days my telephone is not working,
Message is “This telephone number is temporary out of service”.

I complaint by phone and three times I went direct to there office, But there reaction is really irresponsable
always saying that somebody will come, but more than 10 days I waiting and waiting.
More over my house is very near from there office also.

So You just tell me what I have to do next?

Dear Concern

As we are facing frequent disconnection of BSNL landline (Twice, thrice in a month) after registring the comlaint they will take minimum 1 week to 2 weeks to resolve the issue, some time more than that.

We are Customers of BSNL from past 15 and from past one year we are getting very poor service, hardly we use the phone 10 to 15 days a minth, need your intervention in this matter on urgent basis and please provide permanent solution.for this.

BSNL — No response from bsnl authorities to solve my problem

Dear sir,
i'm using bsnl land line and BB, my plan is BB 850. My land phone is dead from last week. Sometimes my BB connection also have problem. I booked complaint through TF numbers 198 and 12678. But i didn't get any assistance from my Telephone Exchange. No one come to check my line. Why these people didn't mind customers problem? My complaint is still in the log unsolved. Please help me to get my land phone working. My contact number is [protected].

BSNL — Not repairing the landline and broadband after too many complaints also

This is to registering complaint about not providing the timely services by BSNL , Baihar Telephone Exchange. I am the BSNL landline as well as broadband customer. My BSNL no. is [protected]. I reside at rural area o Balaghat district. My BSNL landline is not working properly since last 6 months. Whenever I do complaints, no proper services are provided. And if it starts working, it only worked for 1-2 days out of 7 days of a week. Due to these disturbances I am not able to use the services for which I am regularly paying (500 broadband internet charges + phone rental charges) The local Paraswada Telephone Exchange employee is saying that the repairment of line is not in their hands but they have informed to Baihar Telephone Exchange 4-5 times orally and also submitted written application. When I talk to Baihar Telephone Exchange Office they start explaining and giving excuses but not saying about its repairment. In the past also I talk this to SDTO as my outstanding bill was much but I am not able to use services. He assured for the services and said to deposit the bill . I deposited Rs 3086 on 25 June 2011. But after depositing it also the situation is worst. Today when I said him that BSNL is not able to provide services so then disconnect the connection, I will take another company's connection. He agreed upon that. So this is the condition of the BSNL services in rural India. Then why BSNL is claiming for its best servicesw. I here claimed for my last six month's bill to the company.

my two bsnl landline number i.e.[protected] &[protected] & one broadband dead from 2 months, but no any officer action to rectify my landline numbers, the officer saying from 2 months cable faults are there. all proper complaint system adopted but no any response. please do the needful.

BSNL — BSNL Landline faulty (Dead now)

Telephone no.[protected] Dead. Telephone exchange have sent the people to check the line and phone numerous number of times. I feel regretted to say that they all have not been able to satisfy us and the problem still remains to persist.
The landline is dead as of the present day. The broadband also does not work properly. It always stops in between and the connection is very weak. We have told numerous time to replace the connection but the problem always persists. Even after lot of complaints, the workmen do not turn up. We are dissatisfied with the service.
We need to know where to complain for the same.

Anand Rao — Telephone not working

My landline 25716315 is not working since 15 days ie., after the rains slushed the telephone lines have stopped working. It is requested the facility be restored. I would also like to mention that there is huge disturbance in the telephone lines the cables may be arranged to be checked to overcome the problem

I requested on 04.07.2011 for shifting my land phone to new Residence. 34 days over. no action by BSNL so far. ph. no.[protected], and new ph.number at new residence as told by BSNL commercial staff will be[protected]. land ph. shifting within hubli city of karnataka state. BSNL heigher lever officers may please take some action to provide ph. connection at my new house.

bsnl complaint portal not working very bad experience with bsnl service. my land line ph.no.[protected] in chandigarh not working since 11/8/11 also broad band not working and bsnl portal not registering any complaint since long whenever i tried. and customer service care also not attending any phone call
