I am a BSNL customer, T.Velu (Age:78) land line(no:[protected] is working only for 2 to 5 days per month for the past 2 years.After making several complaints it was attended and rectified it is a regular process. But this time it was disconnected for the last 3 weeks and I gave a complaint 2 times directly to the AEoffice Kundrathur and it was registered by the concern person in the AEoffice Kundrathur.Since it was not rectified I informed him through the phone also. Till date (21.09.2012) it was rectified. So, I kindly request the concern person to take necessary action without fail and this action dissatisfies us and don't make us to complaint like this in future.

dear sir,
i am a BSNL customer, my land line phone(227307) is dead from about 3 weeks. i am also using broadband facility from it, but due to dead status i am facing many problems.

I am P. Saravanan and my landline no is[protected] and my exchange is koodalnagar Madurai. My land line is dead for more than 20 days and i compliant to the exchange weekly 3 times . But no response from the office till to date. kindly repair it .
I am totally dissatisfied with the service of BSNL . My telephone is out of order since 09/10/2012. I made a complaint on 11/10, which was closed without any action. I made again a complaint on 16/10, but till date the phone is dead. Bsnl should adjust the proportional rent for this period and rectify the problem immediately.

sir, I am a bsnl custmor.my land phone no[protected]not working last 20 days.l had submited my complaint in no(198)but no respons.again i complaint through bsnl parrippu section, kottayam dist complaint cell at the date of oct15&25but they had not take any action .please take necessary action to rectify this complaint
My land line is disorder for several days (phone number[protected], even though a complaint is booked with the Telephone Exchange at Chavara, there is no steps has been taken so far. Please take necessary action to repair the connection.

I am a customer of BSNL . I have a land line no[protected].I am using broadband internet connection also when I have taken this connection BSNL have promised me 2mbp speed but it has never came. now a day telephone is also not working.today too much sound is coming.when I will complaint it will work for some day.It will go to the old style.If I will complaint on 1500 one docket no will be created and a msg will come your docket no so and so.After 48 hr another msg your docket no is closed. but in mean time nothing will happen. so this is the sort story which happen with me If you people can do some thing do because I am also a govt employ so I have preferred this if no solution 2013 I will go with new connection
