[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Sir,
Our Ashram Hostel is mainly for tribal community located at Bidisa under Narayangarh Development Block of Paschim Midnapore District W.B.Since last six months our land line ( [protected]) is not working inspite of our regular complaint. No body bother to rectify.Parents of the tribal inmates who are the residents of Jangal Mahal area facing serious problem in view o[censored]nable to keep any contact.

Please take necessary action to rectify the complaint at the earliest

I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was is not working.I pay paid rupees 660 (2 months)in date 29/12/2011 at karingannoor post office on velinnalloor village(kollam)pin number:691516. we didn't get connection after bill paying & giving complaint on bsnl call centre number 1502, our complaint number is [protected].But they didn't take any action.
please take an immediate action early as soon as possible

Now forthe past15 days only i have problem since i transfered my telephone to 20 south kavarai street west mambalam chennai 33 from same area
I have registered a compliant through my friend and i received a sms and compliant I D No:[protected](BA -BSNL Care) please with outland line i couldnt communicate my views to my wife since nowadays cell phone in home childrens are playing games in the cell phone while i am calling and we have to scole them and we got worried. my kind request is immediately attend and restore the landline connection please. i expect your good co operation please to keep the land line please.

I am a bsnl customer for last 8 years, my number is [protected] not working for last one year properly phone wire in very bad condition. i have many complaint in exchange but lineman ne koi action nahi liya wire change ke liye bazar se purchase karne ke liye kahta hai kya bsnl ke pass wire change karne ke liye wire nahi hai to phone ka connection hi cut kar de bill to nahi bharna padaga.

I was paid all the payment in time but the amount not in the previous payment amount why? since more confusion in the biils dept. I have registered for transfer of my LANDLINE phone #+[protected] on 12-APR-2012 and was informed that the connection should be transferred within 5 days. Till date, connection is not transferred and after calling 20 times to various helpline numbers, I finally got details that the transfer of connection will get 15 DAYS. Please help me to resolve the query as 15 DAYS is quite a long period. Due to this, my broadband connection is also pending.
