I am a bsnl customer for last 8 years, my number is [protected] not working for last one year properly phone wire in very bad condition. i have many complaint in exchange but lineman ne koi action nahi liya wire change ke liye bazar se purchase karne ke liye kahta hai kya bsnl ke pass wire change karne ke liye wire nahi hai to phone ka connection hi cut kar de bill to nahi bharna padaga.

Sir,I have registered for transfer of my LANDLINE phone #+[protected] on 12-APR-2012 and was informed that the connection should be transferred within 5 days. Till date, connection is not transferred and after calling 20 times to various helpline numbers, I finally got details that the transfer of connection will get 15 DAYS. Please help me to resolve the query as 15 DAYS is quite a long period. Due to this, my broadband connection is also pending.
