[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Despite of repeated complaints, no one is bothered to attend to the complaint. My number is[protected] at Coimbatore. BSNL is worst in service. At this rate BSNL would all also form the band of "Telegram" which would be closed and become a monument.

Please try to treat your customers as customers.

I am having a land line connection of BSNL Under Jeedimetla circle hyderabad-55 range vide No.[protected], which I never got the lucky to talk through that phone, even though it has been connected last One and half year back.I repeatedly lodged the complaint through mobile phones, visited the JTO office, all the efforts Put, but the department people never bothered to take care the interest of the customer like me and the generating of bills and messages for remit the bills I am receiving conterminously without any interruption, which seems that the BSNL is only interested to squeeze the customer rather than attending their grievances.

I have lodged a complaint with BSNL, autonagar, hyderabad Exchange on 5.010.2013 regarding non function of my telephone No.24244462. But till today no sevice person attended and my telephone remains dead.

I called many times but no response since the services are so bad I may go for cancellation of BSNL connection

Dear Sir, our telephone no.[protected] is not working and i was trying since morning to call for complaint on telephone number [protected] the tone was coming not reachable and sometime tone was coming busy at 09.43 today on 28.10.2013 phone was picked and i requested to lodge a complaint and i asked the operator what time the office opens he replied 9 swa 9 baje i told him that i am trying since 09.00 o clock but you are available only now at at 09.43 he said we have to do more work with the head office. i asked him his name. he said why he should give his name. i told him that i will complaint against you. then he abused me and down the receiver.


Now i have nothing except to file a complaint on line to get my telephone line repaired permanently as we are fed up with your service. your linemen never work proper the line is always in fault.

Dear sir, we are using this telephone no.[protected] since 1998. we are never happy with your services you can see our bills we are paying only minimum bill for the telephone without using your telephone. You telephone is not working 300 days out of 365 days in the year. we request you to see your bill records on this telephone number. please repair our telephone line.

Vadakenchery, Palakkad Divn. Kerala - State ) no response from their end and telling many excuses. Since my old parents are staying there and I do not have any access to speak to them. However, request to infrom to the branch office to look in to this matter seriously without any further delay. Iam using a BSNL land line with Brod band Brod band service is very bad service. We complain every day but they are not responding. What we will do? please help

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 30years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected] and I am using broadband, full amount paid last month for one year i am just bokking the complaints for the last 6 months, sometime the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within 2 hours i am reciving the same complaint if this problem persist I cant tolrate will surender the landline, take an immediate action and let me know ([protected]@gmail.com)

My BSNL land line no. is[protected] complained 4 times thru computerized complaint registration process. Till today phone is not cleared noisy .My Broad band working ok but intermittent disconnecting

Will the concerned in BSNL take my complaint & resolve it pls.

Our land line phone no[protected] is out of order since 15.01.2014 and even after various complaints to local authorities it is not rectified.The local authorities are not taking any interest to rectify it.Please instruct to appropriate authority to rectify the same. Thanks.
