and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my land line for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

My phone[protected] is not working for a month. We were told that this cable fault is for Metro-rail digging.
Whatever may be the reason, this may please be repaired immediately.
And, please do not raise any bill.
There should be a rule that if a telephone is out of order for more than 3 days in a month,
then the bill will be automatically "nil" for the month, and bsnl should pay compensation
to the customer for he inconvenience cased (and for the inefficiency of he department.
)
The prevailing rules are one-sided: no service, fine, but must make payments in time.
All govt. departments should know that they have to earn money by providing service;
there should be accountability, and sense of responsibility (be it any department).

My landline phone[protected] is dead for almost one month. I complaint several times to the Exchange chargeman after 3weeks when i complaint first, he came and do the repair. After 4 days again the landline is dead. I am again complaint to the chargeman, now more than a week ago the fault shouldn't be rectified. The maintenance and customer service is very worst form BSNL. Chargeman is asking money for repairing the fault everywhere, because of this we are hesitate to call him to do the repair, this is happen to my neighbour[protected], also to my friends... I don't think whether he paid by BSNL or not... So please do me a favour by repair the fault what experienced by me as quickly as possible... I paying my bill every month in date, if I suppose to pay my bill after due date (even one day) I need to pay fine amount... What could your people do for this (fault), I need to pay bill without using ah...

Dear Sir, I have a landline No.[protected]. The telephone is dead for the last about one month. I lodged first complaint vide docket No. [protected], and I got a message in my registered mobile on 29-08-15 that the complaint had been resolved, without rectifying the fault. I talked to local BSNL office ( No.[protected] twice at a gap of one week and both the time I was assured that they were looking into the matter. But, my phone continued to be out of order. I tried to talk to BSNL customer care no.[protected] on a no. of occasions, but every time the system-generated reply was ' the office is now closed'. I have lodged another complaint another complaint on 17-09-15 vide docket no. [protected], which is yet to be responded to by BSNL. This shows the level of customer service offered by BSNL at least for their landline connections.
Under the above circumstances, I have decided that if the fault with the landline is not rectified within next two working days, I shall stop making payment of the bills raised by BSNL, for which I should not be held responsible.
