My landline No.[protected] was dead more than 15 days and made complaint 2-3 times and registered the complain. There is no response from BSL service.

I am a subscriber of BSNL landline phone and Internet connected. my land line number is[protected]. My phone is not clear the voice and don't connected the net. since two days . against my complain nobody take action and also my telephone bill is coming regularly. Please the quick connected net.

My landline no is[protected] and I am Mr Dasarathi Pattanaik. I have made complain on 2nd April 2016 to address my grievances related to slowness of my Broad band connection.by calling the customer care official via1500.at that time my landline is working and speed of the broadband is very slow. To my surprise, immediately
my complain was registerd and my interent connection as well as my telephone connection was diconnected.On Monday ie on 4th when i contacted twice the customerservice executive regarding my disconnection, they straightway refused to note my complain as the earliercomlain was not resolved. then next i tried to contact the CSE who told me to pass on my grievances to the appropriate Authority, Again I logded the complain through internet on 6th which is yet to be addressed.

My BSNl broad band connected land line no. is[protected]phone is not activated.
Though we are paying the bill regularly but our land line bearing No.[protected] remains dead almost all the time. It is a Govt. office telephone and we face a lot of problem if the same remains out of service(dead). Please initiate necessary steps to redress our problem, otherwise we will be constraints to disconnect the same.Hoping a positive action at the earliest.

We are long team BSNL Customer we have requested to shift the tel.line (Latha Mohan 238186) one month back from Christoper Nagar Parvathipuram Nagercoil to Amsi Thengapattanam Painkulam Karungal exchange stil we did not get the connection we are long time customer we are using internet and we are paying more than 2000/rupes per month please do the needful and take the necessary action and fix the line at the earliest.
