[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

my land line no. Is[protected]. I have broadband connection also.with this Land line.I have booked a complain as on 03/01/2014, that my L/L connection is faulty. Docket no. Is [protected]. My telephone was dead up to 12/02/2014 My telephone was dead, broadband also, for 40 days. Why I will pay the rent for this days and why II will pay the payment for broadband for this forty days. It is requested to web the rents and charges for the above days.

My land line phone (Np. [protected]) is dead since last five days.Kindly do the needful to repair the telephone.

dabhade exchange peoples are careless and don’t want to solve the fault. As your
technicians are favor to someone who favor them.

Our Office NSSO(FOD) Govt of India, is using two land line telephone with Broadband connection.
Our problems is as under:
one phone[protected] is out of order since fifteen days, telephonic complaint already made to the concerned offices but still not shorted. Broadband is always creates problem during the receiving a call.
other no is[protected] is also not working properly, Internet disturbed when calls attended.
Govt work is suffering due to Internet connectivity & land line phone is out of order.

dear sir, i have closed my land-line phone,[protected], due to undue harassment in transfer of connection and tariff plan change.I did apply in Adajan customer care office and get closed my connection. On 21 st April2014 and on 22nd i got call to sub-meet instrument in RAMNAGAR EXCHNGE on 24 th.On submission, a receipt is issued by clerk and am asked to submit that original receipt in Falsawadi office.sir just to discontinue such harassment in this computer time is too much...I am retired person and in city, time with travel cost are great problem.Here with i attach scan copy of receipt with hope to have in record at proper placement to get full refund in time.Thanking you with hope for due response..R.A.[protected]@gmail.com

I have lodges complaint with BSNL landline online KRL/CO/2014/6513 dated 21/04/2014 in non fuction in two month my ladline but no response from the authorities and my telephone remaints dead another many complaints are two month in lodged by telephone exchange no have action till date.

My telephone land line number[protected] of Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly, Ernakulam District is not working for the last two weeks. I
already gave complaint to Thuravoor BSNL office many times but till now the problem is not yet solved. Please note that this same Telephone number was not working for 3 months continuously and recently only it started working again.Now again the same problem started.We are just paying the telephone charges without having any use to us.

So I humbly request you to take necessary action to solve my problem. Also please take necessary action against the irresponsibility of the
