[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

i am using bsnl landline its no is[protected] it is not working properly for nearly 3 months and i pay 800 RS every month for bsnl internet broadband.the dial tone on my phone is having disturbances and for that broadband didn't work either.i had called the bsnl officer of our region several times but no one answer's the phone.

My landline no is[protected]. This phone is dead for almost 6 months in the last 4 years. pl credit rent equivalent to 6 months in my a/c to compensate for the direct financial loss to me, set aside the time & energy spent to get the problems rectified in the last 4-5 years.

Now i see a big consipracy on the parts of BSNL employees to harass genuine customers to migrate to competition may for their attitude of non working 7 MAY BE SOME OTHER REASON BEST KNOWN TO THEM.

Pl forward this complaint to all the concened so that customers are not harassed like this

Respectfully My telephone No.2880288 is deed from last 15 days.No body is attended or recetified so far.
I have contact to AGM(shahadara) contact no.2622422 but he is refused & tell me to contact SDO Vasundhara.
I have contact AGM FOUR Times.
When I have to contact SDO Vasundhara ([protected]) or 2885500, 2881200 .
These Nos .are given by AGM.
If BSNL Service like that why ypu are invited for BROAD BAND,
I am a SENIOR citizen & reaired person, If any thing happened to me or my wife BSNL is responsabile
SDO of vasundhara told me that I am not responsable .
As a senior Citizen You have to resignd from your duties or closed all BSNL office.
Please reply my complaint & not to charge BSNL rent for this period.

Our landline phone is dead for about 40 days...and this is too much...i hv registered complaints several times...bt no response...the telephone no.is[protected].If in your Sit is Not Responce After This Complain Therafter I Desconact My Teliphone Line.

Landline — landline complaint

my land line is dead from last 5 days and i had already complained for it several times through phone (on this no.[protected] but the lady who receives the phone is extremely rude and unacknowledged person so m very angry about the service and thinking to cancel the connection...again the public sector is proved less customer oriented and cheap than private sector....

We all are forgetting one basic problem while dealing with BSNL. BSNL is a govermnent organization. They staff get paid every month, whether or not they are working. They are backed by a sound employee union. There is very little the management can do to make them work. Instead of crying at them, it would be wiser to select from a host of private telecom operators like Tata, Reliance, Airtel, etc. Their customer service is very prompt and reliable.

My own experience: I applied for a new landline and even after a month of followup with BSNL, nothing happened. I registered a complaint with Bangalore Circle Office Nodal Officer, who did not even bother to reply to the mail. Finally, I came to know that these do not have the infrastructure to cover my area. Getting my initial deposit refund was another hectic task.

So, let us all boycott BSNL and shift to private operators.

i have booked new telephone last 4 months before. while booking they said 3 days and i came to know that my request has been proceed mt offical but lineman is not ready to give connection.when i called and asked the status they informed its already given.
