I am facing the exact same problem. I have purchased an Aquasure on 26th August 2012 and I have still not gotten the installation done as of 23rd September 2012. I have called them more than 4 or 5 times and every time the customer care at croma guarantees that it will be solved in 24 hours and I will get a call back. It is terrible service and I never get a call back and it is a waste of money to buy an Aquasure from Croma and then spend money every day to buy bottled water. I would not recommend the product to anybody.
