[Resolved]  Croma Retail — Horrible Customer care service

I have purchased Nikon S4300 Compact Camera from http://www.cromaretail.com on 10/10/2012. As per company policy product should shipped within 2 days.But product is in company's warehouse till date.I am taking followup from company but every time same reason "Technical Problem". I can't understand that if company can't give service within state, then how could they give service Internationally as per their shipping policy.
I am very upset by purchasing product from Croma Retail.
