Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i had purchased a nokia handset E-72 on 21.03.2010 with invoice number as[protected], blue tooth accessories with two years warranty and handset with one year extended warranty from croma mulund.
From few days iam having some software issue( like not enough memory please delete some data first) in my phone but was not able to trace my bill so went to croma mulund gave them dates and they gave me duplicate bill with invoice details and extended waranty.
Croma mulund team told me to contact extended warranty team next day, i had call the extended warranty team and i got reply that software issue are not covered in warranty, same day i went to nokia care they replied this would have been covered in normal warranty but extended warranty will be given by croma.
Its really pathetic from such a big company like croma(a tata enterprise) who while selling product talk all nice nice and goody goody and while giving service explain the warranty clause and terms, conditions.
If you cannot give me necessary support and service, then better is you refund my extended warranty money.
If my issue is not resolved i will circulate the same email to all my friends and collegues in corporate world industry and will send the same to customer grievance cell with the same copy.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pop from Croma about 4 months ago. The piece Croma sold me was faulty. It had a weak battery and they said they'd get it fixed for me. It's been over two weeks, the phone apparently was sent to the service center. When I went to pick it up, it was damaged. It kept getting turned off and on on its own. The staff there weren't really interested in helping. I forgot to mention that the warranty is for a year. The manager said he would look into it immediately and he would let me know the day after...there's no resposne from him and his phone is unavailable...
Croma is a ridiculous place to buy equipments. Their service is really bad. A company like Samsung should be careful to let people in Croma deal with their products. I dont trust Samsung and Croma. I've had a really bad experience. They are really pathetic!!!
