I had purchased a croma split A/C on the 21 May 2012 with invoice no. SLF02AO[protected]. The product was delivered on 22 May 2012 around 4 pm. I am a film studio/edit suite owner and have high end machines that run continously. The issue that I would like to bring forth is that inspite of repeated requests and constant follow up on the helpline, help is far from coming. No one has yet come for product demo or installation.
I have tried explaining my problem that with the heating of my systems, I have to stop editing to cool my computers that is delaying my work and deadlines.
I think croma has the most Poor and bad, pathetic after sale service. I call the helpline day and night requesting immediate service and they have absolutely no information on the status of the technician and their whereabouts. they cannot commit on a time they will send the technician. they donot have the contact numbers of their higher ups or any other whom we can reach to or request for immediate action. They promise to contact they never contacted again.
I call the store and it gets connected to the helpline again. and again I am stuck with no information of the technician for installation. For the last 4 days of delivery the product is sitting in my office eating dust.
If you cannot provide after sales service I don’t think you should promise the same. Croma does not have any feedback mechanisms and no response to the requests put up, that is very frustating to the customer. I tried calling the Mumbai number and no one takes the calls either. I end up buying an expensive product only to see it lying un used in the office, while my work was suffering and also have to end spending in getting installed.
All I can say is that with this experience I will never buy any products from croma and suggest the same to all my networks. The service has been very poor and dissatisfying and a loss to the customer. it only reflects that the TATA Group does not value its customers and is apathetic to their requests.

Croma Split Ac — Bad customer Service by Croma
I have purchased croma split AC (Invoice no - SLF02A[protected] on 10th May 2012, And got installation on next day. But it is not cooling from the first day. I have also complain to croma customer care and in greater noida croma store but till now i have not got any response. Bad customer Service by Croma.
