i bought a hardisk from Croma, Kamla nagar, Delhi branch....after some time it broke down..when i went to Croma for its replacement as it was in warranty period. they told me to show the bill...after examining the bill they said they cant replace it because no serial number of tht harddisk was mentioned on it.
I told them that that is their mistake because when they gave me the printed bill at the time of purchase...it wasnt even printed well...every word written on it was very light. i had to fight with them to get the replacement. first they told me they'll get it replaced it from the company..then they told that i have to go nehru place for its replacemnt..when i went there...they told me that i'll get my new harddisk within 1 week but they gave me after ! month..!!!
Now again i had some troubles wid my harddisk, so i went for d replacement with all the papers,i earlier got from d centre. when they saw the papers they demanded bill from us.we told them these are the only paper we got from here n we didn't have any idea that those papers were not the bill. we told them sir we only got these papers ,we dont have any bill .they started arguing that we must have lost it dats y we are making up things...n strated shouting to prove themselves right !! we stood there for more than 1 and half hour on their heads to get all details n later on it came to our notice dat bill was never created from the centre . and they didnt even bother to tell us at d time of replacemnt . the manager named mr.Rajeev, (kamla nagar brancj,Croma ) misbehaved and after even everything was confirmed that mistake was at their part then also he didnt accepted his mistake for his neglegence n behaviour and still was very rude.
whenever i visit kamla nagar branch i always see customers fighting with their staff for something or the other.
i would seriously like to advise the chairman to change the motto of Croma....that their motto is to satisfy the customers...coz i dont see any point in that motto...
nd if possible try to keep a check on their employees' behaviour towards customers...
because rememeber...CUSTOMER IS THE KING..!!!!! not these stupid employees of any company..!! Was this information helpful? |
