I ordered 2 year subscription for Norton Anti-Virus protection. My account was charged and I have no service yet. I want my money back.
I ordered a renewal from Norton Virus Antivirus August 31, 2009, and thought it process completely - as I continued useing my internet the SYMANTEC HP CPC WWW.MYORD.COMMN - kept " POPING UP" I kept deleting this "POP UP" and ended up getting a "VIRUS" - took to Best Buy (Geek) and they had to completely clean up my computer because of this SYMANTEC HP CPC WWW.MYORD.COMMN. - my husband purchased my computer new on August 07, 2009 and this SYMANTEC HP CPC WWW.MYORD.COMMN caused us to get this virus. The charge from SYMANTEC HP CPC WWW.MYORD.COMMN was charged to my Discover card on August 31, 2009. Paid Best Buy $140.73 to get rid of the "VIRUS" - and I'm being charged for this from WWW.SYMANTEC HP PCP WWW.MYORD.COMMN FOR $131.98 - I am turning this over to my credit card company for this company to credit my account.
Again charged for this which I did not order
DRI* Symantec — Didn't receive product
I paid for the product and never received the download. $69.98 appeared on my credit card statement and still no antivirus software. On June 26th I paid $81.34 to DRI*SYMANTEC for Norton Firewall protection on 2 computers.
This was a yearly fee which they now say has expired after 3 and a half months.I will not deal with this company again.

I ordered the download which did not download completely (Of course they already have your billing info), so downloaded the next day and of course was charged twice. There seems to be no one to call to get any help with this problem. This should not be happening. Everyone in business needs a customer service dept.

Norton Antivirus Protection — Paid for Norton Anti-Virus Protection and did not get it.
I ordered Norton Anti-Virus Protection that cost 69.98 and I did not receive it. I got my credit card statement and found that I was charged by DRI SYMANTEC HP CPC. I have already sent one complaint with no response. I can also see that I am not the only person who got ripped off. I would appreciate it if you would let me know what the status is with this problem and how you will make sure I am refunded my money.Your consideration in this matter is appreciated.
I order Norton Antivirus on Sept.8, 2009 @ thought it had processed, but it didn't. It kept poping up and I was charged $191.97 on my Discover Card. But was not able to get it to work because of a "VIRUS". I printed out the order and it said Order Status:Closed. Date of Order:Sept.9, 2009 and the # was[protected]. I had to take the computer out to Computer Solutions to get rid of the "VIRUS". I want this charged taken off of my credit card. I will also contact the credit card company. So please take care of this matter. I don't intent to pay for something that I did not get.

I sign on for Norton's protection on 15, Nov. 2008. I received a message from Norton twenty some days later, telling me my service had been terminated. I trouble with my computer and had to send it off to HP for repair. shortly after HP returned it to me Norton terminated my coverage. I tried to contact Norton, with no success, I wanted a refund for the one year of service I didn"t get. Now I received an E-Mail from Norton Oct. 2009 telling me my subscription will expire in Nov. 2009. My order number is[protected]. I want to cancel the service altogether, Norton wants to renew a subscription that they terminated a year ago, They want to automatically charge to my

About 13 months ago I purchased an HP Laptop containing the use of Norton security for one year. Using my credit card I recently extended the basic coverage for an additional year at the listed price of $29.99. My credit card however, was charged $69.99.
i'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or regular business practice of Norton. In any casae I want my refund of $40.00. I am very annoyed I have to go thru this hassel to either correct your error or protect myself.
I woould think a company selling security software with an international reputation would be more concerned with providing internal safeguards and controls. Someone may interpret this as an attempt to unfairly benefit from a overly loyal and trusting public. Financially benefiting form these unearned profits may cause someone to question the true quality of your products and services. What happens to your over charge that are not requested back?

DRI*Symantec HP Mobile — do not know what charge is for
My account was charged $131.98 on 10/1/09 and I do not know what this is for. How do I find out? Can someone please help!!!! All is says on my statement is DRI*Symantec HP Mobile www.myord.com MN I purchased a laptop in June and Norton was already installed. When it came up for renewal I accepted the contract in good faith. After Norton was renewed I noticed chaarges on my Visa which I did not agree to. Then I started having trouble getting into the internet. On doing a little research on the charges on my Visa I found out that the charges stemmed from Norton and Symantec and NVIDIA which were installed on my laptop. As it is now I cannot get into my internet. I have no idea how to correct this. I don't know whether it would be my internet provider, Hewlett Pakard or Windows. I demand a refund from DRI*SYMANTEC and Norton immediately. It appears to me that programs are not to my liking. I want them off my Laptop.

Reviewing my credit card statement I saw that I was charged twice on my credit card for DRI Symantec Generic www.myorder.com MN what is this? My order was through Nordon not through this company and the worse is that my computer is popping up a box that shows that I am not protected, that my anti virus was expired on 12/08. Can someone help me please, or how can I get my money back? I am afraid that my computer will get infected. THIS IS NOT FAIR!!! I AM SO UPSET...
