[Resolved]  Dri*symantec www.Myord. Commn — DRI*symanted not ordered

I have been charged for this product which I did not order. I ordered a Norton Security update because my system continued with alert notices interrupting my work. The order was online for a reasonable $25. update.

my bank card was charged and I didn't even put any information out there about my account SO WHY WAS I CHARGED. THIS IS FRAUD...71.00
I never ordered the norton from myord.com and I have been charged £44/99 I want this money refunded to my credit card ASAP - I do not want to see anymore charges to be made. If nothing is done I will take this up with my credit card company. Thank you!!!

Dri*Symatic Myord — nauthorized charge

I was charged by this company on my debit card for something I did not order and something I have ever heard of or had. I want this charge reversed immediately.

I was charged for a product that I have never used is there an explanation for this??

DRI Symantec Generic — interferes with computer causing all types of problems. Took of the computer

When I try use and download the program the computer acted treating my computer to be impossibe to run. As soon as I took the program off my computer by using theADD Remove program. Therefore I think that the charge should be taken off my credit card Discover.
I purchase on 11/19/2009 Norton 360 Premier Edition and my AMEX card was debit on 11/20/2009 for $88.54.
The CD for this product arrived while I was in the hospital for heart surgery and therefore could not activate it until December 10th when I arrived home from the hospital (of course due to not being able to I did not try until later when I improved enough). When I have tried to enter the Product Key (TH8C3-VPK6W-KJ788-643KY-9MC7R) It says this is an invalid number.

Either cancel my order #[protected] and credit my card or give me a new product key at no cost.

I have tried to find a telephone number to reach you for days and have unable to find one. Also have unable to take clear of this matter via e-mail due to the confusing website.

Please advise asap as to how this matter is going to be resolved.
norton sucks...they ripped me off, they took my money out of my checking account, and the sad thing is, is that it was suppose to have been a free trial and i canceled it before trial was up...scam artist...im contacting a lawyer.
A charge towards my debit card of 74.99 was made today that I was unaware of. I had not ordered the service and would like to know how to somehow get a refund of my money.
i did ordered symantec anti viruses, but i changed my mind, and then I cancelled them .still you charged me i need my money back. please revers me.
these people do not want you to find their telephone number. it is hidden in one of their many useless folders on their web site. they try to beat you down c their many telephone recordings. never did get a straight answer about who myord.com really is. out of the blue the charge showed up on my discover card also. will not recommend norton to anyone.
I tried Norton's Antivirus and then cancelled the order. Now I am being charged $74.99 by Dri*Symantec. on my Visa card. My bank has been notified to not accept this charge.
I know norton was sued for stuff like this before in 2009 guess they did not learn the consumers won the case im seeking legal advice since u can not even call them!!!
i was also charged and did not order seems this is going on quite alot
