Hello Sir,

I am a Akarshan Sharma. My residence is in Dwarka.
there is a bus no is DL1PB 2676 route no 770 Ltd. Dilli Sachivalya
the driver have no manneres and his behaive is very rude he have some friends in the bus and all the time he is just talking with them and don't look at the way which is wrong according to me. So my request to you pls change the driver so it will be convinient to us.

2. Pls arrang another bus for Dwarka Sec 12 to Lajpat Nagar morning at 8.30 am. daily

I am a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase III and working at Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, near Badarpur. DTC started operatiang Route No. 34 Ext. from Mayur Vihar Phase III to Lado Sari terminal 3-4 months back operated by NOIDA depot. In the beginning, services were better with a frequency of about 15-20 minutes. Commuters came to know about the service soon and the route became an instant success even after facing competition from Blue line routes of 34 and 493. It started to be a profit making route for the DTC and buses started with full capacity. The service was a boon to hundreds of commuters from Mayur Vihar Phase III and Noida who are working in areas likes Sarita Vihar, Okhla Industrial Area, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Badarpur and Fraidabad, Sangam Vihar, Saket, Mehrauli and Gurgaon.

For the last few days, services in this route have become very erratic and commuters are being harrased. There is no fixed time and many trips are being cancelled. The time keeper is not able to help as only Noida Depot buses are plying in this route and toll tax problem is also there. Now commuters are to wait for hours to get a bus. For example, yesterday (4.08.08), from 6 am to 10 a.m. one bus came about 7.45 a.m. and no service was available after that. Today also, the situation was not different. On request from the commuters, the time keeper was good enough to divert one bus on this route.

From the happenings these days, it is evident that some forces are trying to destabilise this route and harass the commuters.

Delhi Transport Corporation bosses are requested to kindly look into the matter and help the harassed commuters.

my no is [protected], its on my father id (Rajbir singh).
i used gprs 499 plan from last 06 of july 08. without my information airtel charge me 1155 rs for using airtel live, but in my notes i never used airtel live from my mobile. so why airtel added 1155 in my account.tell me how it can be possible that i m using both paid services. ( i am student thats why i try to save my money just because of that i activated 499 gprs plan.)
so many time i am dail 121 or 12118 for help but many time yours agent give me wrong information, when ever i am complaint they said sorry for that. is it sorry the solution ?

This complent for DTC Transport of Delhi, I live in North delhi Burari, thereis a lots of porblem to go to RK purm in early morning . Because is very short bues service in that route and a bunch of Charter Buses is that route and they always get unfare misbehaves to passanger . kindly get some bues to that route to avoid a big hedech to go office. We want to your best regard many people bless if you start some bues to Burari to R.K. Purm route

For the last one month in the morning time there is not bus available in the morning time, from Uttam nagar to Anand vihar.
I came to know due to the HariNagar bus depot's shutdown...there is a problem of buses...

I have been residing in Delhi for the past 3 years. And i had thought that DTC services were the best in business. But, what i didn't know was that actually it is one of the worst services in India, grossly engulfed in corruption. I will give you the reason for this. On the night of 22nd May, 2008, i had to go to Jammu with my sister as she had an exam in Jammu the very next day. When i reached ISBT Kashmere Gate at around 9:00 in the night, i saw a Delhi-Katra volvo of DTC. So, i went to the ticket counter no 12 and asked for 2 tickets. The DTC person who was giving the tickets told me that the volvo was full and no seats were available. At the same time, a person who was standing by the counter (probably not from DTC staff) came to me and said that he could arrange the tickets for Rs 1150/- each. I dismissed him and went searching for some other bus. When i returned back after some time, what i saw was that the same person who was issuing tickets earlier and had told me that no tickets were available, was issuing tickets for the same volvo. When i confronted him, he again made the same excuse. Then i realised that something was wrong. So i asked him about who was the DTC incharge present there, so that i could lodge the complaint. But to my horrer, when i went to the person who was supposed to be the incharge over there, told me there was nothing wrong in it. And why are you not buying the tickets from that agent. I was totally shocked. Delhi dream was over for me at that very moment. When i told them that i will make a formal complaint to the authorities concerned, they just laughed it off and said nothing would happen to them. As i had to leave early and as there was no other good comfortable bus available, i decided to take a private one as we were getting late. Due to all this we could not reach Jammu in time and my sister had to miss her exam. If this is the service one gets in the national capital of a growing super power or as some fools call it 'Hamaari dilli', then i am really sorry to say that Delhi is nothing more than a city of thugs, robbers and inhuman people. I am not saying that you compensate me or anything. What i am trying to say here is that by taking prompt action against such people who are hell bent on making delhi a living hell, you can give delhi a new lease of life. It was very clear to me that the DTC people present over there were hand in glove with the private bus operaters. I can also give you the volvo bus number which was due to leave for Katra that night. Now its up to you that whether you are able to stop this growing racket or not. At least, i had not expected this from DTC. But now i will definitely make sure that next time i never take to DTC.

well, i know that after complaining on this, nothing will do on this metter by the concern authorities. I am a regular passenger of DTC. I used to catch the buses from ISBT (kashmiri gate) towards subhash place depot. Max. no. of drivers & conductors used to smoke inside the new low floor buses. Few of the drivers dirve the new buses with open gates, then few of them stops the bus and open the gate even on the red lights. But my compalit is that, when driver and conductors doing smoking inside the bus then how they will gonna stops the passengers for not smoking. Well, we all know that how much money is spent on these buses and these money comes from our pokets. If driver and conductors are follow the rules then surely they can put their efforts to clean the buses and they can teach the passengers as well, to keep clean their buses. But who cares... if they smoke... who cares if so many other passenger felt uncomfort with infected smokey envoirments... One more intresting thing that most of them are not in the dress also... If you want to see all these whatever i m saying, then can see the whole things at the above said place between 7 to 9 pm. Well I do hope so that if someone from the concern authority red this article, then will do somthing positive on this. Thanks buddy.

DTC is the government operated bus service in Delhi. Which need to be up graded. To prevent pollution, accident the public transport is always welcommed in devloped countries. DTC are only exceptional. There are different examples about DTC non operating services in and arround the city. Here some of these:- After 8 pm DTC buses are rearly visible because at 8 pm they finish their duty. Although several thousand people had to move in this time after office / factory / establishments. But No Buses, Can you able to catch any bus of Rout No 724 at dholakuan towards Nehru Place after 7.30 pm? No if you luckly get any of them this will go up to Safdargunj Hospital, not Nehru Place. The same story from Moti Bagh, There are 442/864/865 buses to Nehru place from here but you will never get. ( There are a lot of Bus No I can give which are service after 8 pm)
DTC staff has an un-official Tie up with the private bus operators. that during the office peak time DTC will not run or very less run. In the morning up to 8.30 am DTC provides school service, so private buses take this advantage. During day time after 10 to 1 pm only DTC give sufficiant service on different routes because there are very few commuters, some time you will find that 3 buses of same No are running with 3/4 passegers. Again after 4 to 8 pm they give service. Normally after office hour at 8 pm DTC just finish their shift. As a result DTC is loosing huge money. Don't feel DTC gets money from others for servive, they get money from your pocket by the way of different Taxes charged by the government. So every single rupee lost by DTC is loosing your money. Please prevent this. Those who have monthly ticket are very pathetic, by paying in advance thay do not get service and will have to wait when a DTC bus will come. I belive this is violating consumer rules. Will provide more information after getting response.
