dtc bus number DL 1P C 3961 ( route 534 )

conductor took the money (5 rs from khirki gaon to mehrauli), but didnt give the ticket
3-4 people in front of me. he took the money. didnt give the ticket , said just sit.
night time around 10 pm.
it also happened to me earlier same time, on the route of 764, near same time

This complaint is with reference to the bus number registered as DL1P C 7462. it is DTC's low floor green bus on the route number 166. this complaint is for the date 6 september 2011 when I was witing for the bus at Wazirpur Industrial area, Ashok Vihar to come to Deep Market, ashok Vihar.
This bus came and stopped but didn't opened the front gate even for the ladies(including myself). We could not even enter from the back...

DTC Department before run the bus Route No.618 (Shadipur Depot to Safdarjung Terminal) but yet this route no. no one any bus....and much people Shadipur depot or West Delhi to come South Delhi much problem suffer.....and much problem is official people he/she come to South Delhi and no any bus Like Munirka, R.K. Pura, NCERT, IIT Gate, Bhikaji Cama Place, Dhaula Kuan other places.....i m requested that the DTC department again this route no....

hello!

bus no.727 ki frequency waise hi bahot kharab hai aur jo express bus hai uske drivers APS colony k stop pe bus ko rokte hi nhi hain.kuch bolne pe kehte hain ki stoppage nhi hai.so plz unse boliye ki atleast bus roka karen kyunki kharab frequency aur bhid hone k karan hum log jo usme jana chahte hain wo bhi usme nhi ja pate hain.aur agar stoppage sach me nhi hai to plz 727 ka stoppage APS colony ko bhi banaya jaye....

hi !

i m a student and transport daily to AIIMS from APS colony by DTC bus no.727 which has a very poor frequency.being a girl i have to wait for abt 30-40 min for the bus to come.as it is the only bus from paalam to medical and safadarjung,all the patients and army personnels board on the bus in extremely large numbers due to which there remains no space even to stand.ladkiyon k liye is bus me bahot problem hoti hai kyunki...

It happened twice with me. Outer Mudrika Bus towards Munirka never stops at the Ber Sarai bus stop. It just slows down and you have to get on the moving bus which is very risky. If you ask the bus conductor or driver about it their attitude is like everyone gets on then why do you have problem, just take ticket and sit down!!
It's like they are providing us free ride! Their attitude is intolerable! They drive very rough as if...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was posted complaints form last one month but still i didn't get a possitive response. I cant believe this bcs if DTC dont have a enough bus then why he stoped a Blue line service. If he stoped blue line service then DTC must provide a bus for all public. Route No. 801 in a week or in a two three days will got one bus otherwise no bus for full day.

Please help us to provide a Route No....

hi

i am Shivani (student of AIIMS) and commute daily by bus no.727 (from APS colony bus stop which is the only bus from palam which carries all the patients from palam to medical (AIIMS). In addition to this many Army personnels n colllege going students also commute by this bus.The bus is available at a gap of half an hour.The bus is always overcrowded n the express buses also donot stop at the APS bus stop.

There are hardly any buses plying through Sarojini Nagar / Laxmi Bai nagar towards S J Airort/ C.P. Earlier a lot of buses on Route No. 51,53, 52, 56,89 ,611, 615 were available. But despite Sarojini Nagar area and adjoining Govt. colonies where a lot of people in Govt service are living, DTC has totally neglected it. Now a days there are a very very few buses available on Rs. No 615 so the frequency is very very low and the sufferers...

Since ever the blue line service has been discontinued the DTC bus service on route no 588 has deteriorated a lot. Earlier frequency was of 5 minutes and we never felt any kind of problem. There are a few number of buses and those are also mismanged. On many occasions no bus would be seen for more than half an hour and then suddenly two bus would appear in quick succession almost plying together. Even after introduction of R No 794 covering...

Hi sir,
During morning and evening peak hours , there is only few buses are operated on this route (Dhaula kua to noida via exp way) , but from DTC website it shows that a bus in every 6 minutes. But reality is 3 or 4 bus max in one hour span and 5 to 7 private buses(without any permission from govt. side) . And these 3 or 4 buses of dtc come together after some 30 -40 minutes gap at maharani bagh and there is abt 50 passengers there...

I, Jatin, am went from delhi gate to laxmi nagar from route no.39 bus no Dl-1P B9842 at 10.45 am.
Driver drive the bus so rash @ 60 Speed at red line crossing i.e. sharp cut and .This effect those passengers whose are standing in bus. They did not balance maintain and face small injury in them I also injure and in new DTC bus door are closed otherwise we are not living more. I tell the conductor but he doesn’t...

There are very few buses on Route no. 910 which runs from Nangloi to Shivaji Stadium/Kendriya Terminal.

In office timings, passengers often get frustated and agitated with the service of DTC buses on the route.

Due to lack of buses girls and women have to bear unusual conditions.

All passengers are getting angry in this route.

Kindly increase the service of Bus at Route No.910....
