Since ever the blue line service has been discontinued the DTC bus service on route no 588 has deteriorated a lot. Earlier frequency was of 5 minutes and we never felt any kind of problem. There are a few number of buses and those are also mismanged. On many occasions no bus would be seen for more than half an hour and then suddenly two bus would appear in quick succession almost plying together. Even after introduction of R No 794 covering some of the track of R. No 588 the situation remains same as Rs. no 794 is also a rare commodity on many occasions. The commuters have to wait a long to travel small distance from Nauroji Nagar or INA Colony jof SJ Airport to Lodi Road. Lodi colony and J L N Statium as no other bus service is available on this route.

    Sub: Complaint for DTC conductor for threatening to face dire consequences, misbehaving and smoking on duty in the bus publically.


    I am a law abiding citizen. I travel daily via DTC Bus from Khan Market to Swarn Cinema (Shahdara) as I work as an Asst. Manager in HDFC bank at Khan Market.

    Today i.e. on 09-08.2011 at around 5.45 P.M., when I boarded the DTC bus from Khan Market having route number as 623 and bus no. : DL 1P B 1526 (old DTC bus), the conductor was smoking. Since I am allergic to bidi/cigarette smoke and due to rush in bus I couldn’t go ahead in bus and I was standing near to the conductor, I therefore requested the conductor to throw away his bidi as I was not comfortable with the smoke of bidi.

    When I again request to the conductor to throw away his bidi, he didn’t paid attention to me. On my repeated request to through the bidi, he shouted and abused me and said that he won’t throw it away and he blowed the smoke on my face.

    And then when I asked him about his actions and he should be ashamed of his actions he started misbehaving and abused me again and threatened me that he (conductor) know my (complainant) bus stand and he will kill me and caught me and slaped me and threatened to face dire consequences. He also tried to throw me from the running bus but I was saved due to the intervention of the other passenger traveling in the bus. He also threatened me that he will beat me so badly that my family would not be even able to recognize my face and further threatened me if I made any complaint than I should face dire consequences as I am daily passenger of this route bus. Then the nearby standing people asked the conductor to stop talking rubbish but the conductor keep on saying and used very abusive language also.

    It, is, therefore, requested to take the necessary action against the conductor of that above said DTC bus as per law.

      Hi sir,
      During morning and evening peak hours , there is only few buses are operated on this route (Dhaula kua to noida via exp way) , but from DTC website it shows that a bus in every 6 minutes. But reality is 3 or 4 bus max in one hour span and 5 to 7 private buses(without any permission from govt. side) . And these 3 or 4 buses of dtc come together after some 30 -40 minutes gap at maharani bagh and there is abt 50 passengers there and no one is able to catch the bus.
      This is the same story at evening also . After a gap of 30-40 minutes , min 3 DTC buses came together and its not possible to get in to the bus because of huge rush.
      Some DTC officials please take serious action against such incidents (This is the real story and when we call the helpdesk no of DTC they are not reponding in a good manner)
      If DTC operates bus as per schedule means every 6 minute one bus , then how 3 4 buses came together after 30 -40 minutes (They are trying to help private services)

        Respected sir
        I, Jatin, am went from delhi gate to laxmi nagar from route no.39 bus no Dl-1P B9842 at 10.45 am.
        Driver drive the bus so rash @ 60 Speed at red line crossing i.e. sharp cut and .This effect those passengers whose are standing in bus. They did not balance maintain and face small injury in them I also injure and in new DTC bus door are closed otherwise we are not living more. I tell the conductor but he doesn’t take any action. I also write the complaint in complaint book.
        Please sir should take the appropriate action toward this complaint for future passenger lives.

          There are very few buses on Route no. 910 which runs from Nangloi to Shivaji Stadium/Kendriya Terminal.

          In office timings, passengers often get frustated and agitated with the service of DTC buses on the route.

          Due to lack of buses girls and women have to bear unusual conditions.

          All passengers are getting angry in this route.

          Kindly increase the service of Bus at Route No.910.

            I(ankit singh) had the proper ticket but the ATI person take my ticket and tear it and sad u have no ticket and said to pay the the fine of Rs 200 but i said that u tear my ticket so he slap me and said is there is any avidence for it and by unfortunately the bus has been gone he take my purse and take 100 rs from it and said go away from here after few min i take a pic of three person from my mobile and i want your help to punish him so that no any inocent person can face the same problem.
            Its my humble request to you to plz help me and punish him and i will male her picture also .

            I lalita with my sister board the bus from vishwavidyalaya on 1-7-12 at 7:30am at delhi transist bus no.4104 on TMS route . i paid rs 100 to conductor and bought 2 tickets of rs 15 each . conductor gave me rs 70 but due to crowd in the bus i lost the tickets at the same time ATI board from vishwavidyalaya . when they asked me to show my tickets i told them that i just brought the tickets but i lost somewhere and i showed the remaining balance rs 70 . and the public and conductor also told the ATI that they bought the ticket but lost but the ATI said i want only ticket or give me the fine said arrogantly . he threatened the public and the conductor also and forcefully he fined rs 200 to me. i am giving the delhi transit receipt no.is 32214 date 1-7-12..kindly take steps against the ATI persons and take immediate actions . i will be very thankful to you. and please informe me.

              nON AVAILABILITY OF BUS NO.375 281 FROM PREET VIHAR AFTER 7:00 PM
              This complaint is about the NON AVAILABILITY OF BUS NO.375 281 FROM PREET VIHAR to DILSHAD GARDEN AFTER 7:00 PM.. if someone coming via noida through metro first of all he/she can't travel long in metro as it will take more than 2 hrs and again again thrice for 4 times u need to change the metro so the best way is to come from noida till yamuna bank and then change metro for preet vihar and on preet vihar stop one can go easily by the bus ..which are hardly visibal at preet vihar stop after 7 pm. Even it has been observered from 7 pm till 9:45 pm. Just imagine wot situation one would go..who need to go to dilshad garden ...these worst services which are grameen seva is there which goes to seemapuri but for dilshad garden people it is again very difficult to get down at jseema puri and again has to travel by riksha or self walking for another 15 mins ...kindly look into the matter people who work at noida from dilshad garden seriously without any option .. these bus timings should be arranged properly atleast in the late evening time as u know wot is going on with ladies and girls and now even with everyone on the roads by the criminals to be on safer we need to tight our travel system first. so it is highly required specially for dilshad garden to arrange the buses.
              would appreciate your immidiate efforts for better results.

                My self Sumit Sharma. On[protected]. I got a DTC low floor Green Bus from Harsh vihar and they make it 971 Anand Vihar delhi, I give rs. 40 her and tell for daily rs. 40 rupees pass, she prepare my passon[protected].which no is 01, but when I come back to seema pur bus depot.at evening after finish my work then a another DTC 205 purani delhi bus condactor ask me for pass and I show my pass to him then he tell me it is wrong bcz the pass no is 02 not 01 today[protected]and told for tickt or leave the bus then I leave the Bus, and go to seema puri depot they suggest me for complain in nand nagri depot bcz it is printed in back to pass.
                I want to response from you plz take action I am upset from this careless duty of ladies conductor who wrote a wrong no pass for me and other peoples who face problem when DTC Ticket cheaker ask for ticket and write the challan.

                  I am a resident of Yadav Nagar, Delhi. Since last four months we are facing a very big transportation problem from this area. The DTC buses are not available in the morning time (from 7am to 8.30 am) which results the commuters couldn't reach office & School in time. Only one single bus come on that period for Route No. 100A and many time it will not come. The depot inchrage is also not doing anything to divert other route buses in thess route. He doesn't bother to hear the commuters complaints. We also doubts that he is taking bribe from Blueline bus owners & Gramin Sewa & playing game with public. You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

                    I WANT TO MAKE A KIND ATTENTION OF DTC OFFICIALS TOWARDS THE OLD AND SHATTERED BUS STOPS OF DELHI CANTONMENT AREA, BUS STOPS HAVE BEEN VERY OLD AND IT HAS NO SEATING ARRANGEMENTS , PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE BUS STOP BY STANDING . MOREOVER SOME BUS STOPS ARE IN VERY DANGER CONDITION THAT MAY BE FALL ANYTIME. SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME NOTICE ON IT AND TRY TO MAKE NEW BUS STANDS AS IN OTHER PARTS OF DELHI.

                      i use to travel on bus no 540. for the last three days I could not find any buses operating from 11.30 am to 12.35 pm. Once one bus reaches the station i could see 1-2 more buses coming on the same time. why don't this DTC following timetable? these are making very much inconveniences to the public mainly the common man.

                      please somebody takes action on this against those who are guilty?

Once one bus reaches the station 9.15 am i could see 1-2 more buses coming on the same time. and he take money from gramin sewa drivers .Please take action against drivers. Why don't this DTC following timetable? these are making very much inconveniences to the public mainly the common man.

                      please somebody takes action on this against those who are guilty?

                        This to bring to your notice that the commuters from East Delhi to Noida have to face problem due to very less service of 347 & 443 buses to Noida. The service of 347 is every 25-30 minutes difference and as the commuters are more the bus is jampacked while the service of 443 is very rare. today the 347 was late at the Mother Dairy bus stand by 15 minutes and the driver of 347 bus did not open the door in front for the ladies to get in. on top of it he was very rude to the ladies and was back chatting and said that from tommorrow on he will not open the front door.

                        We would request you to better the service of this bus route to atleast every 10 minutes as there is a heavy rush during office hours.

                          This is to request your goodself that in AC or other low floor buses, beggers who sings the religious songs abruptly enters in the buses and starts with instruments and in loud voices.

                          Even after raising complaint,, the bus conductor dosn't cares nor the driver..

                          Also certain vendors enters and sells papad, coconut,etc... It has become the daily affair.

                          If possible this complaint may be resolved,, as it is faced by all general public.

                            We would like to draw your attention that on route Nos.313 there is acute shortage of service from Vivek Vihar to Inderpuri., particularly in the morning hours between 6 AM and 10 AM. This problem which is affecting the common man who has no other means of transport. The situation has gone from bad to worse since last couple of Months. . I want to file complaint about DTC bus service.
                            I am working in Rajendra Place. I always leave my office 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm after that I go to Vivek Vihar for my Destination.
                            There is only one Bus Route 313 to go Vivek Vihar . At this time there is no bus to go there. After, Stop services of Blue Line situation has been critical.
                            Please increase DTC bus service on Route No.313 in the morning and evening also for go toward Vivek Vihar to Inderpuri in the morning and Inderpuri to Vivek Vihar in the evening.
                            Kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful and get us sufficient buses in these routes for the service class.

                              I draw you attention towards malpractices followed by DTC conductors to usurp DTC funds.

                              I boarded route no. 116 /bus no. C-8526 DLIP from Rana Partap Bagh to Railway Station on 17.6.2011. The bus reached railway station at 3.10PM

                              At Kashmere Gate a team of DTC vigilance officers with wireless set in hand boarded the bus. The conductor immediately gave Rs5/- ticked to three boys charging rupees fifteen in all. On enquiry by the vigilance officers the boys informed that they had boarded the bus from Badli to Railway station and have initially paid Rs 45/- (15X3) to the bus conductor.

                              The officers immediately took notice of it and got signed the statements of boys and completed the formalities. Only formality left was to mention the statement in the compliant book and inform the relevant authorities by wireless.

                              At railway station all the passengers got down. The conductor was reluctant to produce complaint book while the officer was insisting for it. I saw the conductor requesting and negotiating with the vigilance officer for not taking any action in the matter.

                              Anyway, new passengers started boarding the bus and I too had to leave the place.

                              In the circumstances, I am afraid the officers may have compromised the situation with the conductor thereby giving losses to DTC and boosting corruption instead of crushing.

                              An appropriate action should be taken in public interest against the culprits, be it conductor or the team of vigilance officers, in case found guilty.

                                Time : 8 pm 24 June 2011- Lajpat Nagar Stop.
                                Conductor was arguing with me of no reason in giving seat next to him.
                                He even pushed me.

                                Is this what DTC welcomes you by Humiliation?
                                Bus karo Say no to tarffic jam all these words become useless when someone start abusing u publically...i have to change the bus on the next stop to get away from this...and that was the last time was using DTC Bus.

                                  1. frequency of DTC from palam to CGo complex (727)is very poor sepecailly morning time 10-12 AM
                                  2. 727 buses of same route runs back to back and that way stupidity because one bus chase another and goes with very few passenger while other bus with seconds margin is fully jam packed.

                                  I was traveling on Route No. MUNDRIKA SERVICE (-) DTC low floor green bus (Bus No.DL 1PB9767 on[protected] evening hour around 7.45 pm. The bus was going towards sarai kale khan the bus reached in south ex. I intimated the bus driver to stop the bus in my next stop of south ex The Driver didn't stop the bus at bus stand and sarai kale khan and said me at this stop no passenger rides . he not only stop the bus but he used the statement You are only one person . You'll get rid of bus at next stop. When I said Is this a rule of DTC. After that he used abusive language .Really I got surprised to here this kind of words from a DTC bus driver. Since all buses are stopping there, why this bloody driver refused to stop?. Therefore, I kindly request your goodness to look into the matter and take immediate necessary action against him.My Ticket Number Is[protected]
                                  then he drops me at andrews ganj stop where to i get the another bus wait for more than 40 minutes 440 route, Ticket no.[protected]


                                  I don't know why govt has approve for without code of conduct, the Driver told if the bus is mine i will drop you at ashram,

                                  Due to negligence of DTC conductor and driver the passenger will bear the money and waste of time,

                                  i don't know who will bear the money. This is major Fault of DTC
                                  when the Blue Line Bus cancel the services the DTC has monopoly to road

                                    I had travelled in Low Floor AC bus on 14th June 2011, route no. 522SPL, bearing no.- DL 1P 7094, that left Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Terminal at around 07:40pm. The AC was set on 29 degrees whweras the outside temperature was around 30 degrees. After tellin the conductor and driver no action was taken from their end and cooked up stories for not controlloing the temperature. I even tried calling the helpline number but alarmingly none of the numbers were in use. The service of DTC is really poor and they are not rendering services for the money they are charging from us. I hope the higher authorities take up this matter seriously and take quick action at the earliest.

                                    i hereby Vijay Rathi

                                    i was going at my office today 6th june 12 at payal (naraina) there bus was coming route no.753 & bus number DL-IP IC 8277 driver hasnt stop the bus & damage somebody and run away and this is not a single incident we are facing this problem daily basis and we couldnt reach at office due to DTC careless buses services so, kindly take necessary action against the culprits & solve the issues

                                      I was in my car when I took this photo of a DTC bus driver talking on the phone (you can see the blue coloured phone . This was at about 7pm in the evening this road as soon as we turn in from the NH-8 in to Mahipalpur on the Mahipalpur Mehrauli Road, this road is slow moving and also a lot of pedestrians crossing the road.

                                      No wonder the buses are killing so many people all around Delhi.

                                      Please do let us know of what is going to be done about this.

                                        There is not DTC Bus Service in Mukhmelpur, Delhi-110036, if any bus comes no timing to come and go
                                        the conductor and drivers drops their trips, the buses is very old and out of order in the way. so people are suffering in transports. the delhi govt. give almost 60 routes to Gramin Sewa But there is one and two. where is gramin Sewa Taxi. they are driving on other routes. Narala Depot gives DTC Bus to us but there is no low floor bus service in Mukhmelpur

                                        I would suggest you, give new route in circle from Azadpur to Alipur to Mukhmelpur to Hiranki to Burari to Kings way Camp to Azadpur, burari route is very good to earn money
