i bought aquaguard RO filter one month back in bangalore.it was working fine for 1 month. suddenly one day it stopped working. i logged complaint via customer care centre on sunday ie 6th June 2010. till today(wednesday 9th) service man did not attend the complaint. when i spoke to manager ie Ms. Shwetha in kanakakapura road aquaguard office(near metro), she is saying every day like the problem will be attended within today evening . But till today evening (wednesday 9th) no service man attended the problem. i felt that aquaguard people are customer's blood suckers:-)
I have made 2 complaints regarding my water purifier. Docket nos. are . Only 1 agent came to my house and promised to come back in the evening. the 1st docket was closed. I am waiting for several days for response to get my issue resolved. Pls check into the matter.ASAP. Aquaguard has got a lot complaining customer, due to which they are not able to resolve all the issues. However they show it in there ads and promos they are the best. Customer would be happy with the quality of the product and services from the company not with BIG TALKS.
I HAVE PURCHASED REVIVA NANO FILTRATION WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM from M/s AKANSHA ENTERPRISES, NAVANAGAR (NIGAHI) DISTT. SINGRAULI M.P. PIN-4868990 ON DT. 17.02.10 THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING PROPERLY BUT AFTER FOUR MONTHS ON DT. 07.07.10 THE SYSTEM WAS FULLY STOPED. AT THAT TIME I CONTACT TO THE DELAR FOR RECTIFY THE SYSTEM BUT TILL DATE NO ONE CNTACT ME.

The only suggestion I can give is stop buying Acqaguard and go in for other better products that have come. Acqaguard engineers who do the servicing are nothing but a bunch of scoundrela and after sales service of this product is the worst among all.
I bought a new acqa guard and within the stipulated period asked for a free servicing. The engineer came and told me to change the candles. I refused because the acqaguard was new, three months old and hardly used and candles did not require to be changed. The engineer cleaned the candles and fixed them back upside down. No one can make out but this way the candles get spoilt very fast. And thats what happened. We were having contaminated water till we called somone to check and he told us this.

The worst service one can expect from Eureka forbes (Aquagurad).Instead of getting carried away by brand name you can approach any other RO water purifier manufacturer who fixes up the same kind of apparatus for 6000 to 7000 rupees with a better service
The RO Membrane has been taken to be cleansed with acid .While picking up the part for service the Service staff asked for a 2 day time.Similarly three persons came in tandem but failed to fix it properly It has been 15 days since and there is no responsible answer from the service centre .Whenever I call them up they say they will fix it the same day and ultimately no one turns up.
Salesmen never disclose the fact that you have to spend 3500 rupees yearly to get the salt deposited membrane replaced.(Even though I am ready to spend i feel embarassed by this kind of hiding facts)

Very unfortunately, for the servicing of Aqua Guard, there are all franchisees, who works on cost economization. First, is that they don't come till such time there are repeated complaints. Second, they are all ill trained staff who don't even know how to speak decently. THERE IS NO COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE AVAILABLE VIA ANY KNOWN CHANNEL WHO CAN HEAR US.

aquaguard/RO Total — old accessories fitted
two year service contract made with companies dealer. so he did changed some filers out of which some seems old one. Complaint arose again then service boy changed TFC REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE CARTRIDGE which is old and they made it recycle again. Please justify my complaint. [protected]

I am to inform that I purchased an aqua guard from your company in the month of January 2010 trusting the promising words of your sales representative who made frequent visits to my residence. Your salesman assured that the condition of our ground water was very good and we will not have any problem for the next ten years. But to my disappointment I have been facing problems with this aqua guard right from the very next day. Till the 10th of August 2010 I have made frequent complaints and your service engineers have attended to the fault for seven times but till[protected], still it was not rectified. On[protected], the day after your mechanic attended last, still the water was salty and hard. Again I had registered a complaint to which a service engineer attended a week later and said that nothing can be done and I have to purchase a new one and the sales man who sold this machine has given false hopes. I was shocked. To cool me off this shock, he had asked me to wait for a weeks time to find out whether something can be done.
Today is[protected] and I have still not seen that service engineer nor any attempt has been taken to rectify this problem.

Very bad bad products from Erueka forbes, we have been cheated from the company, from the day one the product what we have purchased is not working, whether it is the correct way to give the service to purblic, our invoice no 054843 purcahesd on 27th october 2010, but till date no one has bother to rectify the thing, we have been giving the complaints but no use, to whom to blames form this type of mistakes
if the company want to give the proper sercice they should come and rectify the same immediately

I found the Aquasure Crystal water purifier works ok. But their after sales service is very very poor. So much so that I will not recommend the product to anyone. I have asked them for the mandatory service atl least 3 times so far and none of those guys have turned up so far. As far as those guys are concerned sell and make their money and the costomers can then go to hell. That is their attitude.
