ICICI Bank — Regarding Account Details

Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket on 28th June 2010 through IRCTC online booking by my ICICI Bank account.But due to some technical issues the ticket was not booked,but money was transferred to IRCTC from my account.
When i cross checked with the IRCTC they said that the ticket was not booked and money was not received from ICICI bank & if money amount is transferred they require a confirmation from my bank.So i requested ICICI bank for a confirmation details of money transfer from my account to IRCTC account from last 2 months. But ICICI is denying for the same they says we can't give such details in written(hard Copy).
If i need to claim a reversal from IRCTC i need the transfer details.
Please advise me in this matter. How should i proceed?

ICICI Bank — LESS MONEY WITHDRAWAL

Hello Sir,

I Ram Nath withdrawal money 1000 Rupees on 23/05/2011 time 20:06 TXN NO 2024 from ICICI ATM LSC MADANGIR and ATM ID S1CW4979 but only 600 (100*6 notes) come out and 400 rupees not given. I am also complain in SBI BRANCH but he say's your money is transfer by you.
So kindly taken action and given my 400 hundred rupees.

ICICI Bank And Dtdc Courier — Cheating by icici

yesterday i got a call from ICICI bank, person name is Kuldeep from ICICI Rohini, New Delhi.
He called me up with FAKE name and COMPANY. He said I am from DTDC courier and there is a courier for you which is kept with us and it could not be delivered due to some reason and asked the number for one the person. I shared the details with him. This fraud person had guts to call back and say that he is not from DTDC courier and he had lied in order to fetch details from me.

This is where the reputation of the bank and its values and culture is at stake. These people with there immoral values not only show how CHEAP they can get. The kind of employees are threat to the organization with whome they are working and in future they will work.

I request DTDC company to take strict action against him for using his company's name in order to fetch details from the common man. And I also want the bank to see how there employee is ruining the reputation of bank in market.

ICICI Bank — extremely poor customer service

I had Fixed deposit receipt ,in My name (First name ) and my mother name ( second name) and I went to
teh Bank with my signatures as well as my mother signatures on the revenue stamp ( which had been advised to us by the ICICI that in order to close the FDR there should be signatures of both parties on the revenue stamp. Initailly the officer looked at the receipt and advised that I deposit the money in the
account with ICICI Bank .However my previous customer unfriendly experience with a different branch ( about which no complaint was submitted) I asked that I needed bank cheque . She looked at the computer and said that they cannot do it .I said that she can deposit money in the account and then she refused
When asked she said that they donot have my signatures .I showed that my valid ID ,signatures
driver license etc .Howeever the attitude was not of help.I requested that she talk to the manager of the parent branch who had advised us to go with the FDR with both signatures on the revenue stamp
Howver she declined .
THE ICICI STAFF IS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY TO THE EXTENT OF HARASSMENT OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE WORKING CULTURE IS NOT OF HELPING .THE PROBELM MAY BE WITH THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT MRS CHANDA KOCCHAR SINCE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FEARFUL AND INTIMIDTAED TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY DONOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND AND ARE SO FEARFUL OF DOING EVEN THE RIGHT THING AND DONOT VALUE CUSTOMER .THEY DONOT CARE WHETHER CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED OR NOT

ICICI Bank — share transfer to my dp

sir,
as my wife has expired , there are some share which has to be transferred in my dp but because of my name differ in nomination in bank and my name in shse securities my shares are not being transffered in my account. i am requesting my icici bank to transffer it but they are giving these excuse of my name difference. as my bank is saying that cdsl is not accepting it .so kindly transfer my shares to my dp. as my pan card is same in both nomination and in dp so there is no use to make difference in both. so kindly do as soon as possible and do oblidge. my dp id :sandeep s desai a/c no. ICICI Bank — loan closure not updated with CIBIL

I have earlier availed personal loan from your bank which is linked with this account, the same has been setted. Loan Account No.LPCHE[protected] for Rs.150,000/-, the same has been closed on Nov 30, 2010 and obtained no due certificate from your bank, prior to this there was another loan bearing account no.CC/[protected]/1003/020356 (L Ref: B3662)for Rs.200,000/- against your bank credit card, this loan has also been closed on Mar 2010.
Recently i have applied for a loan with another bank were it has been mentioned by them is that my name is in CIBIL list.

In spite of closing this loan i was surprised to be in CIBIL list for these 2 loans.

Request your immediate intervention to update my current outstanding status to CIBIL.

ICICI Bank — Refund of $179 pending for almost a month now

I have a credit card from ICICI Bank on which I made a purchase of $179. The amount was refunded by the company on August 01, 2011. The money is still not reflecting in my account and no one is answering my emails.

Please refer to the email that I had sent to their customer care cell.

ICICI Bank — ID Proof for Cash withdrawal below Rs. 50,000

Sir, I have withdrawn third party cheques below 50,000 rupees from many banks and nobody asked me any ID Proof but ICICI bank in M.G. Road Ernakulam asked me for an ID proof of withdrawl below 50,000 rupees.


Sir, imgaine I'm in urgent and I didn't take any ID proof with me then what would have been circumstances.

Do all banks follow the same rule of RBI or they keep their own rules.

I think private sector banks are acting too much.

Govt Banks and more customer friendly i think
