yes really very bad service

ICICI Bank — Like a stealer

I am Arijit Chatterjee, customer of ICICI Bank , a/c number[protected], Rishra, Hooghly branch.
I opened this account beeing called by ICICI Bank (or call center). I was told that its a zero balance account. and for the last 1 yr and 3/4 months, i had never maintain any balance. It was all good.

Now on 19/04/2011, there is a deduction for quarterly balance. I called customer care. I talked with Mr. Lindaiah and he told me the account status is showing something where minimum balance of 5000/- is required. And more surprise, the customer care can not tell me when it was changed.

So friends be aware of ICICI Bank. It is nothing but stealing my money.

I will now go to close the account, its not because the minimum balance, it is because this is the standard of service ICICI Bank offers.

Very bad Service, not yet no body contacted me as mentioned in the above comment. All they do is trying to calm down the public as they very responsive. But they are not, be very careful on the transactions you do with this Bank. Very closely watch all the transactions you do and cross check the statements, otherwise you will be cheated unknowingly.

Dear Sir,
For my whole life, ICICI Bank has been our family bank. Especially in the past four
years, as a student away at college, the customer service representatives have been
accommodating and prompt. Nevertheless, I am writing because I have been terribly
inconvenienced by Mr.Vikas at Preet Vihar Branch at Delhi.To begin with, I tell you that this person on 7.5.2011 tell me at the entrance gate of bank that he is the manager of branch and his “Dukaan has been closed” without hearing anything from my side and he just moved from there. I am totally embarrassed after hearing that from the employee of ICICI bank. What happen to the recruiters? Is this a correct manner to which you have handled your customers.
ICICI Bank is my primary bank but does not thinks that your service has now malpractices by such newcomers . It has been frustrating not being able to used that branch in future. I am used to.
I consciously made a decision to stay with ICICI Bank because of the excellent service but these recent events have been extremely disappointing.
I would be grateful if I can expect the same service I used to receive.

ICICI Bank — Debiting R.12754.49/- from my saving account

Dear sir,

An amount of Rs 12754.49/- is debited on April,30,2011 from my ICIICI bank A/C NO[protected] by ICICI bank towards outstanding dues on my credit card no. [protected]. where as I have never used this card for anything and the same is expired on Nov,2010.,How bank can deduct so huge amount ,and also bank is not able to give me any statement of my credit card for which I have used this card.

Kindly help me out.

ICICI bank ,Bharuch has deducted Rs13873/- from my savings account without my permission towards the credir card number [protected]-LT-2-134.This card is never received or used by me.I wrote several reminders to clarify and submit me the documentary proof about the utilization of card.i also wrote bank manager of ICICI bank Bharuch to clarify under what right my account is operated without my permission and violeted my right and confidetiality as well as bank has shown disloyalty to thier customer.

i will like to have vigilence enquiry in this case.

i will like have intervention of the forum to get me justice in this case by refund of the deducted amount.

ICICI Bank — Axis Atm

I went to Axis ATM Dt.13/5/2011 at 8: 45PM to withdraw money when I
inserted the card into the machine the Axis bank ATM machine hanged and my
transaction was uncompleted and after 15 minutes my account was debited by
Rs.10,000.I made a complaint to my ICICI Bank by phone.They had given me a
complaint no.[protected] for resolving the issue within 12 days but still I
didn't get any kind of assurance.So please look into the matter and help me
out. i have also lodge a written complain in my ICICI Branch Nehru Place on
25-5-11. request no. SR[protected]
I have enclosed the statement for this clarification.


Please do needfull & short out my problem and credit my rs 10000.

ICICI Bank — Pay order or DD of remaining amount not received after closing the account

Sir,

I had my Savings account with ICICI bank Magarpatta branch at Pune. I had closed it on 25th or 26th of March 2011 at Lajpatnagar branch in Delhi after consulting with their customer care. But till now I have not received the pay order or DD of remaining amount of approx. Rs. 14,191.
I had regularly visited the magarpatta branch for this and had mailed concerned officer and had submitted a complaint letter on 7th May 2011 to the concerned officer and also explained my problem to their brach manager but still no prompt action has been taken on their part.

i had icici credit card and i used 1 lack amount on credit card. i had payed 1 lack 25 thouasnd till now (where 25 thousan is interest) but the payment i was made irregularly but still it was showing outstanding 50 thousand., i linked the credit card into my icici bank saving account. icici bank directly debiting the amount from my icici bank saving account. Then I went to credit card section for discusion to settle the credit card. i am ready to pay 25 thousand out of 50 thousand but the icici bank credit card section executives telling the "we do not give the option to settle the amount." the total 50 thousand will debit from your account till that time we kept LEAN to your account".
What hell are ICICI bank people, its rediculos yarr.. what I do next..please help..

If i dont link the credit card to my icici bank saving account then i think ICICI bank people will come for settlement. that was the mistake i did so far...other i won't pay 1 rupee to icici credit card...
