ICICI Bank — wrongly debit the account

I have an account in ICICI Bank having account no. [protected].I have made a online transaction on dated 29th march 2011 for making a payment of Rs. 2325/- .the icicibank has debited the account from my account but the same has not been credited in the account of DHBVN.

ICICI Bank Govindnagar Branch Kanpur — CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT THROUGH INB SCHEDULED ON 01/03/2011 WAS NOT DEBITED NO INFORMATION GIVEN BY BANK NOR ANY STEP TAKEN

SIr, a payment of credit card bill was scheduled on 01/03/2011thrugh internet banking was not debited.credit card card department has called me that i have not paid the bill.I told them that sceduled was not debited by the bank despite sufficient balance.but no result.Credit card department called me atleast 10-12 time.MY sceduled Txn failed reason best known to bank.the credit card department beautiful debited all the charges like late fees,interest and taxes.Ultimate I paid my all dues in the second week of March.PLz arrange to refund all the charges which has been levied due to fault of bank.

I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch
Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct) has taken my all documents
and one check of Rs 900 - ICICIBank. But this is going to be around 5 months. I called up
Mr. Azgarali many times but he is not responding properly. Finally i got his manager's contact
number Mr. XXX [protected]) but unfortunately this fellow also did same thing.
Pls tell me one solution to get out from this.

Could you tell me how many days it will take to create a Demat account?

If it is rejected then dont you have minimum courtesy to retun back my check and documents?

Dont you have commen sence to call me and let me know the status?

Could you tell me what should i do next ? I cant wait more than 5 months for Dmat account open !!!

Please please please return back my documents... i dont want your account...

Icici providing one of the worst service i have ever seen..

This is the first time in my experience ICICI bank services are harassing me.

Im really unsatisfied and frustrated coz of bad service.

ICICI Bank — Shall we carry a camera every time while going to ATM for proof

I requested transection (3000 cash) from ICICI ATM at NSP (ATM ID S1CW3877) , but cash did not dispensed.
still the amount is deducted from my account.
My request turned down.
On every step of complaint i got the mail that we tried to contact you but you were not available on phone. How can this be justified for a mobile no, the statement shows that the officials at ICICI bank are lying.
I was having faith on ICICI thats why i never go to ATM with a camera recording myself, otherwise i would be having a proof that the cash was not dispensed.

ICICI Bank — Pathetic ICICI Bank

Today I got struck in a very unhappy situation were ICICI and HDFC were involved. I being an ICICI bank customer was not at all supported by ICICI not even the MD desk person meenakshi paid any intrest in getting it resolved. However HDFC bank not even listen to me but even are trying to get my concern resolved. See guys (ICICI) I think ICICI is the worst bank to bank with. Pethetic. Soon be posting the whole experience at all common fourums as let the world listen how good u r when it comes to customer delight....

ICICI Bank — Abusive caller from the bank

Dear Bank Staff,

I am NRI in QATAR and my wife recieved a call from ICICI bank (allegedly) and the caller was very abusive and has caused a huge distress to my wife. This was regarding some credit card but he was very abusive and shouting.

I have alraedy lodged a complaint with Indian High Commission and wanted to inform the bank.

a fraud transaction made from my account from an ATM machine which was out of order from a month to the date when transaction made.

ICICI Bank — Unnecessary Deductions from my A/C

Dear sir,
I am M praveen Kumar having a salary ac no[protected] from one of the companies in Hyderabad. the nature of My ac has been zero balanced. Even though my salary gets credited in my account on regular monthly basis, still i am charged in the name of QAB charges. This is ridiculous service from the reputed bank. i have decided to take serious action to close down my if no reversal action is taken in this regard.

ICICI Bank — Utilisation of Recovery agents (Credit Card No. 9401270203515007

I have given complaint against the Bank in Reserve Bank of India's Ombudsman on 20, Dec. 2008, 29th July 2009 and 29, Dec. 2010. No action was taken by the Bank. My effort for more than 3 years was futile. Either the Bank or the RBI has done nothing. Instead of
taking action on my complaint, it sent letters to pay the oustanding amount. Considering my request the outstanding amout should be waived off immediately.

I an NageswaraReddy Annepureddy, having a saving account(salary) in your bank at Sadashivpeth branch, Pune. My account no. is[protected]. My friend deposited Rs.9000 on 21st April, 2011. You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50,000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.
If you will not take the necessary action, then i will cancel the ICICI a/c.
Please do the needful.

hey m using icici acc for the last 4 years..couple of days before i hav tried to take money 7000 at syndicate atm..but it came only 3800..but they debited all the seven thousand..whats the solution now?

ICICI, Nagpur — CAR OVERDRAFT

I,Manjusha Madame,would like to mention that I opened the car od account with ICICI,Ramdaspeth,Nagpur in Yr.2006.I was regularly operating this account.In Yr.2006 I suddenly came to know that because of recession ICICI has closed this facility without any intimation to me.When the ICICI bank declared my account had a balance of INR 45000/-
The od granted to me was INR 1,08,000/-.
Now the ICICI bank is demading me the interest on it which is thrice the valuation of my car.My car no.is MH-31,AH-8773,Maruti-Zen-Lxi.
The period for operating this account was three years granted by ICICI.But ICICI terminated it in two years only without any prior intimation.
I require a account closing notice from ICICI.Also I would like to settle this account.My car valuation at present is INR 60000/-

ICICI Bank — SURCHARGE DETECTED AFTER 4 MONTHS

ICICI bank has detected 25Rs as a surcharge where the transaction has been done on 23.12.2010 and they are detecting the money now on 3.5.2011 where they are saying that it is a transaction surcharge and they have debited it as the VISA process has now only came after 4months shame that when i paid it said only the train amount charges and now after 5 months they are deducting 25 Rs surcharge and saying that it is a tax.fake banking and stupid service.
