I had surrendered my credit no [protected] after clearing all my dues. However, the bank is continuously sending me reminders for the due payment of Rs 5571. Severeal times, I have requested the bank to inform me for waht reason the charges are being demanded. However, no reply has been received from the bank so far.
one month is over till now icici not revert my money. finally i have to go to court or RBI.
ICICI Bank — SETTLEMENT OF PF

Accounts And Taxation Group that my PF was settled on 18th June 2011.But I have yet
not received any amount in my account.

Actually there was wrong address mentioned in the credite card statement but bank was sending through courier on time i was paying all dues regularly. In my last purchase of Rs.1109/- bank fail to send the statement by courier so i did not make payment in time. There was wrong address on credit card (ihave proof for this) eventhough when they called me to pay i paid Rs.1109/- Now from next statement they have charged late payment fee, service tax, interest charge, ..which i dont have to pay because of wrong address.

I am senior citizen of 62 years old. Pl help me and take legal action against them.

ICICI Bank — CREDIT CARD EXCESS BILL
This is regarding my credit card No. 4477 XXXX XXXX 2007 Bank ICICI New Delhi, My Credit Card Limit was Rs. 20000/- and Bank sent me a statement of Rs. 34000/-They have charged me over my bill limit and as per CIBIL I have to pay only Rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought I am ready to pay the amount as per CIBIL, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, I am mentally harassed by them, Bank people call me more than 10 time every day.I want to settel the due payment as per the CIBIL only.

ICICI Bank — Collecting non-due payment on credit card
I am a retired officer of State Bank of India in my late seventies.After a good 12 years of my retirement I was requested by a person claiming to be a representative of ICICI Lombard Insurance over telephone to take a health insurance policy with claims on no cash payment basis.When told about my age he suggested that I could take the cover for my son on payment of a lumpsum of about Rs 5000/- and a small amount of Rs 270 per month for 2 years.As the policy was for health insurance I invited him for a discussion with application forms etc.Strangely,instead of coming he sent by post ICICI Lombard policy number 4034/CHC/0326924/00/000.As the matter had become a fait accompli we kept the policy & ICICI Bank who had earlier issued their credit card no. [protected] offered to pay the premium by debit to their credit card without any request from me.This was understood to be operative for two years.But strangely,even after premium for the whole period had been paid(which was also confirmed by ICICI Lombard)ICICI Bank continued to raise monthly debits on their credit card.However as the stipulated period was over we stopped paying further premium.At this ICICI Bank started sending threatening letters and made phone calls to our residence.They also vowed to destroy any credit that I enjoyed in the market by publicising our alleged default.The matter was taken up with their head office who promised to arrive at a mutually acceptable compromise(According to them only three installments of Rs 270 each were due from us).But the local office of ICICI Bank continued to put pressure on us freely abusing our family members at all hours of day and night and also threatened to send a debt collection officer to our residence to realise their dues amounting to Rs 4947.39.At this,in my absence,people at my residence decided to pay the money claimed to avoid violent/criminal action.As the insured party we have received no benefits as no claim was lodged whereas ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard Insurance realised in aggregate.We want that Rs 4947.39 that we were forced to pay should be refunded by ICICI Bank.Thanking you,Sincerely,

icici life time gold — WRONG INFORMATION
I m Mitesh Patel one of the customer of your Life Time Gold Plan and I have bought 2policy from your agent my first policy no is 09119136 and second is 09121886
that time I have invested 1,00,000 each policy but somehow I don''t have paid
up next premium for that policy till today but I got SMS from your side
Payment Rs. 25576.67 for your policy 09119136 has been sent your registered
address via velocity[protected] cheque no 424355 & awb-[protected] so why I
take only 25% money from your side I want my full money for each policy
otherwise I m going to complaining to media or news paper if you r not
answer within 48 hours. Because when you have required customer so you r not
disclosed this type of communication if customer is not paid up a premium so
company will only 25% money back to customer.

This is regarding the amount of automatically deduction of 165 rupess from the account without informing me, as already i have issue a check of 5000, to which is bounce of insufficent found, I just want to know without informing me how they reduce the 165 rupess and after then 386 rupess, and after some time on 21/06/2011 they charge me 109 rupess, already i have logged a SR in customer care SR[protected], just want to know all the writen policy with RBI if it is applicabe for above option, due to check bounce who will pay for that

ICICI Bank — Implemented charges for "no dues "
I had applied for online ICICI Lomb. Insu policy in Aug 2007 which was cancelled within stipulated time. ICICI bank had credited the amt on the same date as per card statement dated 29 Sept 2007.Now they are asking me to pay interest amt. and are sending legal notices.Finally deducted amt from my SB account with them.1.Refer ICICI Lombard Gen. Insu. Endorsement for short period cancellation no. 4034/FNP/02577160/00/001 dated 4th Sept 2007 for my policy no.4034/FNP/02577160/00/000
2.ICICI credit card (no.[protected])statement dated Sept 19,2007 where amount debited towards above policy on dated 29th Aug 2007 was credited on 31st Aug 2007,is shown
3.However, the monthly statement were showing installments in following months for which I had drawn attention of their customer service dept who told me that it will not affect as the amt was already returned by ICICI Lomb.
4.Bank had sent Demand legal notice of Advo. Hitendra Parmar dated Feb 18, 2011 was sent to me for recovery of Rs.11024/-
5.I had replied all their letters/notices along with proofs to their Mr. Sandip Jalan on his email sandeep.[protected]@icicibank.com (phone No.[protected] and their customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and the matter is still pending with SJ.
5.Suddenly on 21st May 2011, Bank had informed me that ICICI bank has exercised the right of Banker's Lien whereby they have Lien/charge over my saving bank account towards unpaid credit card dues., and deducted entire amount from my saving account with them without any pre information.
HOW CAN THEY TAKE SUCH ACTION AT MY NO FAULT?
I can attach the copies all my correspondence to the concern dept.

I am Advocate Kadam n I am receiving threatening calls on my mobile no. [protected] and refer to as Mohd Kalim Khan again and again. Despite of telling them that there is no one by that name these calls keep on recurring. My simple question is why don't u guys check on whose name is the current no. registered and stop being stubborn. All this while I have been refraining from sending you legal notices but it seems that its becoming mandatory to send one and finish this once and for all.This sheer non-sense and irresponsible behavior is annoying.
Need u to take quick and corrective measures to resolve this matter.

I HAVE ICICI BANK SAVING A/C BEFORE 3 YEAR I HAVE OPENED IT AT THAT TIME I AM MINOR & IT IS OPEN FOR COMMITION RECEVABLE BY BAJAJ ALIANCE INSURANCE CO. BUT IT IS 0 BAL. AC, AS ON 31 APRIL 11. I RECEIVED MINUS BALANCE STATMENT, ON 5TH APRIL I GO TO THE NASHIK ICICI BANK THEY ARE DENIYING TO CLOSE THE A/C SAYING THAT PAY FIRST MINUS BAL. AND CLOSE YOUR A/C, OTHER WISE WE WILL DECLARE TO AS DEFAULTER. MY POINT IS NO INTIMATION GIVEN BY THEM ON DEBITING MY A/C ALSO ON THIRD MONTH AFTER LAST COMMITION RECEIVED BY ME A/C HAS TO BE CONVERTED IN NORMAL SAVING & INTIMATION TO BE GIVEN TO ME BUT THIS IS NOT HAPPEN SO I DON'T WANT TO PAY SOMETHING & ALSO DON'T WANT TO BE DEFAULTER BECAUSE IT WILL CREATE PROBLEM FOR ME IN FUTURE WHEN I WILL GO FOR TAKING LOAN IN OTHER BANK.PLEASE HELP ME

ICICI Bank — harassement though telephones
I am getting lot of telephones on my office number and my mobile number through ICICI bank girl . One day i received more than 50calls .I find very difficult to work.Due to their harassement i feel i will get heart attack. They also call again and again to my Head office to my bosses. ICICI girl say deposit Rs.240000/- before 25/07/11 other wise your job will go. Since i do not have that much i said i can arrange RS.50000/- then she is using gali and she try to remove me from my job and complaint to my head of the department.again and again. I request the ICICI authority that they consider some cases through sympathetic ground and solved the problem. I think RBI and Police Department should tape ICICI recovery department telephone tape as ICICI BANK is dangerous for society . I do not know how to talk with them. They should call one or two time and not more than and person who has availed 100000/-loan if they have paid some money and financial condition is not sound then they should not be force otherwise he will have to borrow from friends , money lender, and colleague and they will charge high rate of interest and then they will make life miserable.I request the ICICI authority that those who are availing personal loans their financial condition are not good and bank should not expect more from them and their problem should be solved what ever possible to them.They should not contct their controller. ICICI Bank — Unreasonable and Excess Billing
I am holder of a ICICI Bank Credit Card. On December 3, 2009 they sent me an outstanding Bill of Rs.66,905.95 which was inflated nearly double of the actual credit amount due to very high interest and penal charges added frequently in their earlier bills. The collection agents used to make several telephone calls everyday and insisted me to pay immediately. After receiving Rs. 6,200/- from me, in December,2009 they converted the balance amount of Rs.60,705.95 payable in 24 installments for Rs.3,390.43 as on 2nd January,2010. Thereafter till today, I have paid a total amount of Rs.40,040/- and still they are showing me outstanding of over Rs.65,000/- due to delay in payment and so many other clauses. From last two months I am asking their representative to settle my account by taking one time payment of Rs.20,000/- being the balance amount due from the principle amount which they have denied and going on insisting me to pay according to their whims. This is ridiculous and painful to bear.I find that according to the bank's calculation strategy, the original loan amount which was barely 35,000/- in 2008-09 may become even 4 to 5 times higher or may be more as it is obvious that it is impossible for me to pay such a huge sum. I am an aged person and I am under tremendous mental pressure to face such action of this Bank. I look forward for a early settlement of the matter in a way as mentioned above and get out of such nasty deal.
