ICICI Bank Credit Card — credit card harassment
ICICI credit card collection agency has duped me by 12K. one of the guys gave me a receipt stating its full&final and took payment of 6K.later on they debited my banka accounts with 6K. Attached receipt of the samecustomer care says they cant help. credit card agency are abusive. when i called the agency they said
they have been calling at my home and abusing my parents and even taling to my neighbours. they hardly call me . I have done reconcilitaion but teh collection agencies are neither ready to reconcile nor agree on my reconciliation.
when i asked them for statements they have asked me to pay minimum balance to generate my statements
i have been patienetly delaing with them but the worst part is they are abusing my parents and everybody else even after duping me for 12K.
they have no answer on full & final settlement just are abusive

15-Aug-09 the payment of which I have already made to you through the O.B.C Bank Rajpur Road Dehradun Cheque (Cheque No 396387 dated[protected] & it’s not being Debited from my A/C till date .I sent my staff with the cheque on[protected] and when he asked for the receiving of the cheque, they refused for that and told him to drop the cheque in the drop box and he did the same.
When I received your call on[protected] then I came to know that you haven’t received any payment of[protected] bill. Then today[protected] I made the payment to you through the O.B.C Bank Rajpur Road Dehradun Cheque (Cheque No 396393 dated[protected]. Today also they refused to give the receiving of the cheque but after the arguments and when I told them about my previous cheque misplaced by your bank any how they gave the receiving to me and told me that we ( ICICI BANK ) are not concerned with the credit cards departments from[protected].
I’m facing the problem of credit card though I’m regularly paying my bills at time. I want the details of my missing cheque and I also want the written explanation of why this is happening and what is the real problem, if not it will propel me to take some legal action against you. I’m not responsible for any late payments. With the hope my problem will get rectified at the earliest.

Make a police complaint and file a case against ICICI. They will do no investigation other then harassment
Get your wife to file a police complaint in the nearest police station giving them details. They can fix these goons.
ICICI — misplacement of cheque
i have deposited chaque no . 782196 of 12000/- on 7-sep-2009 at dlf icici drop box gurgaon and after that i receive the message on my mobile stating that your cheque has dishonoured on 9-sep-2009so my complaint is that till now i have not received that check
ICICI Bank Credit Card — no intimation of stoppage of Instalment facilities
Respected Sir,I am the owner of the Credit Card of ICICI Bank from past many years and they have been giving good service but recently i make a heavy purchase of Rs. 10,000 through the ICICI bank and now when i wanted it to be converted into the EMI they say that the company can change its policies without informing the customers. But sir if they desire to do so they should have actually sent us an intimation or a letter regarding the same. When i phoned up to register the complaint one of the executive Mr. Abhishek from Hyderabad said that they did sent us the intimation but actually no such intimation is received and then the other call centre employee Miss Aksha said that does it make any sense in arguing when the company wants company can withdraw such offers but sir i acted in good faith and purchased the goods thinking i might get instalment facilities. Now they refusing the same i might be in trouble and might have to make some immediate financial arrangement from outside or else they might assault me also.
please tell me what to do and how to adress this issue. Is It right to do so by the bank on the festive occassion where as my payment records have been excellent and i have earlier converted many transacitons into emi's

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Payment missing
This is my brother's credit card and since my brother had to move to the US urgently he could not take care of the payment on time. So ICICI called me and asked me for the payment amount of Rsw.6509 which they said was the total outstanding balance. So I said that I will drop a check to which they said that if I did so then there will be a late fee so they will send someone to my place to collect the check. Since nobody is at home on weekdays I checked that if the guy came on a saturday would it still be Rs.6509 and they said yes. So the guy did not come on saturday which was told by ICICI and instead came on Sunday. Si I gave him the check and saw his register where against my brother's name there was an amount of Rs.6509 which he confirmed was the total outstanding balance. So this was all on the 4th oct 09. I get a call again on the 9th of october saying the balance is rs.7322 and that they did not have any details of the check that was collected from me. I was furious and spoke to a senior officer who said that he will take care of this entire thing and would make sure that I dont get a call back on this one but again today I got a call from them where the guy again asks for the same thing ignorant of the entire discussion that I had with Denzil the senior officer on the 4th.ICICI Bank Credit Card — Billed for Unauthorized Transactions

The card was reported stolen on 3rd of September and after spending considerable time with the phone banking was finally blocked. I would like to mention here that the above credit card is a photo credit card and also was signed by me at the back.
Instead of trying to penalise the negligent merchants who accepted the photo credit card and not verified for the signature, the bank has told me to pay for the transactions. I've also lodged an FIR and requested the cops to investigate the case, the same shouldn't be difficult given that most of the point of sales are equipped with cameras these days.
I would like to know my liability given the invoices were not signed by me and also the credit card being a photo credit card theis is a gross neglect on the part of the merchant establishment.
Please suggest the appropirate way to get the irresponsible bank and the negligent merchants to pay for the unauthorized transactions which the bank claims should be paid by me.

Respacted sir,i have two credit card no.[protected],[protected].i paid full payment t0 the bank wich was setfle by the bank.There fore bank inform to cibil. it means bank want to decrise my rapotation.it is unfair work don by bank.if bank is not sand me N.O.C.wifhin THREE days I will go to consumer court.thanks. They are simply telling we are veryfying . I told them we will produce all the document as required by you. but they are not telling waht document needed to relese our payment. Again in a mail they told me the payment WILL BE RELEASE ON 17OCT OR AFTER. have u heard this type of comitment ever ? Its on or before always. please provide me the email id of right person whom i can explain my griviencies and also the unprofessional, arrogant attitude of some staff of icic bank

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Withdrawal of amount from account by lien for charges levied due to bank's fault
This is to put my case against ICICI Bank credit cards division. My credit card number is [protected].This is regarding the lien on amount Rs. 8314.78 marked by ICICI on my ICICI savings bank account and subsequently withdrawal of this amount .
This is to bring to your notice that I have lodged complaint # SR70140859 regarding a cheque of Rs 1788 drawn on HDFC Bank Noida. The above cheque was deposited in ICICI ATM at sector-29 Faridabad in May, 2008 and was duly cleared. In the next month, the statement showed that payment is not received for past month. This was when this complaint was lodged. The cheque was cleared by the bank but it wasn’t credited to my account. I produced all the documents asked from me like bank statement, letter from HDFC etc to clear off this amount which was finally done around August 2008. I was also assured that the late payment charges on that amount/cheque would be waived off too. But it was never done. I kept on contacting ICICI customer care regarding waiver of those charges as there was accruing interest and every time I was assured that it would be done but it never took place.
I had to go out of India in starting of 2009 when I could not contact customer care about these charges. When I came back, I came to knew of this lien thing. I tried contacting ICICI on the numbers given by them[protected] &[protected] but no one picks phone on these. In the meanwhile, ICICI took out the amount from my account.
If you see my statements, there would be no purchase dues as I have cleared all. These all dues are the late payment and then the accrued interest on them for the abovesaid cheque which ICICI never credited to my account despite having received the payment on time.
I have been contacting ICICI customer care regarding this but they are not admitting their mistake and have clearly said NO to return my money.
I request you to please look into this issue and help me get my hard earned money back which the ICICI has forcefully taken from my account and that too for no fault of mine.
For the mental harassment I have going through due to the irrresponsible attitude of the bank, I demand a compensation of Rs 50,000 (rupees fifty thousand) alongwith my Rs. 8314.78/-.

Hi,I have been facing this problem from last 6 months and if by mistake some body not checking their statement i am sure they will pay extra payment towards ICICI bank.
