ICICI Bank Credit Card — Late payment Penal fee & Excess Interest Charge dedit-reg
Cheque issued and dropped in ICICI Bank Drop Box in time and not crediting to my credit card account, there by causing me to pay more by debiting with late fee payment and extra interest charges. Credit Card No.[protected]ICICI Bank — asking for charges for fraud transaction on the credit card
I am Niraj Sanghiv and this is in reference to my ICICI Banks’s credit card no [protected], their has been fraud transactions on my card from 14/10/2010 onwards. I inform this to ICICI Bank’s customer care center on 17/10/2010 (reference no: - SR[protected]. They did not take any action on it until I mailed them on 22/12/2010. In reply to my mail, I had been given a new service reference no. SR[protected] on 29/12/2010. then the bank has initiated the dispute resolution process.I got a call form ICICI bank’s Chennai office on 17/10/2010 informing me that there are some suspicious transitions happening on my credit card. I checked the transaction details online and found that since 14/10/2010 there are transactions on my card which I have not made. Most of them are to IDEA bill payment of Rs 2000/- each there are 14 such transactions happened and one transaction happened was a bill payment to HUTCH mobile which totals upto Rs. 28351/-
Yesterday ( 7/02/2011) I got a mail from ICICI Bank saying that their investigation result is gone in Bank’s favour and I need to pay the outstanding amount which also includes the inertest and service tax levied on the disputed transactions. Also the bank is not ready to disclose that on what basis they the done the investigation and come to the conclusion and that the result it in the banks favour.
i think this the way icici bank is making money, and they do it purposefully. they are doing the same with me now

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Case againstcredit card ICICI Bank for INR 8000 debit from my account-Mental & financil Harrasement
This complaint against the ICICI bank Credit card division for my mental and finacila harrasement. the compalint has been raised long back on dated 06/10/2008 regarding the unknown transaction of INR2000 from my credit card which was due to the fault of the bank and not me. The complained has been well taken and as suggested by Sumaya (customer care )and was asked to not pay the residual amount (INR 2000) as it was not expended by me. Next month onward e.i Nov 2008. Bank has started imposing late fee charges and Interest charge on INR 2000 which was not expended by me and been registered as a complained in the bank. I have raised this concerns several times and they Sumaya ,has ensured me not to worry and it will be taken care. But bank keeps on imposing late fee charges and interest on every monthly statement.Later on based on my complain they reversed the INR 2000 to my credit card but not the late fee and related interest charge. Being a loyal customer I keeps on paying the usage due amount but not the late fee penalty on regular basis. I started getting regular call to pay the residual amount Bank has insisted me to pay the minimum which I paid on 23/07/2010 ,cheque no 14768 I have paid Rs 900/- In the month of Oct 2010 back has blocked INR 7838/(A/c no.[protected]& deducted from my salary account and on 23/09/2010. And moreover now bank has again started levied charged on me again for the late feed. I have stopped all traction through credit card until it get settled.
Now my concerns are:
• Why this amount has been debited from my saving account because of my no fault?
• Why I have been harassed and been paid because of the my loyalty with the bank. Who is going to help responsible due to the fault of Bank not the customer
Have further raised this with the back and they have given me a hanky panky resonponce. Nee your help to adress it on immediate basis.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — FRAUD CHARGES BY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARDS
Dear Sir,with ref. to above subject i have been charged unnecessary amount on my ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD NO:-[protected]
I have received call from one of the executive from bank offering me free policy on the above card. at that time they have told me it's free of charge and after that bank has charged about Rs.5,000 on the above card no.for this policy.
when i called to customer care regarding this matter they told me it was mistake of their executive & the above policy is not free. & i have to pay the above amount.( I HAVE ALSO E-MAIL FROM BANK CONFIRMING THEIR MISTAKE ON THIS CASE ) then after bank has started interest & tax on above amount so at present the total amount due is Rs.10,967. which i have never used on this card.
i have already cancelled this card before three years now bank is threatning me by sending legal notice of advocate.
please help to sort out this matter ASAP.
even i got cheated in a similar manner 2 yrs back, I got call from Customer care from Mumbaii & i was charged for 5000 each for 2 Policies.. when i cald then back to customer care back the reply i got was that "they sell their policies in this way". some how i cancelled one. But still go a good for nothing pretty useless policy of ICICI lombard

ICICI Bank Credit Card — CHEATING
Outstanding amount was converted to EMI option.Subsequently upon confirming with Customer care that outstanding if closed would cancel the EMI option, closed outstanding with a single cheque in Oct 2010.
They have been going on charging EMI even after that and are trying to collect the full amount again through EMI saying that I did not inform for EMI closure. Even last month I've clarified from customer care that EMI would not be charged again; however they are now asking me to pay up or else . . .

ICICI Bank — ICICI credit card fraud
In August 2008, I came to USA for further studies. When I was in INDIA I had taken, ICICI bank credit card.I was regularly paying my credit card payment and there was enough balance in my Account.
In Dec 2008 when I came to INDIA for holiday, I received a call from ICICI bank and bank person told me that there is outstanding bill of Rs. 22,000/- to my credit card. I told them that I haven't used this credit for six months nor I haven't received the any email related to this. I sent mail to ICICI bank to investigate on this.
They investigated on this and found that there was some fraud done by ICICI employee.
However last year again I received a call from ICICI bank to pay the bill amount around 27K because of the lean (interest charged on my previous amount during investigation ). there was no answer as who will make this payment. Interest kept on accumulating when I came to know that there was another fraud transaction and they cannot raise the dispute as I am out of country.
Last three months they kept on sending me the payment reminders. Their quality department is confused as in one e-mail they are mentioning, please open dispute request when you come back to India and in another e-mail they are telling that you pay 40K first to stop the payment reminder and after that open the dispute once you are here.
This is really getting complicated and frustrating as they are not giving any phone contact details or not ready to set up an appointment.
Please help me out

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Non reversal of late fee
HiI've really been facing a lot of torture with ICICI credit cards
Its regarding my card ending in 7002. I wanted to make the full outstanding payment at one go as i had emi's going on. I called customer care & told them about this, They said someone will callback & then i can make the whole payment. I received no callbacks & was charged late fee of Rs 400!!
This wasn't my fault at all! I now call them & spoke with Ganpati (customer service) & Jay prakash who deny waiving the late fees!
I also got a call from someone in Mumbai to make the payment. When i explained her the situation, she asked me to make the min payment & then call customer care again.
I've done that. Transaction ref#MCIT[protected] for the minimum payment made. Still these people do not help me
They are very rude & unprofessional. It was not my mistake as i was going to make payment after receiving a callback which no one did
I want the late fee to be waived asap,.

I was having credit card No. . [protected] of ICICI Bank. ihad paid the dues of Sept.-Oct. 2010 as per statement before due date. but in nest statement i was charged with late payment and interest i had objected this and called their helpline no. but they people are not ready to talk about the matter. I had paid the dues of next month without late payment charges and stopped using the card. But every month i was receiving bills with the charges. On 8.12.2010 i had returned my card to Goregaon- Mumbai branch with my objection letter and to remove charges. But still they are sending me bills with late payment and interest. Now they are sending me threatning emails to submite my name to CIBIL here is the copy

Your month on month payment behaviour directly impacts your credit score that CIBIL provides to banks. If you have a bad credit score, you may not get a card or loan from any bank. We request you to clear all your dues of 3533.64 at the earliest. If you have a pending dispute, please contact our customer care and we will try to resolve it immediately.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — ICICI Bank Credit Card Reward Point Issue
This regarding order number 622135 through my credit card points.As per the statement dated 10/05/2011, I can see that 1147 credit card points has been deducted from my ICICI back credit card number [protected].
I would like to bring in notice that corresponding gift has not been reached to me yet. When I called customer care thay told me that gift has been delivered to some other person who is not saurabh.
When I asked ICICI bank to check this issue and let me know how can ICICI bank deliver my gifts to somebody else, then I was told that they can't do anything now.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — wrongly imposed interest & other charges
i have been using this credit card from thr past 3-4 yrs. ii have always paid my bills on time. i have always submitted my cheque in the nearest ATM. from the ppast 1 year,, the clearing is not being done on time and prooperly. most of the times they would not receive my cheque hence i would have to give another cheequee. they would levy late payment n other charges and i would request them to roll it backk since the pprolemm would be due to their negligent working. thhis time aaround, this happenned again but they did not agree to roll baack the charges.please help.

I AM DILIP JAGTAP - DIRECTOR OF KD SHIPPING INDIA PVT. LTD., was holding Credit card no. [protected] since Feb 2007. Since Nov 2008 there is a dispute over the payment of charges wrongly debited to my a/c. After giving full and final payment on Dec 2008 as instructed by customer service dept still the old wrongly debited amounts are still appearing as o/s principal amount. Now every day I am getting missed call min 25 times in a day from there service centre 66021300. Pl advise what to do ??? We have applied for Commercial vehicle loan from ICICI malad branch. They have kept our file ready for disbursement. But now every body is blackmailing us to pay the o/s amount (showing on a/c of wrong debits on credit card) to get the disbursement. When Appoached to the nearest branch at Sector 1, they took 3 hours to identify a right person to talk. Pl advise if you can.
