Dear Sir,
This is my humble request to you that amount I have consumed from my credit card number [protected] only Rs.260/- at Reliance Fresh, Bopal Ahmedabad.
The problem is, now your bank is charging some extra penalties and amount has became Rs.15, 599.06/-.
They are harassing me like anything. Anywhere when I am sleeping or else I am driving or having lunch-dinner, they call me very frequent in a day .It is really a mental harassment for any of your customers.
I would personally request you to look into the matter as the variance is too far from the actual amount has to be paid. I want to close the credit card by paying actual amount and finish the matter.

icici is a worst bank ever i seen. its a fraud group. there is no words to scold about them its such a worst bank. i do not know why they running the bank i think such to cheat the people.

This is second time ICICI bank had done fraud to me against my credit card and charges the maount which i had never used. below is the trial mail just for ur reference.
As per ur mail, i seen the sept08 statement, which is showing 1188 amt due, but how that amount came, my last outstading amount was rs 4277.80 and i did the payment on 19thsept 08 through Axis chq for rs 4280 means 2 rs extra from the actual due, then how the amt is due, the bank had charged late fees & other charges of rs 1188, what for late fees charge, when i had done the payment before the due date and the bank had keeping charging late fees from sept 08 to july 09 and made the amounts of rs 7621 when i had done all the payment on 19th sept 08,
1.Why the bank had not inform me about the payment in last 10 months??????
2.Why the bank had charged the late fees & other charges ?????
3.Why without my information bank had put lein mark and taken the money rs 7621.
4.Is the method to torture ur customer who is dealing with ur bank from the last 6year.
5.Why the bank had waited 10months to block the credit card and withdraw the money from my account without my notice, ?????
6.Are the bank is waiting to see that when this 1188rs will become 7621rs ???
7. In the last 1 year the bank had approched me with any mode of communication ??.
8.This is the second time the bank had done fraud to me, last time also i had done the filling of petrol at allahabad for rs 1588 (approx), and the bank had charged late fees and other charges and make the amount from rs 1588 to rs 4277.On that time the bank said that we are send u the statement on time but i don't know whether they are sending ??
9. Solve the problem asap and transfer my money to my a/c otherwise i will send the mail to Madam Chanda Kocher and i will take legal action, this time i will not going to tolerate this nonsense from the bank side.
10.Due to lein mark & withdrawl of my money from my A/C my car loan which is also from icici bank was bounced and even My CIBIL is showing DPD in icici credit card and in car loan, WHO IS RESPOSIBLE FOR THIS, the bank had destroyed my credit history.

However, bank is taking a totally unhelping stand and is putting the full responsibility on me and is demanding immediate payment of the amounts with late fee and finace charges.Thus the bank is showing utter insesitivity to the victims of such frauds and indirectly protecting the fraudsters or rather encouraging them. The card was reported stolen on 3rd of September and after spending considerable time with the phone banking was finally blocked. I would like to mention here that the above credit card is a photo credit card and also was signed by me at the back.
Instead of trying to penalise the negligent merchants who accepted the photo credit card and not verified for the signature, the bank has told me to pay for the transactions. I've also lodged an FIR and requested the cops to investigate the case, the same shouldn't be difficult given that most of the point of sales are equipped with cameras these days.
I would like to kn ow my liability given the invoices were not signed by me and also the credit card being a photo credit card theis is a gross neglect on the part of the merchant establishment.
Please suggest the appropirate way to get the irresponsible bank and the negligent merchants to pay for the unauthorized transactions which the bank claims should be paid by me.
I'm gettng calls from the credit card department to pay for the above amounts which I dont agree to as they completely discount the negligence of merchants who accepted the card without verifying either photograph & signature. Request you to provide a fair resolution to this case.

1) I was having salary account with ABN amro bank and now since more than two years i am not using the account because two years back i felt the company, it is was my salary account. now i want to close it they are asking charges for it. They have converted my salary account without my knowledge to savings acount. ICICI Bank Credit Card — money deducted from my account by credit card div.
Hello,I have a Complaint against the Credit card department. In 2008 i was a regular customer of ICICI bank and used the above mentioned credit card on regular basis. The statement never used to reach me because of which i had defaulted on the payment a few times but i always paid them. i contacted the customer care team and they used to say pay the actually dues and bank will take off the late payment charges, which actually never happened. the late payment charges had mounted to approx 8000/- at the last time and bank again agreed to wave that off and i pay the rest. I paid and left the country, on my return i find almost 12000/- vanished from my account which i don't remember that i had ever authorised credit card division and my statement showing that i still have payment pending of 8000/-.
Now the ICICI credit card people are threating me that if i don't pay, they will deduct the rest from my account as well. when i asked for details of how they deducted the amount from my account, when i had not authorised them, they declined and didn't revert.
This is my last ditched attempt to get justice from the bank, before i file a case against the bank in court.
i hope you will look into matter and revert with details and refund my amount.

ICICI Credit Card — Auto debited the credit card amount without my knowledge
For a credit card transaction that I have not made, ICICI has auto debited the amount without my knowledge from my ICICI saving account. First of all they have not been able to prove that I have made the transaction, secondly they tortured me by making the collection agencies call me day and night and lastly, these soundrels have now auto-debited my money 27,000 without my knowledge.This is the most unethical thing that a bank can do. I do not know how long ICICI will survive by swindling money from peope like me. Is this how ICICI bank survives?

This is in the reference of the full settlement of dues on ICICI bank ltd credit card account no. [protected].
As per settlement letter issued to me with ref no : APP[protected], I was liable to pay Rs 37500 as a settlement amount from which i have paid Rs. 30000 in cash on 5 december against receipt no. 0031364 and need to be paid Rs 7500 as 2nd instalment on 31 december which is clearly mentioned on the letter.
But on 31 december bank automatically debited Rs 21000 from my salary account without giving me opportunity to pay my dues and when i reached your bhandarkar road branch office to deposit remaining amount of Rs 7500 on due date Mr Narendre thakur a area debt manager collections didn’t accept the cash and inform me that there is some problem with system and you are unable to give receipt and assure me that by evening you will send some executive at my home address but since that day i haven’t received any call or person from there side neither do you receive my call.
Even when i approach them many time he mention that there is some problem and he will check that why executive had not the amount yet and you will get back to me and let me know when their executive will to collect the money.
After a long wait i have got luck to talk to him in this regard but story remain same that i will have to pay Rs. 8000/- instead of Rs. 7500/- due to delay in payment. I am not able to understand my fault in full scene. Excess amount has been debited and not solved the issue then i was there with cash on other day that also hasn’t worked out. If it is mistake from bank side then why the poor customers bear the extra cost.
I am willing to pay Rs 7500 which is balance due to my account but i am not at all liable to pay anything more than that.
Even their executives didn’t behave properly when they came at my place, and its my complaint that none of your bank’s employee have right to misbehave with me when i am ready to pay the amount.
Today you mention that i should pay my due on 31 december by 10 am which is also nowhere mentioned that this is the deadline for any payment made on normal working day and as per my knowledge any date specific meant for End of the day.
I appreciate and anticipate your prompt reply in this regard and please let me know also that who is the other concern person to solve this issue and close this chapter as soon as possible.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Amount paid but still showing in CIBIL
Hello,Would like to bring to your notice that i had a credit card for icici bank in the year 2004 which i paid in full as per the information and the amount given by this bank however they have not removed my name from CIBIL which is causing me problems to apply for an education loan. for your reference would want to also tell you that the bank had sent his agent to collect the full and final amount from us and promised that the closure letter would be sent but we never received any letter and now after looking at the CIBIL report i was surprised to see the amount still due in my name.
Would be grateful if you look into the matter and guide us because this is absolute unethical and i should not be penalised even after making the payment as said by the bank
ICICI Bank Credit Card — Fraud Credit Card statement from ICICI
My ICICI Bank Credit Card statement shows a purchase which I had not made since Nov' 2007. It just showed the amount but never show where exactly the transaction happened. I informed the Customer Care about it, all the time they informed that they would send the detail statement but never sent it with the information (details of the transaction) which I had been seeking.ICICI Bank has been issuing the statement with incomplete information to my email account since. Also, they have called me a number of time asking me to settle the bill to which I replied that I shall not pay until they send to me the transaction details. They kept adding the defaulter charges since. The original fraud amount billed on me was Rs 3700/- which increased because of the late fees to Rs 7400/-.
Only in the end of Oct 2009 they revealed the transaction details, which I had not made and there was no way it could be checked with the other party since 2 years had elapsed. At last they have deducted the amount of Rs 7400/- from my ICICI saving bank account without my permission.
Since that incident I have lost trust from the ICICI bank and the Bank system in general.
Through your forum I would like to raise my voice to the concerned people and would like to get my saving's money back with due interest.
I hope you would be able to guide me to check this fraud and reinforce my lost belief on the bank system.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Never use credit card but payment due and name transfer to CIBIL
Dear Sir,ICICI Bank has provided me with ICICI Bank Home Card valid.The card was sent to me without any application from my side and even without any prior communication or consent from my side.
The above card was never used by me.
In August 2007 I was given a threat on the telephone call to deposit the ICICI credit card due amount immediately. The person calling me claimed to be speaking from Tees Hazari Adalat, Delhi. I was informed telephonically that I have an outstanding of Rs.13,180 on my Card.
I have tried to get the detailed information regarding the so-called due on me telephonically from ICICI Bank customer care centre, and even by personally verify the Banks Jaipur Branch (Upasana Tower, C-Scheme), but could not get any satisfactory answer. Even the so-called due details are never furnished to me, despite of my asking for I again and again.
Recently I have come to know that my name has been put on CIBIL as a defaulter. In this reference I applied for Takeover my home lone from IDBI Bank, but they refuse my case due to I am shown as defalter in CIBIL.
My Kind request that please take necessary action in this matter.

The problem is, now your bank had started charging some extra amount and intimated me regarding the extra charges when the amount should have been Rs 1400/- only and now the amount has been made Rs.21, 940.38/-.
They are harassing me like anything. Anywhere when I am sleeping or else I am driving or having lunch-dinner, they call me very frequently in a day. It is really a mental harassment for any of your customers.
I would personally request you to look into the matter as the variance is too far from the actual amount that has to be paid. I want to close the credit card by paying actual amount and finish the matter.
