[Resolved]  ICICI Customer Care — Misbehaviour

Hi,

I m Lakhwinder Singh, using your 3rd class Gold Card (card no. [protected]) since one year. I always use it for around more than 3500 rs. This time i purchased 5 movie tickets according to your offer that buy 2 ticket get one free. bur i have been charged for the all the tickets. i purchased 5 tickets. and accroding to that I will have one ticket free. but i did nt receive any discount for that. Moreover that i made call on your pathetic helpline no. which a really a pathetic service provider. Specially your Relation Manager, even he does not know the way of talking. he was keep inturupting me in all the conversation. I also want to register complaint aginst your well educated customer care executive Pallavi and Shivangi. Pallavi made me a promise that she will arange a call back for me on the same issue but i did not receive any. then after 3 days today i again called your pathetic helpline no. then again miss shivangi was online who put me on hold without taking my confirmation for long 20 minutes in the whole conversation then she transfered my call to your reputed well educated Relation Manager Ashwani whe beleives that ICICI company belongs to himself. Now please disconnect my card. i Dont not need your card. Its a pathetic service i have ever been served of. more over that he disconnected my call. which is against the call center rules i suppose. I need a call on no. on urgent basis otherwise i will not pay even a single penny out of my outstanding bill 5279.39 rs. and more over i want discount for 600 rs now. for mentally harasment and my loss for 2 free tickets. thats it. my contact no. is [protected] and [protected]. thanks for your kind services.

i drop one of my cheque in a/c[protected] named ram padaharath on 6 nov 2009(icici bank kankar bag patna), on 9th nov he(ram padaharath thakur) get a message of dishonour of cheque. and after that i give the money on his other account of bank of barada of amount 60000/ in the form of cheque dated 16 nov. while clearing it on 17 nov it bounce
due to the carelessnees of icici bank the cheque issued by me on 06 nov was debited from my hdfc account after 10 day from my account and was not posted in the party account even after 7 days(466806 ). due to this i have to pay cheqe bounce charge than who is responsible for this
Dear Sir,
Today at 10.55 AM, I have used Corporation Bank ATM cum Debit Card
from your ATM placed at Walia Service Station, ( dealer of Hindustan
Petroleum Corp. Ltd. ), Maa Anand Mai Marg, Okhla, New Delhi and
withdrew 5000/- ( Rupees Five Thousand only ) But I received only
Rs.4600 ( Rupees Four Thousand Six Hundred only instead of Rs.5000 ).
There is one 100 rupee note in between 8 notes each of Rs.500
denomination. This could be a human error since the notes dispensed
are not new and not in serial numbers. That means, one hundred rupee
note is counted as a five hundred rupee note. But this matter is very
very serious and amounts to fraud on public by ICICI bank which could
lead to distorting the confidence of the people in your esteemed bank.
Some cash officers or persons loading the ATMs of your bank may be
responsible for this fraud. The ATM considered that it dispensed 9
notes of 500 rupee denomination while it actually gave me 8 notes of
500 rupee denomination and six notes of 100 rupee denomination. The
matter has to be investigated. Is there any "vigilence department "
attached to the bank ? Kindly engage them to investigate.

My name is Chanderkant Kataria R/o d-11/37, sector-8, Rohini, Delhi- 110085, DOB 02.03.1979, I have a salary account with your bank account no.[protected], I have applied for home loan of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- on 18.11.09 from your bank however I am not getting the appropriate reply form your bank.

I have been told that my loan amount has already been sanctioned and I also received the call form your Mumbai head office for 8.75% rate of interest where I came to know that your bank has launched the new scheme with the 8.25% rate of interest.

Then I reapplied for new slab after discussing with the concern officer who is the employee of “I trust” and located at Wazir Pur branch- New Delhi, he ensured that sanction letter of required loan will be disbursed according to the new slab by 11.12.09 however I am not getting the appropriate reply form you bank

I have been told that the delay is occurred because of new product training to bank employees, only after completing the training part the sanction letter will be issued in my name.

I would like you to request to give the clear picture so that I can make up my mined accordingly and get the more benefits form your bank.

My last date of payment to the first party (seller) is 15.12.09, and I am quiet worried.

You are requested to take the appropriate action.

I was holding Credit Card bering No.xxxx2005 in my name. Since my nature of job is such that I keep on moving from one city to another or one state to another or one country to another hence I could not maintained the transaction and one day when I was in Delhi I called one executive from ICICI and explained my problems and he suggested that he will provide me settlement letter and thereafter i may clear the dues in full and final.
After a week or so the same person contacted me and he handover the ICICI Bank settlement letter and I cleared the dues immediately.
I was feeling relax.
Now from the last two three occasions I am regularly receiving SMS on my mobile bearing No.[protected] from ICICI that I am spoiling my Credit history.Pay Rs.35, 380/- or minimum amount to enjoy the Credit Card.
I am surprising when I have already cleared the dues long back then why ICICI is sending SMS for payments.
Could any senior officer look in to it and veryfiy from the a/c and reply me as to why such SMS are being sent to me?

I am grateful to the ICICI bank and your Customer Service officer, Shardha Arka at customer.[protected]@icicibank.com for prompt reply of my query regarding my car loan account LAHDI[protected]. I, however do not agree with statement attached here and the overdue charges of Rs3399/= as indicated there in. This is a all wrong and imaginary statement full of lies. ICICI bank seem to me a cheat befooling public in India I am sending a scan copy of my Bank pass book to you which clearly indicate when the post dated cheques have been received and actually cleared /paid.
I have already paid over due/ late payment charges of Rs 229/ and cheque bounce charges of Rs221/-while making payment in cash to yours Mohan Singh vide receipt No IL[protected]/dated[protected] Rs5034/- in total(Scan copy attached).
Post dated cheques have not been received in my bank account for payment as per Amortization schedule given and attached herewith therefore last two installments were also paid in cash vide receipt no CL[protected]/ dated[protected] Rs 9028/- as per letter from your Haldwani branch. The personnel from your bank promised that nothing is due now towards you in this case . Therefore over due charges are not due to my mistake but due to non receipt of the post dated cheques in due dates . Which is the mistake of ICICI bank.

I agree that the installment cheque in May2005 was bounced due to less balance in my account . This installment was was paid on[protected] vide cash receipt No. IL[protected] of Rs 5034/- personally to ICICI staff which include Rs 229 as over due charges and Rs221/- as cheque bounce charges . The scan copy of this receipt had been sent to you. This has been shown in my passbook and you are wrong to say that it is not updated there. Except this NO OTHER CHEQUE HAS BEEN BOUNCED. Your over due and bounce charges are absolutely unjustified and wrong. ICICI seem to me a fraud bank. All document submitted by me have not been examined thoroughly.
