I fully agree with him.It is very very unfair transfering the reward points to imint without notifying the customer.Very difficult to find redeem reward points through website and i-mint customer care.
Even ICICI bank cancel my Cheque towards Credit card without valid reason and charged too much.Although it's not genuine and on strictly request they credited in my account but they have deactivated my credit card for six months...who's going to loose? I continue my spendings with different Bank's credit card with cash back scheme and also find good options. May in future I will not continue with my ICICI credit card any more.
So, Simply use diifferent Credit card other than ICICI.

according to credit card department ihad payed rs.42000 cash then also bank is not clarifing about my account and showing outstanding and going adding charges I wish that respective ICICI is tackling customer concerns and address at right time. Now I need callup imint and experience another process to see my points earned, Hope it is going to be smoother than earlier.

I-mint and ICICI Bank — COuld not use my earned points due to their poor service and negligence
ICICI bank has transfered all my eearned (reward) points received against the trasactions done on my credit card. For last six months I could not make use of these reward points due to disgusting service and system problems of ICICI banks and I-mint India. I am following up this issue for last six months but it very pianful and toturing experience from I-mint nad ICICI bank. I do not see any initiative from them to care of the customers.Can you please advice me that how I can take a legal action on them.

ICICIcredit Card — Overcharged, mental agony as no redress after repeated complaints
I had been using ICICI Bankcredit cards for a long time and had been prompt in payments on/before due dates.. The Bank had issued a credit card statement dated 08.03.2008 in respect of my Master Gold Card no. [protected] claiming a total outstanding sum of Rs.40,706.89 (Rupees Forty thousand seven hundred and six and paise eighty nine only) as due payable till that day. I had duly paid the said sum of Rs.40,707/- (Rupees Forty thousand seven hundred and seven only), vide a cheque dated 28.03.2008, bearing no. 448983, drawn on ICICI Bank, Nungambakkam branch and the Bank has realized the said sum on 29.03.2008. But the subsequent statements, mails, phone calls and the agents who came to my home and office threatening claimed the amount as unpaid.
After many mails, letter, phone call and a personal visit to their office the reversed the penal charges and interest on May 2008. But the later statements still claimed the amount as unpaid.
Finally in September 2008
Later vide statement dt. 09.09.2008 the bank acknowledged the said payment of Rs.40,707/- by the aforesaid cheque. As said above the bank had also conceded that a small mistake occurred and so the late payment charges, interest etc., were reversed to my account.
In these circumstances, while the unnecessary disputes appeared to have disappeared for some time, suddenly out of blue the bank has again claimed the said sum of Rs.40,707/- as due vide statement dated 09.03.2009. The said sum was settled a year back and the bank acknowledged the clearance of the said dues about 7 months back and still claims the sums as due and unpaid. The bank has apparently tried to cheat and defraud one of its valuable customers.
THe bank has refused to respond to my letters and those sent by legal consel. I have sent a letter to the Banking ombudsman as wel in this regard.
They have charges as lien money from my savings bank acount illegally.
ICICI Bank will have to refund my money, compensate me for the loss of face, inconvenience caused, mental agony, depression caused when they had unilaterally without any valid reasons had deactivated the credit card and put me to shame in front of very respectable people and institutions.
I can submit all relevant records as and when necessary.
My email id is wrongly sent to [protected]@gmail.com instead of the original address pradipkr.[protected]@gmail.com.This is very serious matter and needs to be rectified at the earliest.It has already been complained to ICICI Customer care, but no positive action has been taken so far.Due to which I am unable to receive any e-statement.

Shifting to imint is the clear cut chaeting by ICICI bank. The value of points goes down by 1/4th. All the ICICI card users should unit and lodge complaint in Consumer court for reversal as well as compentation for the loss.

I am ICICI credit card holder and redeeming my points regularly. But since all the points are transferred to imint, I am not able to redeem the rewards. In the web site of imint, it is not mentioned whether an ICICI card holder have to register again. I got one imint card also.

Yes, icici credit card transfering the point to i - mint are really costly from the market price. To do better customer relation they should transfer the point to cash which will help us to do better business.

Dear Sir / Madam,For the past six months i am not receiving my credit card statement either through mail nor through E statements. I had complained this to credit card customer care but till now no action or the complaint no. has been logged nor given to me. Despite repeated attempts I being answered that the statements are promptly being delivered to your address on query, it was observed that no statements were delivered and i am also not in receipt of I mint cards.The payments made by me was only through the SMS which i was receiving in my mobile phone but also stopped from previous month due to which i could not pay my dues. At last i am registering my complaint on line and hope the best from your end and also my late fee for the previous month may be waved off as no information was furnished to me in any of the form. My request :
I have lost of my protected password which has recently been introduced for buying railways/air tickets through credit card. My credit card no. is [protected]. It is therefore requested to please ingnore the earlier password and allow me to create a new one. The online trading i.e. buying tickets from my credit card has been blocked. Hope my request would be considered at earliest.
