ICICIcredit Card — Blocking of Card
Hi,I am holding a credit card with no, XXXX XXXX XXXX 9006 since Oct'2007. i have been making ontime payments, but it seems that there is no end to this.
In Jan'2010, due amount on my card was approx. Rs.[protected] wtih due date of 5 Jan'10. Credit Limit in my account was around Rs. 7000. Despite of having the credit limit, my card was blocked within 2 days of non-payment.

Dear Madam/ Sir,The cheque no. 220566 dated[protected] was issued in favour of ICICI Bank Credit card No. [protected] and same was presented by you on two dates i.e.[protected] and[protected]. I receipted the photocopy od scanned cheque presented on[protected], which has not been scanned properly and scanning in two parts and further looks as the cheque is in three parts. it is clearly shows that you have played some tricks to hide your scanning mistake or the whatever happened wrong with the cheque at your end. I had never issued a torn cheque.
Please send me the copy of the scanned cheque presented on[protected] and further requested for reversal of the late fee service tax and interest charge with service tax.

Everyone is sharing their good experience with imint. I would like to share my experience but unfortunately bad one. I ordered for a necklace MP3 player but soon after the delivery product imint refused to take the responsibility of the quality of the product. And now i have wasted my 7200 points and they are not taking any action. Despite of contacting them several times there is no response from them. So my suggestion to everyone is to rethink before buying any product from them.

I mint statement for the credit available in my card NO: [protected] is reuested. For which I am frequently contacting icici credit card wing but no proper response is received. Now a/c year is nearing to close. As such I request you to kindly consider and arrange to send my credit as on date. Please treat the matter as most urgent and do the needful. On receipt of your email, I have to redeem the points so far earned and stored in my above card account. Your immediate reply is awaited. for your ready reference i am giving my email id. cleary it is cheating a customer, my ICCi reward points also transfered.
recently I spent 4500/- but i did not get any reward points. They have given imint card also. We have to process along with ICCI card. many vendors also confusing with the system. I do not the procedure of scrath the imint card.

HOW TO GET THE I MINT POINTS AND WHERE I WILL GET
I am Using the Icici Card for the last 7Yrs.Earlier it was fair and transparent with respect to the reward points now without the knowledge of the customer the points in I mint account get exhausted. When contacted the i mint call center people are not clear in clarifiying. This is a real loot .
Credit Card — Wrongful debit from ICICI SB account against wrongful credit card transaction
In 2004, my ICICI SB account was wrongfully debitted against credit card transaction (misused one). On receipt of the statement, I immediately infomrmed the bank and the details as to which merchant had done the transaction illegally. The bank did not take any steps and after several complaints and follow ups, they only chose to debit the relevant amount from savings account. Please guide us accordingly. i totally agree with the above comment
ICICIcredit Card — Fraudulent transactions with ICICI Credit Card
Dear Concern,This refers to the transactions against the credit card no. [protected] put against my name as per ICICI records amounting Rs.2,01,000/-. Surprisingly, I've not made such transactions using this card (even cannot recollect receiving or using this card as this is dated way back in Jan 2006) and have neither received any transaction statements for this card. I only came across to know about huge outstandings on this card when I enquired the details of my outstandings from CIBIL on 15th April 2010, when I applied for Home Loan.I've also come to know while I cross-checked telephonically with ICICI customer care that there were transactions made using this care on June 2008 in Delhi when I'm have already shifted to Chennai in April 2008.
I strongly suspect a fraud here and had made multiple calls to understand the details, but never received any cooperation from ICICI on this, rather only counter-charge against me arrogantly without providing me any concrete details.
I've several queries which are still unanswered by ICICI.
1. Details of all withdrawals made against this card - From which location, Transaction details & date, starting from first date of transaction till date.I've never used this card for any such transactions amounting to the outstandings neither I'm in possession of the card.
2. When I contacted ICICI customer care, I came to know that an amount of Rs.25,000/- was withdrawn from ICICI ATM on 10 June 2008 when the outstanding was already more than Rs.1.5 lakhs. Till date, I have never received any call or statement from ICICI, only I came to know this proactively with CIBIL. If such an amount was outstanding, why further transactions were allowed through this card without the person being contacted, particularly when such irregular transactions were going on.
3. Further, I came to know on Apr 15, 2010 that a cheque (No. 229060 dtd. 7-Feb 2009) amounting Rs.8,000/- for credit card payment was submitted to the bank which got bounced. But there are no records of from which bank the cheque was submitted so that this can be tracked.
4. Has there been any other payment made to ICICI for this card - If yes, the payment details, mode, bank details (if cheque was issued) so that this can be tracked - no answer received till now.
I request your concern to take up this matter strongly with ICICI to get the actual facts so that my name does not reflect as a defaulter. For so many years, there was no single correspondence from ICICI on this, neither are the details provided, no control action taken when such irregular transactions were going on without payment against my name. Now, when I proactively contacted them giving my details, they are resorting to counter-charges & threatenings.

I'm not able to understand what this imint, and its true that without any intimation how can you change any plan. Moreover please show in any column of our statement about our accumulated points. How can I know about my total accumulated points.

ICICIcredit Card — Cheque clearance
ICICI Credit card department is not providing me the cheque clearance status, which had been amount of Rs.5200/- only dropped by me against my credit card usage of Rs.5197/- only. My cheque details areBank : State Bank of Indore

ICICI credit card customer care told me this cheque had been bounced but not able to tell me the reason and my name had been given to CIBIL as defaulter.

I am unable to make my change of address effected. My Credit cardis going to be expired. At the same time, I am giving pressure from the ICICI Credit authorities to effect change of address and confirm for them to send the fresh card. I am in fix please help me.regards

IT LOOKS THAT ICICI AND IMINT ARE HANDINGLOVES TO SUCK AWAY THE MONEY EARNED BY THE CUSTOMERS.
I SERIOUSLY URGE THEM TO TRANSFER BACK ALL MY REWARD POINTS SO THAT I CAN SHOP DIRECTLY FROM THEM.
ICICI IS FAST BECOMING A CHEATING BANK. IF THEY WANT TO GIVE REWARD POINTS AND HELP THE CUSTOMERS, THEY CAN DO IT EASILY BY FOLLOWING WAYS.
A) REDEEM THE MONEY IN THE NEXT ACCOUNT, SO THAT THE CUSTOMER KNOWS THAT THE POINTS HAVE BEEN REWARDED.
B) ISSUE A REWARD POINT ACCOUNT WITH THEMSELVES AND ISSUE THE CARD DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER WITH LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD (PASSWORD CHANGEABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME). THIS WILL GIVE OPTION TO THE CUSTOMER TO REDEEM IN THE NEXT ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE PRODUCTS (AS IT WAS BEFORE).
INSTEAD OF THAT THEY ARE CONFUSING THE CUSTOMER AND CHEATING THEM RIGHT, LEFT AND CENTRE. THIS IS A TRCK THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD REMAIN IGNORANT. THE CALL CETRE OPERATORS THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS TO BE DONE. ITS REALLY PATHETIC AND THE CUSTOMER IS SUCKED OFF HIS MONEY. FOR SURE I WILL BE DISCONTINUING THE CREDIT CARD OPERATION WITH THE BANK. THIS IS NOT AT ALL A BANK TO BANK WITH AND ANYWAYS, THIS BANK IS NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY.
GUYS, SERIOUSLY THINK OF THIS OPTION WHICH WILL LET YOU IN PEACE, ATLEAST, THAN TO HAVE HEADACHES WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO PLAY AROUND WITH YOUR MONEY. ITS JUST A SUGGESTION.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LEGALLY SO SMART THAT, THEY WILL HAVE EVERYTHING TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. SO A COMMONER CAN NEVER TOUCH THEM AND ITS A FACT.
