i have been given i-mint card number, no card has reached me. i do not know how the i mint carsd are helping me in my purchase. there is no way to register ur self without 3 digit no. and cici has not given any card since last 2 yrs. it is ridiculous
ICICIcredit Card — Fraud with the amount
I have withdrawn/spent on purchase almost 12000 till date also paid more than this but the co is still asking me Rs.36000.They have put a complaint in court.
How can i handle this case, please suggest.

Can not make out based on the information that you have provided. You need to either give full details or visit local ICICIBank with all your statements.Generally, they will not charge you until you miss a scheduled payment.
icici and i-mint both are partners in big loot of customers.
ICICIcredit Card — UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS ON CREDIT CARDS

Subject: Regarding raising dispute for four (4) Unauthorised Transactions made on my card on 04/06/2010.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been issued ICICI Credit Card No.5176-XXXX-XXXX-0005. Nobody else has access to the card and I have never revealed my card details to anyone before.Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc. On 04/06/2010 the following four (4) unauthorised transactions were made without my knowledge :
1) Rs.19878/- at 2:16 Pm Merchant Name: TRAVEL BOUTIQUE ;
2) Rs.6376/- at or around 3:32 pm Merchant Name: EZEEGO ONE TRAVELS ;
3) Rs.11305/- at or around 6:51 pm, Merchant Name: CLEAR TRIP TRAVELS &
4) Rs.12,638/- at or around 7:04 pm Merchant Name : EZEEGO ONE TRAVELS .
As soon as I got SMS in respect of the above referred transactions I rushed to the nearest ICICI Bank Branch located at Zaveri Bazar and informed the Official about the same. The Bank Officer immediately called up the customer care services and got blocked my card. I was also told by the said branch officer to file police complaint which I filed with the Bhandup Police Station on 05/06/2010 and also filled and sent by fax a CARD MEMBER DISPUTE FORM together with a copy of the above Police Complaint to the manager operations, ICICI Bank on 66466683 at the advise of ICICI Bank Officer of Zaveri Bazar Branch.
After filing of the above Complaints, I have not received any feed back from the ICICI Bank till date. None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me. I also say that at the time of filing complaint with the ICICI Zaveri Bazar Branch, I was not given any Request Number.
Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

ICICI Credit cards — Unauthorised Transactions from my account
Some unauthorised transactions have been made from my credit card. For this I have also raised a dispute case with dispute management team at ICICI (Request No.[protected].However, the credit card statement that I receive still shows those transactions and the bank has asked me to pay for those transactions, which I have not made.
Could the bank act fast and resolve the issue at the earliest.

ICICIcredit Card — NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT
My credit card number 5177 xxxx xxxx 8004.I used to get my credit card statement to my Homeaddress regularly till December 2009 and I used to make the full payment of my credit card.
From January 2010 onwards the bank have stopped sending the statement to my address
and they have charged the interest charges after debiting the minimum amount every month from my
savings account. I have been using the credit card for the past 10 years and I am not the payment defaulter till date.
when I asked the details in the bank in the month of August 2010 regarding the non receipt of statement
they have sent all the statement through my email address which they have not sent earlier in my email
address. Also they are informing me that the address is not correct and all the statement are returned
due to this. Whereas I am getting the bank statement from same Icici bank in the same address for
some other account.
The Banker have charged more than 1000/- as interest charges and when i have contacted them
they have refused to reverse back the interest which is not fault on my part.
Now I have made all the payment including the interest amount to avoid the dispute
with the bank.

ICICIcredit Card — Wrong information to CIBIL from ICICI bank
I have settled my ICICI Credit card by paying cash and I have receive letter & Receipt that indicated my settlement has completed on date[protected] but still[protected] my record is not been cleared by the ICICI bank from the CIBIL & from his one bank DATA, I what to know if we are defaulter that bank is sending our data to CIBIL & if bank is giving wrong information to CIBIL than to whom we have to complaint?.Please reply if any one knows.

ICICIcredit Card — Mentally harassed by ICICI customer care.
Hello Sir,I am Prerna Kumari and my ICICI Credit card number is [protected]/[protected].
I was using the card since March 2008.
Sometime in March'10 i got a call from ICICI customer care to convert my total outstanding into EMIs.They call this facility as smart pay.I selected the Smart Pay to pay my total Outstanding.My total outstanding was around 47000/-.They converted the balance into 12 months emis with some % of interest.I was supposed to pay 57000/-.
After paying 3 emis i tried using my card .But the card got declined.I called customer care and asked the reason they said my card is blocked permanently.I told them that i was not aware of it.Then i told them i will pay the amount with next emis.
They said if i will pay the outstanding by 14th of Aug they will not charge any late fine.After that on 12th Aug i got a call from customer care next day and they said that my card is temporarily blocked.If i will pay the emis the card will be unblocked.I asked them to record the conversation.I paid 5000/- towards my card as i was just fed up with the collection people.They always say that they will put my name in CIBIL.
After two days again i tried using my card but the card got decline.Again when i called them up they said my card is temporarily blocked.I am feeling mentally harassed as i was into the conversation from15-20 days.
Please help me resolving the issue.I am just irritated with the ICICI bank.

ICICIcredit Card — Non closure of account
i had taken a credit card and made Rs.60000/- as a payment in 2007.But they say i have to make a payment of additional Rs.14600/. inspite of me asking them for the statement since 6th september 2010, they are not ready to send the statements and when i told them we will settle it, they immediately send me the settlement letter.I want to say when i am asking for the statements, these guys are just not ready to send it....
I called up in the call center, send them mails but in vain...

I TOO AGREE. I WAS USING ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD SINCE 2002 AND SO FAR NOT RECEIVED MY I MINT CARD. I MINT IS TELLING THAT THEY SENT THE CARD IN 2008 ITSELF. IT IS BETTER TO DELINK REWARD POINTS FROM I MINT ATLEAST NOW
ICICIcredit Card — Wrong Transaction in account

I have seen 6 transactions, which are not done by me, in my my account in my ICICI credit card statement. I have immediately notified customer care to block the card. The card was blocked and they have taken request for investigation of the same.
> Withing a week time of complaint, all the dispute amount has been credited to my account, so that I dont need to pay until investigation is complete.
> They took more than 50 days to investigation and they said only 4 out of transactions are in my favor and remaining transaction are in favor of bank
> They have sent some printouts of transactions, which are just gray pages, and nothing is readable.
> After this, I called bank many times, they always said application is down to reveal the investigation results.
> I have contacted several times by mail, they never responded to my queries.
> After many mails, I got response and they said investigation report cant be revealed.
> How can they hide the details of the transactions which are done using my credit card?
I had sent the following queries but they did not answer any of the queries.
1. How the transactions made?
2 How the transactions approved?
3. I have 6 digit security code, was that used if it is online transaction?
4. What was the investigation report by your "exclusive investigation team".
5. What made 4 transaction close in my favor?
6. What made another 2 transactions made in ICICI favor?
7. What do you mean by ICICI favor? DOes the transactions made by ICICI itself?
8. what was the action taken on this fraud, if done by third person/group?
9. I want all the details completely and clearly as attachments to
proceed further if this cannot be solved by ICICI.
I feel the investigation done by ICICI is fake investigation and I don't want to leave this issue, as I have never made any of the transactions. Please help me how to take this forward.
