ICICI Card — Transfer of Credit points to imint
ICICI Bank, while giving the credit card, had assured that transactions will earn credit points which can be used/redeemed. However, it has, unilaterally, transferred all the points to imint, one of its subsidiary, whose card is not acceptable at most of the places, and whose prices are also arbitrarily high. ICICI should credit back all the reward points to its customers, and transfer to imint should be made only upon specific request of customer.Amit Misra

I do'nt know what to do with reward (so called) points. If ICICI is not interested in redeeming points...why should they give points in first place. ICICI wants us to use their card but does not want to fulfill obligations. Who is i-mint...i dont know...?? All of a sudden i started getting mails from them...ans as usual waste mails are deleted without going through. I recently realised...when spending on ICICI added points to imint. This absurd...noe have to get a imint card to re-deem...but am apprehensive after reading all above histrionics of i-mint. I request ICICI to redeem points as they were doing earlier.
ICICIcredit Card — Amended the cheque amount
Respected Sir/Madam,I am holding a ICICI Credit card for last one and half year, and i am regular payee of the credit card dues.
Last time the agent collected the due amount for Rs10,610/- (cheque) and gave the receipt for the same amount, i have attached the scanned copy of the same.After collecting the cheque i got a call from this agent that they did a miskate of collecting wrong amount and the due amount is Rs10,670. So i told them come back to my home so that i will issue a new cheque for the Rs10,670. But they didn't come to collect the cheque.
But to my surprise when i checked the bank account the amount debited was Rs10,670!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have ammended the check amount and deposited the cheque.
This is really shocking to me as this is a illegal to amend others cheque .When i asked the ICICI bank they are just transfering the calls and disconnecting the lines.
I will surely take this case of mine to court, kindly advice

Every time when i tried over phone to the icici credit card customer care. i am not getting any response except the voice recorded details. Even i tried your mumbai number and asked them to settle down my balance payment. only one time they have been called for customer sake then no response from local.
What to do. every month they adding any penalties and surcharges. this what happening from last 8 months. no one is their to come and solve the same.

Yes ! they are reluctant on this act without user consent..on asking simply copy/paste something irelevant to the context & send them as if we were satisfied with their answers.

ICICIcredit Card — Harrasement
From My side I had done all the payment to ICICI Credit Card Department in October 2008 but now also they are asking me more money to do the closure of the credit card. When I showed them the settlement letter given to me at the time of the final settlement they are denying the same that they have given me this letter.Worst Bank Ever in My life.
I had an outstanding of 25, 000/- almost one year back and i paid that amount through my ICICI savings account cheque but they rejected it saying insufficient amount due to which ICICI card division put a penalty. I paid the actual amount 25, 000/- as soon as i got information regarding the rejection of cheque and tried to contact the Customer Care but i was not able to get any customer care executive after many trials. So i thought since i have paid the full amount i need not to worry. But recently, ICICI credit card division transfered 5, 900/- from my saving bank account without my consent. I want to get that money back.
Can i sue ICICI Credit Card in Consumer Court? or there is a way i can get my money back?

ICICIcredit Card — Cancellation of Insurance Credit Shield
Dear Sir,This is to bring your kind attention that, I am holding an ICICI Credit Card No.[protected]. Two months back some body from the bank called me and forced me to take the some Credit Shield Insurance will cost only Rs.99 per anum.
Since it is only Rs.99 is a small amount, i have agreed for the same. Whereas now they have started debited every month. Then I checked up with the bank, they informing that it is for next twleve months I need to pay.
I said if it is for next 12 months, I am not interested and you cancle this. Now they are informing, just to cancel also, I need to pay 25% of the premium amount as cancellation.
I am telling I don't want to use the service also, they are demanding 25% as cancellation fee.
As of now I have cleared all the dues of the bank and nothing is outstanding in my account. I am attaching the final statement copy for your kind perusal.
I request your kind intervention in this regard and help us in this matter.

Or maybe it is someone posing as ICICI bank customer care. Howcome the site does not have any authenticity check???
Imagine some one posting as bank executive and asking all personal details so easily, Its a huge risk for someone to be cheated this way. I must say that the site needs to be more secure and system needs to be upgraded or people will be cheated through this site.

I have not received any information from ICICI Credit Card Department till date but they had blocked my card ,ICICI credit card A/c. [protected]. There is no outstanding balance for the same. I am using the credit card from 11/2003 expiry date 11/2010. Now when i called for request to start my card , the bank replied your credit card account is closed, due to delay in payment . Bank has charged interest and late fee for the same so why they closed my credit card account .From 7 years i am using the card .My bonus points are pending on my cards from 7 years.

ICICIcredit Card — cheating me on giving false informetion
Respected Sir,Sub-How ICICI Credit Card staff cheating me with new method for save their job or their official promotion.
ICICI Credit Department gives me an offer loan against my credit card No- [protected]. I have been regularly paying my EMI. But I unable to pay it on January 2010 due to my fathers illness. But Mr. Ajaya Kumar, executive of ICICI Credit Card Department, Kolkata forced me for deposit the EMI on telephone bearing no-[protected]. I assured to Mr. Ajaya Kumar, on telephonic discussion that due my father’s illness I unable to pay my EMI of January, but I would pay it on February. But they called me again and again on my Mobile No-[protected] approximately 10 times on 12th to 13th January 2010. I request them that though I am a Sr.Reporter of a national news channel and busy with shooting of National Youth Festival they disturbed me again and again and also they accused me as a false teller. They were argued with me and also threatened me. Finally on 14th January again I received a phone call from Kolkata, a Senior officer ( I didn’t remind his name) of Mr. Ajaya Kumar for settlement of my card , but I was also denying. They told me a special offer for settlement that if I would pay Rs.1700 / then he could motivate his Mumbai officers to setteled . We were discussed regarding settlement for 20 minutes on that day and lastly he told me that due some technical problem he unable to send the final settlement letter now. I again disagreed and demand for letter. But one the name of faith and God he told me after two days I would send it and for collection of Rs.1700/ he sent an executive from Bhubaneswar office which Mobil No. is [protected]. I gave cash Rs 1700/ to that representative on 14th January 2010. But I am very sorry that after that they did not give my settlement letter. I informed them on mail again and again. After few days they disagree and denyed for settlement.
Thus I request you that kindly enquiry it give the judgment to me.

ICICIcredit Card — refund of default payment by credit card
Refer to your credit card statement dated Feb 20, 2010Further to my e-mail dated 5th november,2009 wherein credit card by dafault paid my insurance premium to icici prudential of Rs. 10000/- in November 2009, which was not actualy due as I had already made payments towards my policy for three years nor any instruction were passed to credit card services to that effect. Subsequently on my insistance customer care of credit card official asked me to take a refund of Rs 10000/- from icici prudential and clear the credit card dues.I have since received Rs 10000/- cheque on 24th February 2010 which I intend to deposit against my credit card dues. Before that I would like credit card care centre to clear all my interest accured on Rs 10000/- erronously paid by them towards my icici prudential policy no. 03494489. It is once again requested to clear all interest levied on Rs 10000/- in my credit card no. [protected] so that I clear the actual Rs 10000/- payment in credit card paid for no fault of mine. An early action is requested.

ICICIcredit Card — Wrong data entry for credit card
I hold three ICICI credit cards. I have applied for a personal loan in a private bank. During verification based on CIBIL report they found that a credit card (which doesnt belong) to has a payment due and I'm not eligible for a loan.Card No.: [protected]
It belongs to Suresh Dadithotti of Hyderabad. I'm Suresh Duraisamy from Chennai. The bank peolpe has entered the same PAN no. for both o[censored]s which is the actual reason for all problem. My PAN no is ALPPD8161M. Now they are making me call them daily to the customer care which involves lotta steps before I could reach the Representative and then I must fight with them to transfer the call to the Collection department. This happens daily making me spend in the phone for more than half an hour.
Atlast when I the collection department people say that they have forwarded the case to the 'Concerned' manager and he will communicate to me, which in any case is not happening at all, the 'Concerned' manager has no concerns on me it seems. Nobody from the collection dept called me or contacted me.
When i send a mail to the customer.[protected]@icicbank.com, first they replied asking me to wait for 2 working days and then when i call them back, they said that they will mail on that day. In that mail they are asking me wait for another seven working days (which excludes new year day and week end). This is stopping for getting the loan which is very important and urgent right now for the fault which they did.
I pay the dues in time but their response to my problem is negligible. Please address this issue as I'm in very urgent need of the loan, for which I'm actually eligible.
