On 16/10/2007 i booked Indian Gas form Gouri Agency in my name from near Aluva (Chunangamveli) Booking No 999 .Now, January end i received a letter that our Gas connection is approved and prepare the documents .. In my absents my wife aproch the agency to release the Gas cylender but they refuse to deliver becouse Gas connection booked on my name ... Now the situation i can't move form my job to collect the Gas cylender therefore kindly advice me what can i do to get my gas cylender through my wife ..

Pooja Gas (indane) — late delivery of Gas
Sir,Our gas agency is Pooja Gas kakkanad and my consumer no is 35159. This agency never deliver the gas on date. Usually it takes 35 - 45 days. They have deliverd the gas to us 42 days before. Now our two cylenders are over it informed the agency many time but no responsible answer. This is very difficult for us. Please take up immediate action.

but regret to inform that till today (26.04.2009) we have not received the gas. When ever we call the agency they are not responding properly. They are saying that the gas has been supplied to us on 17.04.09 and we have to book the gas again after 08.05.09. The fact is that till date we have not received the gas.

We are regular customer from 17th june 2001 Consumer No. 28597 SV. No.-2117999 and SV. No. DBC-5567215 from Raghu Gas Service 28-29 Kamla Nehru Market, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon Code:[protected]. Our problem is that we are facing much problem due to irregular supply. Because whenever we go to booking next cylinder then they say that next cylinder will book after 25days. These days supply for home delivery but we always getting home delivery after 15-20days repeatdly. Many times we go to ask about supply they misbehave with us. If we will not go there they take 20-50days for home delivery. They 26000 connection and these they are giving new connection while they can not supply for a consumer perfectly they should not issue for new connection. Over all black marketing is running well. Because they supply cylinder to shop keeper and other business man with more profit. But regular consumer always wait for home delivery. But he could not find in time. Whenever we get home delivery then supplier have not any equipment for consumer satisfaction only they have a defective weighing balance.
Due this problem we could not get perfect quantity of gas in cylinder.
So this is request for you that pls solve our problem
