[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Late delivery

sir,
I book my gas on dated 01.02.10 vide booking No 217. Now 10 days left but gas cylinder not deliver to me.My gas delar M/s Dager gas, ROHINI. The delar always deliver the gas after 15 to 16 days.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am customer of Indane Gas. Your Gas station in Karkala, Karnataka is not delivering gas on time. We had booked gas on 07/01/2010 and its not delivered yet. We have been enquiring for last 8 days for delivery they responded that gas load has been not delivered to them from company. I would like to log a complaint against them. This is not the first time they have done thi,s it happens every time.

i have booked a order through phone at last month 25th but still i am not recieving the cylinder... wen i asked in office in padi.. they telling that they send before one week... but still i didn't recieve the cylinder... pls take some action for this.... now i need urgent cylinder... my account number in 19475

Expected delivery was 06.02.2010

but regret to inform that till today (12.02.2010) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

sir, i am very disopanted because i booked gas dated 01/02/2010 -2.43pm
but today12/02/2010, i have not recived gas cilender and no pickup phone distributor, help desk, emergency no at list i send a reminder mail or coplented.
Always booked gas timely but gas delivery is very late so please i request u that
this subject solve as soon as posible .

We have booked our gas cylinders on 04.02.2010 with Sai Seva Gas Agency, now 13 days have already been passed, but we have not received the same till date, everyday we are trying to contact the agency but everytime the phone is busy. Please note our details are as follows :-

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 7/149, Jawahar mohalla, farsh bazar shahdara delhi - 110032, and user of Indian gas . In our Area Nandi Gas services is authorized for indian Gas Distribution.

i dr. archana singh live in Varanasi and there is " Shriram gas agency" Mahmurgung. My consumer number is VK8154.i got transfer my connection from basti to varanasi in year 2000 at vikalp gas agency and that agency given me only single cylinder.Due to unknown reason customers of vikalp agency transfer to shriram gas agency. since 2000 i am trying to get second cylinder for my connection but shri ram gas agency reply me in abusive manner that we are supplying gas of vikalp agency u must oblige for that i[censored] asked me for second cylinder i would stop your supply. kindly tell me what should i do? they book cylinder after 21 day after date of delivery and now a days they used to deliver cylinder 10 to 12 days after booking. its become hardship for me . kindly take necessary action so i can get second cylinder on my connection.

i Aru pathak live in Shyam Colony Faridabad and there is " Mohan & Mohan gas Agency" . If you want book you gas on phone first of all no one pick the phone or no response from there and second think these people attitude is not well with their customer. and...they provide after 15 day date of booking please hilight this matter and take action please

Having Gas Connection with Hari Singh gas Agency, Kirari, Nangloi, Delhi-110041.I have booked my Gas on 22/02/2010 through Internet Booking & after some again I booked my Gas on their Office, but delivery not done till date i.e.04th March.

So pls try to solve my problem.
