Hi,

I paid 4050 for Single new gas connection. But I wasnt given the Gas booklet and new number.
Please tell me when can I receive the same.

what is the procedure of transfer of gas connnection and charges for it at panchkula.

I am a connection holder of indane gas from last 7 years, under the More gas servicess in brahmapuri. My consumer no. is 6686 in the name of R. j. uikey. on 18 jully booked a request for a cylinder. They informe me that after one days it will be delivered. But till today 24 jully they did not dilevered me gas cylinder.
On 24 jully when call them regarding the booking. they did not give me any information about this.
so kindly enqury it & take the necessary action to solve the problem. I would be obliged to you.

I have a connection No.H-24573 of INDAINE GAS aoutherised by HARIDWAR GAS AGENCIE Singh Dwar Kankhal Haridwar Uttarakhand.
I was booked the gas cylender dated 17.07.2009 against booking no.5009.& there are no delivery till now.I contect many time by phone to MR. BIJENDER SINGH but there are no response from that side.& when I called him many time then he used very bad words for me.
So I request all of you that plz take an action as soon as possible.

SIR SHANKAR GAS AGENCIES 28/648L CHEVAYOOR CALICUT MAKING DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYLENDER.I HAVE BOOKED FOR CYLINDER ON 1/7/09 AND THE CYLENDER IS NOT YET DELIVERED.TODAY I VISITED THE OFFICE OF THE AGENCY.THEY TOLD ME THAT COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SITUATION.THEY ASKED ME TO CALL INDIAN OIL CO OFFICE AND FOR DELIVERY CONFORMATION. TWO DAYS BEFORE IN THE NEWS PAPER NEWS CAME ABOUT THE SAME AGENCY. THEY WERE TRANSPORTING CYLINDERS WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTS(without bills). LOCAL AUTHORITIES SEIZED THE VEHICLE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION FROM YOUR END.

I wish to inform you that I am user of Indane Gas and bring to your kind notice that I am getting the cylinder very late i.e. after 15 - 25 days. Recently, I booked the cylinder on 30.07.2009 but I regret to inform you that till date (21.08.09) I have not received the refilled cylinder resulting I am facing lot of problem. This practice is regularly adopted by the Gas Agency. My gas connection no. is 17565 and connected to M/s Krishna Gas Agency, Bye Pass Road, Khandari, Agra (U.P.).

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I am a customer of INDANE with customer no 12647 and have been registered with GAS GADGETS S-28 GOLE MARKET MANAGER LUCKNOW. I booked my gas cylinder on 19th Aug, 2009, till 22nd Aug, 2009 no delivery has been made by the agency. Whenever I make phone call to gas agency, he says it will take another 3-4 days for delivery due to non-supply of gas. I called 3 times, he says same reply.

Kindly solve my problem ASAP.

i am being a customer of indane and my consumer no is 16454 and i am taking this connection from Ashapura gas agency situated at jamnagar.i am being fed up with this agency they don't give me the proper solution.i am having one connection on 18th august i got one refile and then i book on 10th of September but still today i am not able to get this rifle.daily i have do a phone call and they just give me the time but not the rifle .personally i have gone there for twice and this is also not fruitful. sir i have take the connection on 2003 at that time i just take one connection and now i want two connection they are also not providing me .sir actually i am from orissa and they are asking me the ration card and i don't have a ration card at jamnagar.so sir if it is possible if you supply me another bottle without ration card i my self be oblige to you because sir getting a ration card is not possible for me.

Indane Gas/ Rajesh gas ageny — more than 22 days in delivery.

Hi,

I am Krishna Singh . I booked refill on 3-10-09 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone[protected] and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 28084. and today the date is[protected].there is a huge delay in delivery which is ridiculous . every day i call them they say tomorrow we will deliver it.this is just not acceptable that to book the refill wait for 21 days and it will take another 20 days for them to deliver it.now we cannot wait 40 days for just 1 refill.

The explanation which they give is they have the LPG but they dont have any person in this area to deliver it .1 day this explanation is acceptable. everyday highly impossible. please do something.please take necessary action against it.
