I am LPG Indane gas customer with KURUKSHETRA GAS ENTERPISES RAILWAY ROAD KURUKSHETRA (HARYANA ) CODE NO.10846 & my consumer no. is K-15783. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office.They replied that by 19/02/09, it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office on 19 Feb to 06 MARCH 2010 (daily morning and evening ) for Refill but till this date, they have not sent LPG cylinder.
They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.There is always Huge rush of customers for booking the Refills & for making complaints about non delivery of Refills.
In nut shell, their Gas Service is very good. But Pls do the needful.Waitig for u r +ve reply.

Pahan indane gas service, dumka road, Jamtara.JHARKHAND always bad service.i have booked in13Feb2010, Buy they are no responce so i call customer care on 3mar2010 comp No is 44631.Then they delivered on 04mar2010.
we wish to inform you that we are resident of near civil line bulandshahr, up If you want book you gas on phone first of all no one pick the phone or no response from there and second think these people attitude is not well with there customers and their service is so slow they r taking at least 20 days to delivered the gas cylinder.

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to the due regard to state that the delivery of the gas in the jamshedpur (Baridih, kushal gas) region of the indian gas is taking too long , which is creating a big problem to the family .My order No. is 5258 which is booked on 27th feb which is still to be delivered for which im suffering a lot of problem.
The delivery is subjected to be giving by 15 days which i dont think is normal , due to which we are suffering a lot of problem .
Its my dur request to just look into the problem and do the needful, for which ill be highly obliged to you.

The service is really worst. we keep on going to the office no complaint has been booked or reference no. not given they only asked to attended the complaint by name Raju we called he says he will come in 10 minutes and dose not turn up, kindly do the needfull.
