i am customer of indian gas my gas Agency name is Sachidanand, Ambala Road, Jagadhri-135003.
i always get delead to get my cylender by 25-30 days.my booking for gas on[protected]. Till i could not get cylender.i have not get any answer by this agency.their behavior to customer is also not good.please consider my problem...can you help me?????

my problem is concern with particular indian agency ( Ramendra gas agency) paschim vihar new delhi, my consumer No 24146. i have booked cylinder dt[protected] through tomo gas online but, i have not received cylinder till date.there services is so slow, So I request you to kindly book my this cons.No and look into this matter and do the needful

My Consumer card no. is MIG05889 registered with Madhoganj Indane gas service up hardoi madhoganj. I booked for refilling of my cylender on 11/07/10 and the booking no. was not given to me . I have not received the filled cylinder yet, even after calling 2 times to the agency. Every time I was told that my cylinder will be delivered on the same day. And this is not the first time. every time I book the cylinder, I have to call the agency at least 2 or 3 times to get the cylinder and on asking the reason they always give false excuses.

This is Sharad Alan here. I have the LPG Connection of Haridwar Gas Agency, Haridwar.I want to take your consideration towards customers' inconvenience because we are facing a lot of problem whenever we need the cylinder. I personnaly went to the gas agency to get the gas booked on 7-July-2010. Which was suppose to be delivered on 14-July-2010. Even after that I have reminded them by several phone calls, visited there to ask about the delivery for 2 to 3 times, they don't treat the customers properly and give only one reason that there is no stock with them. Now if I call them again they don't pick up the call. which leaves the customer helpless. I want to know if there is any other option for the customer to follow rather than complaining you if it is so plz tell me i'll follow that also but i want some satisfactory solution for mine and many others customers.

I am Suraj Kumar, my consumer no is 181490.
For a long time my experience is not good.
whenever I booked my refilling I got the delivery
after 15 to 20 days.nearly I booked my cylinder
on 4th of sept and now today is 14th spet I dn't get my delivery, when I called for my delivery they( Jai Jawan gas service, sec-7, dwarka)says tomorrow you will get the delivery.

I requested you plz take a possible action against them.
