indane gas not delivery in timely — i have booked my gas but not deliver in my home

i have booked my LPG cylinder 7 april on mtnl land line phone booking no is 34.but not deliverd my LPG cylinder to timly.i go to my (chandra gas service)he said not booking ur cylinder.then i have try to booked the cylinder then computer said that u have allready booked ur gas.i am very tention in this time i have not no gas cylinder in this time and i have purchase the LPG in black.plz short out my problems.and Chandra gas service employes habbied and behoures is very bad.

I have a Indane gas connection no. 15637 and my gas agency is sherawat gas agency at Sangam Vihar in South Delhi. I booked my cylinder on[protected] and has not received my cylinder till now.[protected]this is not the first time I am having this problem with them. I have complaint them thrice by personally visiting them as they do not pick phone. They just reply 2 din main aa jayega. Today I am again going to ask them but I believe I already know there prerepeated reply...earlier it was pilferage but now they steal entire cylinder...

When I concern this agency to enquire about it, then no pick-up the phone and staff had used filthy language against me.many howkers are selling to black in my area, so, I request you to please solve this problem............

My Name is Hari Chand Sachdeva, i am residing at Faridabad from past 50 yrs. I have a Indane gas Conection from Prathna Gas Agengy, Faridabad. My consumer no is L941. I book the cylinder every month, but majority of time i get my gas cylinder late and often my gas cylinder gets sold on black by the agency people on inquired, they tell me that your gas cylinder is not booked and the behavior and attitude towards the consumers is not good. they disrespect us. We get the cylinder after 40 to 5o days even after booking. I think something is going wrong in the agency and there is a mafia working there who sell the cylinder on black.
So i request you too look into the matter and teke necessary action immediately.
i shall be thankful to you for this.

i had booked my cylinder over the phone on 21st april 2010 to my vendor SOM SERVICES 11/1A, Marquies street, kolkata - 16. Code no.[protected]. after passing 6 days my staff approached the vendor to enquire about the supply of the cylinder, the vendor promised to supply the same within 2 days. But he failed to supply. Again my staff approached the vendor on the 4th of may 2010 but he was told that your cylinder booking has not yet done. After hot debate the vendor booked the cylinder and gave the booking slip and promised the supply within 2 days. But again he failed to do that. Again i called up the vendor on the 7th of may 2010 to enquire about the supply, again he promised to supply within 1 or 2 days but he failed.I request you to look into the matter and take strick action against the vendor.

this is to bring to your notice that im constant complaining and requesting for gas cylinder supply but not getting any supply from indane(vandana enterprises, rajouri garden).. it more than a year now that we are facing such a problem.
my gas no, is 10882 on the name of Mr Anil Kr Bali.
last gas request was on 15th april and after that we have also complianed on 1260 thrice with registration number as '17' and '8'.
pls kindly help.. and pls check the supply and send us the cylinder

Indane Gas / Cylinder Gas for home — Disconnected without notice

The dealer, Zoomor Gas agency, Navsari, at first for many days did not respond to telephone calls. When he did lift the phone; i.e. took the call, we were told flately that your connection has been canceled. I would like to know " Why this has been done ???????".

I am K.C. Agrawal, consumer No. 2372 registered with M/S Kasna Gas Agency at Greater Noida. I ahd booked for the cylidre on 20th May 2010 personally at about 4pm and requested to supply the cylinder on monday i.e. 24th may or otherwise on saturday or sunday i.e. 29 or 30 may since I am available only on sat.or sun. being alone. On 24th I was in my residence due to some health problem. I ah waited both days but al in vain. today I contacted on phone after about 10 calls, I was told that the cylinder was sent on 25th and the flat was found locked. Now they say that shallbe supplied tomorrow i.e. 31st may. When I told that Ishall not be available till next saturday and disconnected it, when I told him that My present cylinder is about to run out of gas with in a day or two. How will I cook the food, but without repply the phone was disconnected. This is happening always. The cylinder is not supplied on the date I erquets . The persons available at the agency always rudely. May I expect an permanent relief from the hands of this problem. This may be treated an urgent.

i have recently moved to vellore on 19.05.10 from chennai.i have been using indane gas. c. no 2496 at sri kalyanari indane gas agency in mylapore, chennai. i had been issued a tranfer voucher from the abone agency assuring me of immediate gas delivery in vellore if i were to produce to any indane gas agency in chennai. despite approaching them here in vellore in kakathipet on several occasions i have not been given any cylinders. i and my family have been forced to spend a lot on food cause we have been eating outside. i want to know how i can get my gas services assurred

I have booked my gas on 14.03.2010, I have called and visited several times but M/s Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa road, they told by mistake they dilivered someone else. Again they booked on 13.06.2010 but still I have received my cylinder.

Sir, I am waiting for supply since Four Month, I have paid Rs.20000 for outside food and using the heater for tea. It is very dangerous for my family.

I have lost Rs.25000 in last four month due to the Raghu Gas Service. Please help.

When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used very unsensable language against me. Hi Sir/Madam

I have requested for new gas connection on 26/03/2010 but till now i have not receive my connection or any single formal letter about connection from Gondawana Gas Agency, lakhe nagar raipur Chhattisgarh. So please suggest me what should do or should i go to direct consumer court because its already 4 month but not receive new connection. I am very disappointed to behavior of gas agencies.

I am vijay kumar Living in west vinod nagar mandawli delhi 92, We are lots of members of Indian gas but we are not receiving any cylinder from gas agencies. But there workers are selling cylinders in black market for small general store and other cylinders shops who's purchases the cylinder from the delivery mans. And selling in black markets and other customers whose don't have no customers registration no as well as same in BPC and HPC customers are facing same problems.
If anybody takes any action so delhi and other state peoples not face same problums.

delivery boy came my house for delivered gas cylinder after 12 ays of booking and he said me "change your agency"
Please told me what can i do?

I book a cylender at Laxmi Gas Agency, Rashid Market, Delhi-110051, phone Nos. is[protected], [protected], this agency not pick up the phone everyday, my consumer No. is 7987.in the name of Sh. Baldev Raj, Residence at 53, Radhey Shyam Park, Delhi-110051. the delivery man despatch the cylender at my home, but the cylender waight is 23 Kg, 7 Kg. gas is short in my cylender, i was complaint in Laxmi Gas Agency, the executive not gives satisfactory reply.I am not only there are many customers to face this problem.
I request you that please solve our problem.
and you are requested to replace the new full refile cylender.
