Indane Gas — delay cylinder delivery

My consumer ID is 6695 agency- BHAGAVATHI GAS, AROOR ALLLEPPY DIST 688534 KERALA .
I inform that I am receiving the cylinder with a a gap of more than 45 to 50 days by making a lot of phone call, personal visits. A lot of illegal activities are going on.What can Ido for this sistuation?

iam v.jayaraju custamar of indian gas agency my customer I.D. no. 21005 at M/s bindushakthi agency, safilguda, secunderabad. I booked for cylyender on 08november 2008, and they had informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 10days. today i.e. on 27 november 2008 when I had enquired with the Gas Agency, they informed that as per their records the cylinder has been delivered to us on 17th November, 2008. But till date we had not received the cylinder from the agency. Hence we request to take the remedial action to solve the problem
I have booked cylinder on 14.11.08 but supply has not been received till date after repited requested.
my name is salahuddin living in delhi at A-18/144-c, DDA flats inder lok delhi, my GAS Conection No. is 34698 of Associated Trading Co. kishen Ganj near sabzi mandi railway station delhi 110007, i had booked gas on 20/11/08 but delivery could not get till date. And i have visited personaly 4 time becouse their telephone nos. be always busy and behaviar is also very bad.

So kindly take action against them.

i have book a reffile on[protected] and they gave me the delivery time at[protected].after the last reffile booing on[protected].when the date is ok the company said that our tractor is not for home delivery .you take it from our godown.i reach the godown and they forget it again and said that your last reffile no. is not match it is seond last no. sir you know that a gas sylander is empty in 20 days and the gave us in 31 to 36 days where we cook food. obsoivusly neiohber hood from me to him him to me .
and in my sight he is reffile in black without any prossesor.

so please sir anybody can hear my complent

I a trying to get new cylinder gas connection, for the past 2 month and i am not getting proper response fron the dealers
Service is really pathetic. I guess its true for all the customers
Iam sivakumar consumer no: 30066 has registered for new gas connection in Swathi gas agency, Triplicane, chennai-5( Tel no:[protected],[protected] on 7th OCt-08.I received the confirmation letter on 15th Nov-08 asked to pay the deposit amount with proof details and bond agreement letter.
In person I went there and enquired about the new connection, they told if I want only the gas without stove, a inspecting person will come and check the stove for the standard .They also told the inspection team will come within 10days after submitting the requirement and deposit amount.But if its a new stove, they will install on the next day.
As i dont want to delay the process I accept to get the connection with stove and submitted all the requirement with the deposit amount on the same day of the confirmation letter 15th Nov itself.They given me the new stove on the day itself and told the gas will be provided on monday(the next working day).But after two weeks of continuous interruption to them, they sent a inspecting person after 17 days saying the rain delaying in getting the gas and that guy told to remove my previous old stove and all other cylinder in the house (which I got for extra money .I dont know whether we should not cook till they give the connection). He confirmed that i will be getting the connection the next day ( "u will get today"-this is the word i will be hearing for all the calls made to them)..today is the 21st day after i got the new stove...Now i running out of the gas and in dilemma whether have to get for extra money or have to wait for the new one. Iam getting serious because of why dont they atleast give me a correct date of delivery.

The agency providers should atleast consider this issues with serious in inviting the new customer without threatening experience.

I am native of Malepadu village. I applied for gas connexion at BALAJI GAS AGENCIES PRODDATUR 516361.Now Iam informed that I am sanctioned (no.175)and should pay Rs. 5, 600/- for the connexion with stove. I asked for bill. But they give bill for Rs.1700/- only (Rs. 1400/- for syllinder deposit and Rs.300/- for gas) . I want to know how much I have to pay for them.

My Consumer code is ZT- 28420 and it falls under sector 5 rohini gas agency, The agency owner has surrendered his gas agency and the company has shifted the gas connection to different agencies in Rohini delhi. I want to submit that no formalities and papers should be required for transfer as the connection is virtually/basically not transferred on the part of the consumer and this is a unnecessary harasssment to the consumers without any reason. so kinldy transferred my connection without any delay.

This is to state that I had booked my gas no 8 times in last 45 days at Veer Jyoti Behind IBP Petrol Pump, Panchsheel Enclave, Delhi - 110017

I visited there thrice to book my no. as I do not easily get them on phone. Each time they promised me that we will deliver you the gas tomorrow. Whole day I & my wife keep trying the no 26494108 of Veer Jyoti but each time it goes engaged.
On Saturday(6th Dec 2008) I visited them again. At reception I found that the phone are placed properly. Using my mobile I again tried the no 26494108, 26493784 but it was going engaged. I just picked the both phones at reception and found no dial tone. I asked the person at reception that are the phone dead. The person replied that no they are OK. I again pick-up the receiver and the phone had dial tone. I tried the no. again & it was ringing.
I asked the person, that right now it was dead, from last 4 days we had been trying this no. but it was going engaged. What you have done just now. Any switch you are using to keep it engaged.

Listening this that person just replied "Tune phone ko kaise haath lagaya, bahar nikle ja nahein to Odhaa kar faink doonga". I replied him to behave properly. One female and & Mr Purushotam also came there and stated saying that how dare you say that we are using any switch. Mr Purushotam started abusing me. It was so embarrassing to me as I was accompanied with my elder sister.

Dear sir, any body may visit there reception and dial the no. 26494108, 26493784, it would be going engaged. This public service phones are knowingly kept engaged. How do they do this that is to be find out.

Still I am waiting for my gas to be refilled. After this episode they may harass me more.

Please get my cylinder refilled

Gaury gas Agency raj Nagarpalam — lLate delivery of LPG Sylinder

I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer n. 13479A. My address is RZ-C-9/17, Mhavir Enclave, palam, New Delhi -45.I had booked my LPG on 27.11.2008 and they delivered it on 11.12.2008. I have single sylinder I have to face great problems without having gas.Kindly take the n/a against the employees who are responsible for this.

Indane Gas (Kwick Gas Service) — Non delivery of Cylinder

Booked a New Cylinder on[protected] and after repeated follow ups till today[protected] the same has not been delivered. My address got changed and I put the request to update my new address on Sep'08 which was done and delivery were made earlier on the new address but this time they lost the new address due to some system issue and hold back my request. Again after putting the application for address change on 12-12-08 the same has been done in the system and was committed that the gas will be delivered on the same day. But still now no one has turned up and we are standing without any cooking at home.
They don't know how to behave also. So rude and harsh, doesnt have a single courtesy to speak to a cusomer. We are facing a problem but getting nowhere to put our complain for help.
I have a kid of 8 months old and in a huge trouble. I would request you for an immediate action on this. Atleast they shouldn't make any false committments to any customers and should hear the customers first before hanging up the phone.

i have booked a domestic gas connection with Parul Gas Service Code no 9107248 Hardev Nagar Main Road Jharoda Delhi 110084 vide Booking No. 19797 dtd. 20.11.2008. in this regard i would like to state that on issue of connection the said dealer have to force me to buy gas stove from them at very higher price so i dont want to purchase gas stove from them i have bought gas stove from open market with proper ISI standard and i request to the said dealer to issue me gas connection without purchase of gas stove from them i m ready to produced the purchase invoice of the gas stove with i have already purchase but they refused to give me connection and mishave with me.

So you are requested to look into the matter so that i get my gas connection at ealiest.
