[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

I booked gas on 03.11.2008 Booking No. 24 Time 11.25 AM at Raj Flame Shop No.11, Mohan Garden New Delhi, Tel.No.[protected]. The cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach, Such situation exists for the last one and half years. Every time it so happens. Kindly intervene into the matter and help me. Indane Gas — No responds from service provider

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Indane gas since 14yrs. & lived in Chattrapur, South Delhi.

I have filled a new cylinder on 13th Nov., 08. After using it, there is a lickage & uncontinuous flaming & some times goes shut off.

Therefore, I have complained immedately to the service provider the next day only, but there is not respons towards my dengeraous problems yet.

Indane Gas — gas not received

i had booked a cylinder of lpg gas on 10th but i havnt received till date. i have done so because the delivery time of my local distributor is very high but it seems comapny is more lethargic then its distributors.
Pls. confirm me when will i get the same.

Indane Gas — creating problem in transfer of connection

I WANT TO TRANSFER THE MY CONNECTION TO KIRATPUR(BIJNOR) TO THANABHAWAN(MUZZAFARNAGAR)U.P. DUE TO THE MY TRANSFER OF SERVICES.

I SUBMIT ALL THE DOCUEMENT TO THANABHAWAN BUT THE THANABHAWAN GAS AGENCY NOT GIVING THE RESPONCE LAST 18 DAYS.

Indane Gas — they are taking out gas and filling something else to make mass equal near our eye

as i am customer of dewanti gas agency, boring road, patna. all the vendors use to take out the gas in buddha colony this all happens near peoples eye. so plzz see to it because this makes gas very costly. i think u will try to solve this all the staff of there are involoved in this

Indane Gas — looting the innocent customer

They are taking more money from customer as a service charge.first they give the voucher of Rs 342 and at the time of dilivery they take Rs.370.
when i ask why we give you additional money then they said then go there are no stock for you come later.
In the gas card free dilivery intructions are give but we don't get free dilivery from the agency.we have to 5-6 kms for taking our cylinder on time.


sir please take action on this offence.

Created to much panic environment Jaldi karo, jaldi karo...My wife went upstares to get some money at Ist floor.my wife came back at ground floor back paid him full ammount.Delivery boy taken our gas filled cylinder which we have connected just 3/4 days before .Our empty cylinder kept as it is.

iam customer of indane gas. i booked gas on 12/11/08 at sahajanand indane gas agency narnarayan chamber station road
bhuj kutch(gujarat).the cylinder which i got is likage. when i gone to replace cyclinder i did nt get good response.their employ are saying that they will repair that cylinder and give, for new cylinder i have to pay the gass loss frm cylinder.
sir the distributer is delivered me likage cylinder how can i pay for gas loss frm cylinder.i request you to give new cylinder or my money back, how much gas loss frm cylinder.waiting for your response.

LPG cylinders are supplied some times found containing less weight, sometimes found almost empty when used after breaking seal. There is no provision to check the weight in presence of delivery man and the distributor is reluctant to file any complaint in this regard.We are ignorant of redressing under this situation.My consumer no.743 under Singur Gas Agency, P.O. I am a customer of indane with customer no 4329 and have been registed with M/S Sahid Lal Singh gas agency, NARNAUL (haryana) PH. no.[protected] and Distributor's code no.is 32011042 . he charged me Rs. 340/- on home delivey per cylander .i want know the right price of the home delivery of a cylinder and he did not give bill .

R-50564 at RAJENDRA GAS SERVICE 58, SHOPPING CENTER AMBABARI JAIPUR.I was booked my gas on 14.11.08 booking no.5648 but still I am not receive my refil cylender. Last time after booking the gas & waiting for 20day I get the voucher & get collect the gas from godown by 3 round.
Please clear me that how much the booking period time is taken by the service provider.

Indane / Cylinder Booking — Not issuing second cylinder

I paid Rs.4000 to one of the Gas broker in Pune for new gas connection, at the time of payment gas agency owner & broker promised to hand over 2 cylinders, one at the spot & another one is after 6 months, but till date nothing happened when i was asking for the same, they again demanded 4, 000 bucks.

I got 1st cylinder on 20 or 21 st dec 07. Initially gas agency employee told me there is no any fresh connections available but with the help of broker i got one.

please advice me what to do?

I have applied for new connection of gas around 1 month back, they told they will give new conneciton in with in one week, every time they are saying te same words come after 4 days, this happens every time, even when i call them on phone the phone is eiter engaged or if it rings no one will life the phone.
It is very rediculous and disgusting. If they are not ready to give the conneciton atleast they have tell the proper reason. Please take the necessary accation on this.

sir My & our villager s have many problem about service of your agency(vishnu gas agency merta city, nagaur, rajasthan.Respected sir we have been done many requsts to member of agency but their responceis 0.now we send you our complaints. sir our complaint are:-
(1)They give not Proper service.
(2)Their behaveour is not good
(3) They not come our village regulary
(4) In one month they absent for one & two week.
(5)they give Illegale benefit to some their
Relative & some other "black costomber".
(6) Black costomber purchese gas salendar in high cost &sell also very high cost.
(7) really sir real costombers are very sad .
so please consider on our complaint.
sir our next step is consumer court.
