Indane 5 Kg Gas Cylender_urgent Attention Required — Dealers taking 21 days from delivery date to book 5kg Gas cylinder also
Dear Sir,I have taken 5 Kg Gas Connection with Two cylenders way back in 2004 feb and i have been told that i can upgrade to 14.5 kg later. But due to my small family size and your people suggestion that this is a promotional one and priority will be given to this i am continuing with this till date.
I have taken this connection at Safilguda/Anand Bagh in 2004 and when i had tried to shift to ameer pet the dealer told me that they will not supply the same. So i used to pick the cylender from Borabanda 5Km away all the time.
Now i am married and i have my small family where i have shifted the connection to Prakashnagar/Begumpet and now the Dealer is rejecting to take the refill book for 21days from the date of delivery of the previous one.
Just you take the usage for a 5 Kg cylinder where it will come for 12days to 15days max. If your dealer takes 21days to take new refill booking then i have to live with out cooking for 10 days by the time of booking my present one goes empty by 6 days and for delivery it takes not less than 4 days. so intoto it will be 10 days!
And don't forget you are charging me with full amount with out subsidy!!! which state govt is giving for Big Cylinders!!! So i am paying full...
plhelp me in booking my refill request for 7 to 9 days (then 7+4=11) will be my refill delivery time or allow me to upgrade my self to bigger connection or you even consider me to give one more 5Kg cylender.

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 0027705 which comes under Samarjit Memorial Agency, S1, City centre, Sec-4, Bokaro steel city-827004, Jharkhand. I have this connection from last 7 months. My job is transferred to bangalore now i want my gas connection transferred to bangalore branch. I m trying since last month but they refuse to do so by saying that it is not possible before 3 yrs of connection.I know so many people who transferred their gas connection just after 6 month.It is no where mentioned in rules either.
sir, i m suffering from lots of problem regarding this issue. Kindly intervene into the matter and help me.

In Revathy Gas Agency (Medavakkam, Chennai) they are not properly supplying the Gas to the Consumer. In that i am also one of the cusumer that affected by them. I booked a Cylinder on 03.10.2008 but more than 23 days. The agency did not supplied till date. I enquired about the not supplying of gas. They did not giving proper answer. At last they told it will be supplied by within 2 or 3 days. But in their register i checked it has been delivered by 13th October 2008. Like so many peoples affected by this kind of problems. Please take the necessary action.

I am an Indane gas customer in Kolkata with the consumer number of 26123. We initially booked our gas on 14/10/2008. We were told in 4 days we will get the cylinder. There was no delivery till 20th. So we enquired about the status on 20/10/2008. They cancelled our 14/10/2008 booking and booked it again on 20th afresh. We waited till 27th. Till no gas supply. When we called again, they again cancelled the booking and booked it fresh on 27th. There is no sight of gas till now, 6th november 2008. When we asked when we will get it, he says "Jabbi" meaning whenever. Name of the agent is P.L. gas.
Indane - Gas Agency — Not taking up booking & no delivery
I have been trying to call up the Ananth Gas agency, Bangalore on the numbers 25230459/25230476/25231196/28917818/64557746, for the last 2 weeks. Whenever I dial these numbers on working hours (9-1;2-5), i just get all of them on a busy tone. But out-of-office hours all these phones ring, no one picks up. As soon as it is 9 AM all go into engaged tone. This has been happening for a long long time. I book through 1260, but then they come for delivery (always) after 1-1.5 weeks. Even then without any prior information of delivery, we are unable to arrange for receiving it as all members of the house are working. This harassment is going on for the last several months. My Consumer code is 49944, Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Shivshankar Agencies, 13-B, Kunrathur Road, Porur, Chennai 600 116, Tamilnadu has given the following nos.[protected] 24827924 for booking gas refill. At first no response, no pickup phone at the booking time. Otherwise every time recording " phone is busy, please call after some time" is playing. I am trying these numbers since last 5 days but never got a response or pick-up phone. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Last time I booked from on the spot, at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 or 5 days but no response till 12 days. This procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. But Members if pay extra money immediatly got the cylinder, Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than 25 days time, now it hardly lasts for 15-20 days, Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy or not responsble,
Please improve upon services of your agents.
Once again repeat my complaint I have booked the gas 20 days before at the counter. They said to delivered the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of problem, they are telling it will come today and tomorrow but nothing happening till date.
Please take on top priority and take the action and help to chennai people.

Indane Gas — non delivery of cylinders
I am customer of M/s Amrit enterprises, yamuna vihar, delhi for gas cylenders. the telephone of the agency never get connected for booking purposes and whenever gas has booked through computer booking i.e. 1260 the cylender never delivered to us.My customer no. is 40567 and i have booked cylender on 10/10/2008 on computer booking and my booking no. is 8 but still there is no delivery.
I always face this problem with this agency.
i am the consumer of indiane and my consumer no. is 4764(old) and i fall in the area o[censored]DAIPUR GAS AGENCY UDAIPUR(RAJ.) but from since last 10 days i was continue trying booking office phone no.2422157 to book a refill but this phone no. is always busy or out of order so iwas in trouble for gas booking so kindly tell me about internet gas booking facility

Indane Gas — leakage of gas cylinder not attended immediately
after booking of gas cilinder always it takes weeks to come yet too after making many no. of calls most of the time the cilinder leaks but after complaining not attended immedietly. kindly helpthanks

From six months i am wandering around Indian gas supplers.Every time they will tell no connections now you see paper and come. Lost one and half month back they came for enquiry and said that with in a weak you will get new connection. But it is not happend till date. 10 days back i met one officer and he found that my is not entered in your register it self. Whom i have to contct regard this? Please let me new gas connection procedure? Pl help on regards.
